Not a good company. They took 5 visits to replace ballast in a few windows and took WEEKS to do it. All without any advance notice of when any work would be done. Pay ANYBODY else to do the work you need.

Terrible service. 6 weeks and still nothing. They said they made a length error on the first order and never got back to us. When we call they re rude and offensive.

The customer service here was horrible. The gentleman was very rude and wanted informed me that what I was requesting (a stick on mirror for a side mirror for my vehicle) was illegal so he wanted to charge me twice the amount for a pop in mirror. I did some research and also went to another glass shop and found that it is not illegal for an adhesive mirror. I ended up getting the adhesive mirror for $35.00 including installation from J&R GLASS SERVICE in fitchburg, instead of $54.99 for a pop in mirror. I then called the corporate number for ocean glass to inform them of the terrible service and that gentleman was very rude also. I would not recommend this company for any business to anyone I know. To me they don't deserve even one star but you can't post a review unless you select a star. Ridiculous!

Went there to order 2 pieces of custom glass for our cabinets doors and was greeted with prompt and professional service I highly recommend Ocean Glass Company for any large & small jobs.
