Had some trouble finding a service shop that would take my 18 Accord that was having multiple system codes. Was given the name of RT shop by a friend and gave him a chance. 100% satisfied with every part of the service. From explaining what could be wrong and then the diagnostic process. Found out what the problem electronic part needed replacement and once it arrived from Honda they repaired it quickly. Also happy that they took it for multiple test drives after repair to make sure issue that fixed. Price was very fair and was a great experience in every way. They have a new customer for my auto repair needs. Highly recommend them.

first time going here to get electrical work done on my car. simple issue with the remote starter which didnt allow my car to start. the tech bypassed my remote starter, removed nothing, didnt fix the remote starter simply left it in there to rot. he moved a wire around and charged me over $200 for what wouldve been less than an hour of labor. definitely not going here again and you shouldnt either. bad price

The must unprofessional shop ive ever visited my vehicle had a bad alternator a small electrical short and a bunch of minor issues this place only changed the alternator fixed none of the other issues actually it came back with more issues and i had to continuously remind them my tac didn't work which you should notice immediately when working on a manual i had to take my car back because it took them 4 weeks to do the alternator and was tired of reminding them about the other issues with the car i sent it there because i didn't know what was wrong with it they clearly didn't know either just because you own a test light does not mean you should work on electrical

Brought my s4 in because it was dumping fuel and misfiring. Nick found that it was a bad crank case right off the bat. All he asked for was a down payment for the part. I had to wait a month but it was worth it. He took it in, replaced the crank case. Took it for a drive and was still misfiring on cylinder 3. He checked the spark plug and it was not the right plugs for the stage 2 tune I have on the car. He replaced it with a stock but informed me and helped me get the right ones. When I picked up the vehicle he explained everything he did, very informative and genuine. He is very experienced with tuned vw Audi vehicles. I recommend vw Audi owners rt s over eurodesign any day!

Friendliest staff and amazing work!! I would trust no other group of mechanics! I get my oil changes here and all other work done by them, they're always quick to fit me in and are amazing with how fast they fix my car. They're honest and they explain why you need the work done. There's no hidden charges and their prices are extremely fair and the work is always quality.

To be completely honest, the guys here did one job for me so far and they made a significant mistake that could have been quite serious had I not noticed when I did. That being said they were quick to amend the issues including having my car towed from my house and covering an alignment. It was nice to see an honest shop willing to own their work. I would have no problem recommending Brian and the guys. Integrity separates them from the other guys.

There a honest shop but are so backed up it seems they want to get the vehicle out so fast there not doing there job. Dropped of my truck because my front end is knocking when I turn. After waiting over 2 weeks for my truck they replaced a ball joint and said it's good. Obviously didn't drive it cause it still knocks and I can't wait forever for my truck again so I'll need to go to another shop again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

RT's is the best! I have been bringing my cars to them for over a decade and have always been satisfied. They are honest, have good prices, are friendly, and frankly they do the job right the first time. It may take a week and half to get an appointment, but that is a testimony to how good they are that they are that busy.I have even tested them before by saying "the car hasn't been tuned up in a while can you take a look and change anything that needs its". Normally that would be authorization for a mechanic to replace everything under the hood. I got the car back with 1 minor thing replaced and them telling me that everything else is in great shape.They are a very solid shop and you can't go wrong with them!!

I asked them to check a noise in the back of my SUV that was driving me crazy. I've had this noise for quite a while and it sounded like something was loose. I had someone else look at it before but they said they couldn't figure out was it was. I brought the SUV to RT's and he drove around with me to hear what I was talking about. It took some creative searching and all I can say is it was a nice quiet ride home yesterday, and I even made sure to hit every bump to make sure. As soon as I got home I decided to call them and let them know how happy I was ! Thank you I really appreciate it!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got a manufacturer letter about possible clutch issues. Went to get it checked. They drove my car around to feel for any issues. Nothing. Guys are real nice. I tried paying them for their time but they said don t worry about it.

Only shop I trust with my vehicles. Brian is a wealth of knowledge. He s been servicing my cars since highschool. He s done simple oil changes, tuned my engine after a turbo install on an import, has done general maintance on my rotary, replace rear ends (import and domestic) and is doing an ls swap. He s always there to answer my dumb questions and sits patiently through my rambling. They are worth every penny that he charges.

RTS AUTO is the best place around to bring your vehicles. No matter what the repair is you can trust that they will get the job right...the first time! I have heard many stories about people getting taken advantage of at other companies...this will never happen at RTS, there a company I know and trust with all my car needs!

I brought my wife's car in for service , come to fine out it did not needto be ( the cv joint) replaced.they would not replaced parts they did not need replacing at the time. very honest crew thank you,highly recomended.
