Dennis and the guys at Pride have been amazing to work with. I have the unfortunate need for body repair of the last couple years and fortunately these guys are amazing. Front body and paint work to how they handle the insurance details, just a top-notch local business. Absolutely recommend!

They fixed my Honda CR-Z and did an exquisite job, it looks brand new after a fairly rough accident and it is now driving beautifully. Excellent customer service and amazing workmanship. Highly recommended!

These guys were great! They towed my daughter's car after it broke down on the way between UMass Amherst and Boston. Timing chain broke. They handled warranty company who was very difficult. We must have called Pride 30 times over a 2 week period and they were always incredibly helpful and kind. They did great work and went above and beyond.

I would definitely go back to this place and use their expertise and knowledge. Although, Tim was busy with all what he has on hands like any mechanical place, he went above and beyond to provide me with all the help needed for our car and services.Great place, great customer service and over all great people. A man with white hair and blue eyes came to tow a vehicle on my street 8/3. He was incredibly rude and would not give me my house key. He threatened to have me arrested for telling him he has to give me my house key. That man is a sick person and very power hungry. He needs to be trained better on dealing with the public.

Tow driver "Bernie" is excellent! I used a road-side assistance service and waited for HOURS, (HOURS!!!!!)! I cancelled them , called Pride, ten minutes later, they sent Bernie. Thank you Bernie and Pride!

Horrible refused to let me pick up my car till next day then when i couldnt afford to get it out due to the charge they then cahrge me 150 just to get into my car and get my things
