Life savers! Prices are reasonable! I have a bmw and the prices for work every where else are high! this place has affordable pricing and great honest mechanics! You can even bring your own parts and they ll do the labor part! Highly recommend!

Fantastic shop, this is a family-owned business and they were very close to find wife that just recently passed away two weeks ago and my 2016 Ford focus RS and they changed my spark plugs for free at no charge and very friendly environment. They are extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend anybody come to the shop and get work done to the car.

Best experience I ever had at a mechanic shop. Owner is very nice so as everyone else, They were very friendly and the environment is very welcoming. Had my car left in the shop due to a car accident and was finished in less then a week. Car ran 10x better after it was fixed. HIGHLY recommend them if your in the area or looking to get something replaced or checked out.

Awesome customer service, really communicative, really nice and professional staff. they had my mustang Gt for a couple days to replace the crank sprocket and do oil pump gears, they gave me the option to choose my own parts and told me everything thing that was going into my car. I had bad experiences with other shops and never liked bringing my car to mechanic s but the chanced my point of view and now I only trust them to work on my cars

Can't say enough about these guys. I have a Ford GT500 with Carbon Fiber wheels and I needed tires. My first stop was townsend ford who told me they would not change my tire due to the cost of the wheels. So I went to a different Ford dealer in New Hampshire same story. Third stop was townfair tire and again no one would touch it, this was until I found the Performance Brothers in Fitchburg. They assured me it would not be a problem and they have done them in the past. I know it was only new tires but after a long frustrating journey it was so nice to find a mechanic who isn't afraid of a car.

I was greeted with a smile. Service was spectacular. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. I d give them 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The best customer assistance i ve ever received at an auto shop. The guy yuri was very helpful and nice. Even offered water. They had my car fixed in just a couple of hours and the car ran better than ever. Great service. I recommend this shop 100% Definitely will be back.

Just picked up my ram 1500... had them get rid of the 4 cylinder cut out with a cam swap and computer .. and a tune.. took it for a good highway beat run .. truck runs great .. highly recommend... they do what they say ..

By far the worst mechanic I have ever brought my car to. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They ducked my husband s calls for 2 days. On day 3 they still hadn t even looked at the car. My husband finally picked up the car out of frustration after I called myself and they lied to me telling me they hadn t looked at it yet because the part is hard to find. My husband called several other mechanics and they all told him it is an incredibly easy part to find. They just weren t going to fix my car.

don't waste your time there, i asked them to replace my 2 front tires and guess what?! they replaced the 2 rear tires, my 2 front tires are still deflating right now slowly and i had to pay for everything ....the comunication is not good, i was waiting for a call saying everything is ready, but not

They did amazing work on my car I needed the transmission replaced and they did so in a timely manner, keeping In communication with me! They were very genuine and honest. These guys are amazing. My alternator died and AAA towed it back to a mechanic that was closed for the weekend. Performance Brothers was open and right down the streets they jumped started my car and replaced the alternator that very same day (Saturday). They even checked my fluids and filled the coolant no extra charge. I'll be taking my vehicle to them from now on!Services: Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

I had a Volkswagen jetta and they exhausted all options and updated me through out the whole process until my car was fixed and driveable . They are very compassionate and hard workers.
