Go here if you feel like getting ripped off or like to waste money. I went for inspection sticker and they try to fail me for one bad wiper that was less than a month old. Make sure you google ppl. Cause that's what I did. They can't fail you for one bad wipers. Unless your windshield is Crack the size of a dollar bill. They try to make me buy their wipers. Don't get played. Be smart and Google if you don't know.

Rivers Bros has been taken care of my Subaru outback for a few months now. They have done an excellent job replacing rotors/pads, and other routine maintenance work. The mechanical work has been very good and the office staff is professional, trustworthy, and really good at communicating with the customer. Highly recommend this shop!

This place is AMAZING! I failed inspection, and they were so kind in explaining things to me. They took my car right then and there, repaired my issue (at an incredible price) and had me passed and back on the road in 24 hours. From the moment I drove in they were kind. I genuinely trust them and their work!

Add two of our vehicles worked on an SUV and a sedan. They gave us immediate information on how much the cost and repairs would be and we're fast and efficient while doing those repairs excellent work and efficient work done and was available before the day that they gave us to the vehicle would be ready so we were able to pick them up earlier I would highly recommend this shop

Went for an inspection sticker. Very quick. They have a designated lane for inspections.I've used them for repairs a couple of times now and each time they looked at my vehicle and fixed it without calling me first for pricing. I felt that this was bad business practices. I would have appreciated a heads up on cost before they did the work. Also after picking up my vehicle, I had damage to the outside of it, and never felt that the problems were fixed correctly. I'm sad to say that I am using a different shop from now on. I don't recommend this location anymore

Local staple of the community!I've been coming here for decades. Their service is consistently amazing. I've taken every cat I have ever owned here and I plan to continue to do so. They have been in business for decades for good reasons. The staff here are always amazing and helpful. I'm almost looking forward to going back again soon. Preferably under good circumstances.

Look no further than Rivers Brothers for all your auto needs. Not only are Brian and Vic great guys, but if there is a problem, they can figure it out. They are reasonable, knowledgeable, and diligent.Based on my recommendation, my family now uses Rivers Brothers as their mechanic, and they are always satisfied. If I ever know anyone in need of auto related services, I send them to Rivers Brothers.Keep it up gents!

My family has a number of cars, some older (kids cars) , so there is unfortunately often something going wrong mechanically with at least one of my them. Rivers Brothers is my go to repair place because they are friendly, flexible, extremely good mechanics, and remarkably reasonably priced. They can fix about anything and also do inspections. The mechanics were super friendly and very helpful. I called with an issue with my throttle and they were able to take my car the next day. Had it fixed by noon and did my inspection sticker, and didn't get overcharged like at some places. Car has been running great ever since. Update, 04/25/2022 needed some quick help to get my car back on the road, they didn't offer the service I needed but I was still helped as much as they could. This place is awesome.Fast service and very professional

Had a Remote Control Start Installation and Rivers Brothers performed it for less than half the price of 3 other local Estimates!!! I'm having my other Vehicle done as well! Thank you Rivers Brothers!

I've gotten my cars inspected here for years, but never used them for any repair work until today. A quick-lube oil change company told me that my front brakes needed to be repaired and offered to do it for $400. I called around instead and Rivers Brothers was the most reasonable for brake service so I made an appointment. I knew the front tires were getting old too and I asked them to check if they would pass inspection. To my surprise, they said that the tires would pass... and even more amazingly, they said the brakes did not need to be replaced! They could have so easily ripped me off, but they did not. They were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Rivers Brothers - I will definitely be using you guys for my car repair needs in the future!

Great place full repair shop friendly and intelligent service. They also have a good selection of used cars and trucks. Please note that they do inspection of heavy commercial trucks. I highly recommend this place for all your service needs.

BE CAREFUL!!! Went to them to get inspected and they found some lights out and told me my tires were no good and told me I had 60 days to get it fixed. 58 days later I was able to get a good pair of tires. So I went back in a hurry and they told me my tint was to dark (it's factory tint) they also to me I still had a problem with my lights( I don't) I had them checked by O Riley's and they said my bumber was cracked. I tried to tell him that crack and tint has been there for 5 years and they never mentioned it to me. And the inspector lost it and walked away mid conversation. After looking at this failed inspection paper all the things he failed me on was my lights being out

Rudest group of people I have ever met. I went in to ask a few questions about a vehicle for sale and half way through a conversation 2 of the works just walked away and laughed in my face. Not to mention the lack of knowledge they had about what they were selling.

Walked by this establishment earlier today and some guy that works here nearly hit me with his car. He was turning and backing out at an unsafe speed and almost hit me a pedestrian, I yelled out at him. He got out the car and said "I saw you, I saw you coming too". I went back later to talk to someone, first guy I talked to was just blowing it off and the second dude pretended like nothing happened.

I've always come here for my inspection stickers because its so quick and the guys don't bs you. Also if you need something done to get your sticker they can fix it there!

I paid to get my Maxima towed to Rivers Brothers in Fitchburg on Lunenburg st on October 28th 2016 or so I could have a brand new starter motor and solenoid that I had already bought on my own to be installed. I'm a diy guy that didn't want the hassle with work and busting my knuckles in nearly November cold Massachusetts.So fast forward 5 plus months and wouldn't you know my starter went again yesterday so you know things like that can happen with aftermarket parts. With better May weather went back to diy to pull it out after getting it towed again but to my apartment this time and I found that starter motor didn't get changed only the solenoid. So now advance Auto won't take back my old rusted starter with a shiny New solenoid back and warranty for meSo Rivers Brothers charged me for a job they didn't do and kept my new starter motor that I paid for on my own for themselves, and now screwed me with another tow and I have to re-buy a starter again because advance Auto will not honor a part that didn't fail and i missed another day of work.
