The best auto shop I have ever been to. I ve taken my ford escape twice for service and each time the guys were super kind, considerate, and their pricing is more than fair. I just moved here and I m so happy knowing I have such an amazing shop near by. I won t trust anyone else to work on my cars! 10/10 service and personalities!

Definitely go here for your car needs. The people here are great and did an awesome job on my car. I got my brakes done and an oil change and they were quick and did an awesome job. I'm going to start coming here for everything. This place is a hidden gem in fitchburg

Be very very careful when buying a vehicle from here. After owning a Subaru Forester 2010 for about 7 months the timing belt on the engine broke and more internal components when driving in the highway. Engine completely fails engine oil leaks had to get it towed home. After I sent it to a shop to get it repaired I am sent this image below. They found where the oil was leaking from and said someone did this for a cheap fix. Funny enough I told one of my friends about what happened and they said they had also bought a vehicle from this dealer and not even 3 months later their engine had a similar issue happen but worse. Do pay extremely close attention to the vehicle's in this dealer. They will make the engine and certain parts look new to try to hide any other faults the vehicle may have. Unless you want to be like me and lose approximately 10k in a overpriced vehicle I really needed at the time.

I had credit issues. Went to other dealers in the area they could not get me financed. One stop showed me a great vehicle had a great price. And got me financed the two brothers are running a great little dealership. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. And also would recommend them to all of my family and friends!

We bought a car at this dealer and got the best price compared to other dealers in the area!!! We started bringing our cars to this shop for oil changes and repairs too. They are always kind and we get a good service every time. Definitely recommend this place!

Owner and staff are very respectful and informative. I brought my vehicle here to get a leak checked out and they found the problem. My vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up the following afternoon. Very reliable garage and honest which is hard to come across.

We recently bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from One Stop Auto. Was a great experience. Tom is very knowledgeable regarding car mechanics, especially for Subaru's. He was aware of essential maintenance specific to this Outback that needed to occur, and had already tended to that maintenance. Very conscientious, hard working, kind, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

I was able to acquire a Subaru Forester from this dealer at an affordable price. I am going to college for my first year after high school and needed transportation. I took it for a test drive and loved it brought my neighbor with me and he found no issues via a quick visual checkup. The first week I acquired the second day it began to have what I was told recently misfires. The engine light came on not even 2 days after owning it. I had told them about it, and they told me to bring it to get it checked out. They had also told me the misfires may be happening because of how long the vehicle was sitting and said, "Misfires should leave after some usage" After checking it they said the sparkplugs may need to be replaced. Got them replaced and went to get the vehicle inspected since they encouraged me to get it inspected. Passed inspection and a day after it passed engine light came back on again. But due to its warranty nothing can be done about it. I've already had to get the alternator changed to a new ignition coil and to top it off now it's misfiring worse. I trusted them about the misfires leaving since I personally don't know a lot about cars in that area. Now I've currently spent close to $500 already on repairs.

Recently bought a Subaru forester here for a decent price I had the car only for a week or two and the check engine light turned on. I went back got it fixed and it since then hasn t turned back on thank god. I took my car for an inspection and it had an exhaust leak so it obviously failed. Then when I called they said they could weld the exhaust (they didn t). Instead of welding the exhaust pipe like they should ve they put some putty on the pipe calling it a day. I ended up getting it fixed outside of their shop because their mechanics are incompetent.

We bought a car from here these guys stand by their cars. Great prices low mileage cars . Great service . Will definitely buy again . They also have a repair shop they have 2 mechanics that are awesome. Love this place
