Just got my 2008 nissan frontier exhaust system fixed. These guys are the best. Highly recommend this shop for your exhaust repair. Lou is super nice. My truck was done within two hours. Super satisfied with the job.

A few weeks ago I went to remove the mid muffler from my Durango and these guys did an excellent job, what surprised me most was the speed with which they did the job and how well it turned out, I recommend them 100%, you can see the experience they have in this.

Brought my '21 Mustang GT here for some exhaust work and couldn't be happier! Deleted the stock mufflers and on their suggestion had them install Magnaflow mufflers. It sounds awesome! Moreover, I was walked thru some of their decision making process and their recommendations were spot on. I highly recommended Lou's as their knowledge and quality of workmanship during installation is second to none!

I went for my estimate on Monday and they gave me an appointment for Friday. I m very satisfied with the results and couldn t be happier with the results. I recommend anyone needing a new exhaust to check out this place.

The guy stopped what he was doing, put my car on a lift and told me how much, I felt like I was the president lol. Honestly if every car place was like this there would.neber be a problem again. First off the guy gave me the best price out of everyone I went to in the Fitchburg area, thats huge. I told him I didn't have the mo ey that day but I would be back, unfortunately because this economy has DEVOURED my savings account and I have not been able to get my 2003 lexus exhaust yet but when I do have the cash I will be back to get it done. So even tho I didn't get work done I know this place is the place to go fo all.your exhaust needs. What a pro.

Went to Lou's to get a custom dual exhaust system for my Ford F-150. I went in on Thursday April 7th for a free estimate. I then set up an appointment for the following Monday.What a fantastic job they did on my custom exhaust !!! They used full stainless steel. They gave me that rumble that I was looking for, and my dual quads look fantastic !!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exhaust system .

Did a great job on my 68 GMC. Custom fully stainless. Mark made sure to leave space for my pending gas tank move. Hard to find places that still do old school custom work. Highly recommend. Didn't think twice about having them do a flex pipe on wife's Hyundai after this.

Fixed my leaky exhaust for literally 1/10th of the price and in 1/50th the time that my dealership quoted me. Took me into the garage to clearly show the damage and showed me the repairs after they finished. I could not be happier

Thank you for the amazing service today. I dropped my car off last night after hours and they called this morning and had it ready by 8:30 am!! I would recommend Lou's repair shop for any exhaust work needed, they are honest and show you the work needed done. Their prices are far better than any other place around. My car had a rusted flex pipe that I knew of, but wasn't sure the rest of the damage. My car ended up needing part of the mid-pipe replaced, and they were able to complete it very quickly and have my car quiet as ever. Price was higher than I am used to, but I recently moved out in this area and noticed that's average price around here. Mark was great about explaining everything and was professional the entire time. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here moving forward with exhaust issues.Service: Exhaust

I installed a new performance muffler myself using band clamps because I wasn't sure I'd like the sound so the clamps allow me the opportunity to remove it, if needed. It worked out well for over 4 years until the clamps started to wear, split and leak. So I contacted Lou's in Fitchburg to see if they could help. I went in knowing I would probably be by buying a new muffler. Mark was very helpful, and as I suspected, a new muffler was in order. So I bought a new one. Mark and his team did a fantastic job with the install. However, after driving around for a few days, I realized I did not like the tone. I know sound is extremely subjective, but this tone was just not to my liking. It had more drone in the cab than my other muffler. I phoned Mark and expressed my concerns. He was very empathetic and worked with me to resolve the issue fairly. Mark and his team do great work and are professional, kind and courteous. Great shop!Service: Exhaust

Was greeted by two gentlemen a few weeks ago who were extremely rude about where I parked. Made me move my car and glared at me the whole time I was there and I decided to leave and go somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Lou's is great! I drove in and they took care of my dump truck exhaust. Simplifying it with a cat back dual exhaust stainless steel muffler with 2 drop downs. Not only you can't see it, the engine breathes and performs better and it sounds like a real truck! I rip it when I drive by their shop because I know they like it.Rob MacLeodService: Exhaust

Wanted to remove aftermarket muffler and reinstall factory one. Quoted $125-150 and charged $150 for the initial 40 mins of work. Welds appear to be airtight and of professional quality. Mark and his team worked patiently with me post-installation to restore the factory symmetry of the dual exhaust (2020 Ram 1500). I was not charged for the fine tuning adjustments post-install. Team was professional, diligent, and dedicated to customer satisfaction and service. I would recommend to others in the area looking for exhaust repair or installation.Service: Exhaust

Super friendly group of guys fast response on Facebook... responded within 4 minutes, told me to come on down to check it out and see what they can do. Pulled up and they got me in a bay on the lift within a minute. Let me choose based off their recommendations. Went in knowing what I wanted and was able to pick and choose exactly what I wanted. My 135i sounds absolutely intoxicating now and love how professional friendly and reasonably priced these guys are. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Can t wait to see the video!

These guys will go above and beyond to help ya! Great people that do great work. Highly recommend. They got my v8 Jeep hemi sounding MEAN!! And were also pretty helpful with some other stuff.

My muffler was in really bad condition it cost too much to buy a new one online, i decide to fix it, so i went online and look for different places in fitchburg and i choose lous exhaust i read all reviews online so i stop by and have the car check Mark give me an estimate was very good, so days later i show up to get my car fix early in the morning and he help me right away. My car was done in about an hour 10 minutes i was very happy. Place is so clean and welcome i just love it. Excellent prices and fast service very professional. Excellent results my car runs like new i will deffenetly recommend. Thank you For the great service provided I'm a very happy customer.

truck Hanger on muffler rubber was missing they replaced for free these guys are good honest and straight up...they have also done muffler on my car 2 years ago...Best place to go
