We were involved in a car accident when a person was distracted and hit our car in the rear end. The person s insurance had CARSTAR as an option and due to the positives reviews we decided to take our car there. Costumer service and communication was absolutely amazing they were always very friendly and great in communication. We have a brand new and were very concerned of how it will look since the color is a very different and unique one. Took about two weeks to get it done, when we picked up, the damage was not there anymore and the car look great again but the color did not match, the difference was very remarkable and we can see it right away. We understand that will never look perfect but we expect at least to look more similar. We mentioned to them and they quickly agreed with what we said and offered to contact the insurance and do it again, offered to blend the color to the panels but we declined because we don t want to touch an original pint from the panels that didn t suffer any damage. We knew the trunk door can look better. They did it again but still not look how it should be, they said the inly option is to do the blending but we know that s not the only option. A better job with the paint can be perform to match better the color. They said that was their last try and said even the manufacturer agreed with blending that we are not in agreement and will never be, it s not fair to do that to a brand new car and to a paint that was not affected. Unfortunately we needed to take our car home not happy with the result of the paint color. As I mentioned before, the costumer services is A plus, the place is great and the employees are great but unfortunately they gave up on trying to match better the paint. We now are following up with the insurance to see if the job can be done somewhere else because is not fair to have a brand new car looks like that mostly when it was not our fault.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience at Carstar. I got rear ended on the highway and sent the car there for $10k+ in repairs. I got hit pretty badly.. they estimated a 3 week repair window, with completion on 3/5. They called me two days ago to tell me the car was done! They finished it 9 days early. It looks amazing, even better than it did before!They stayed in constant communication with me the entire time, usually sending me text messages daily. They also help me setup a rental car for the time my car was in the shop. Jen & the team goes above and beyond making the customer feel appreciated. Thank you, would 100% recommend!

I don't think I have ever had a better experience with a company. Everyone there us beyond polite and extremely helpful. They took care of everything with my insurance and were just overall amazing to work with. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Absolutely excellent service, being without your car even for a little while (especially during the holidays) is definitely not something that anyone wants to go through.. but everyone at CARSTAR was friendly and kept me updated on my cars' repair progress and even helped me get a rental. They did a wonderful job replacing my bumper and matching the paint on my blue car. I 100% recommend calling them if you need collision repairs!

Fast repair and my car looks brand new again. There is no remaining signs of having an accident. Jen was so wonderful to work with and communication was top notch. Couldn't ask for anything else - great experience!

What a wonderful job that was done to fix my car! It was finished when they said it would be. I spoke to Jennifer and Christine several times and they were informative, helpful and very kind.I highly recommend CarStar and would use them again if needed. Thank you so much!It was also helpful that Enterprise Car Rental meets you at CarStar and you can return your car there.

This was our second rodeo with Carstar and once again they provided excellent service. They provided valet service this time around and brought the rental to us and picked up the vehicle we needed serviced! Jen was once again excellent at communication and great to work with. Highly recommend for any car repairs, big or small(as I ve had both, unfortunately!!) thank you again Carstar!

Recently took my truck to get fixed after hydroplaning into the ditch after a snowstorm. I got the truck back and all the noticeable damage to the body had been fixed and it looked good. Initially I was quite pleased with it. Then the first rain I had to drive through I turned my windshield wiper on and the wiper arm popped off. Carstar worked with me to fix the wiper arm. Thanks Carstar!!

Losing your car for 2.5 weeks is not fun for anyone, we all know that. But if you happen to be in that situation, you should pick CarStar Collision in Fitchburg. From the first time I drove my car in for a door/collision repair to the moment I picked it up was nothing but stellar service. You walk in to an eye appealing waiting room that was super clean, not smelly or noisy and you are greeted by a friendly person (actually 3 friendly people when I went). You then get personal attention and look at the damage with the collision team to review what is going to happen during the repair or replacement. I felt I was leaving my much loved car in great hands. He promised me I would hear from them within 48 hours with next steps/timeline and he did not disappoint. I received continual updates via text (my preferred communication method) on the progress of my repair. They estimated my car would be ready on 11/1. Two days prior, I received a text saying they were on track to getting my car home on 11/1. Sure enough, 11/1 it was ready! My car came back to me in great shape and it was super clean, inside and out. I see a theme here...they like thinks clean, neat and tidy! Upon pick up, I was greeted again by a friendly face even though it was almost quitting time, she thoroughly handled my transaction, answered my questions and made me feel like I was a valued customer. In a world where so many do the bare minimum, I feel like CarStar went above and beyond to deliver great service. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, they will be my first choice for my auto repair needs. Nice job CarStar team, you've got the right stuff!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!!! The service was not only amazing, they kept me updated every step of the way, they work with rental companies and make it super easy to pick up and drop off, and all the paperwork was easy to read, print, and sign all the employees were super friendly and courteous

I like carstar coz they get the rental car so when you drop your car off you re all set to drive away in the rental car. If your car was not drivable they bring the rental car to you. They keep you up to date on ever as it gets done. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I lost my car and my job over $1000 left on an almost $11,000 bill. They would work with me at all. I offered them $400 a week for 3 to pay it off. They wouldn t work with me at all. Thanks Carstar!There has been no suggested payment? I suggested after I get my car to pay the rest off. You guys are not GETTING IT!!!! I CAN NOT PAY YOU THE $1000 UNLESS I HAVE MY CAR TO GET TO MY PARAMEDIC JOB IN WORCESTER! YOU OFFERED ME ON FINANCE THING AND I TOLD YOU MULTIPLE TIMES I DO NOT QUALIFY! IF MY CAR WAS DONE ON THE 27th LIKE I WAS TOLD MULTIPLE IT WOULD BE THIS WOULDNT BE HAPPENING! YOU EXTENDED THE DATE AND GEICO STOPPED PAYING FOR THE RENTAL! I HAD TO USE THE MONEY I HAD ASIDE FOR YOU GUYS TO KEEP THE RENTAL TO GET TO WORK SO I DIDNT LOSE MY JOB! YOU GUYS WONT WORK OUT A AGREMENT WITH ME THAT ALOWS ME TO GET MY CAR AND PAY OFF THE REMAINING $1000 IN A FEW WEEK TIME FRAME! YOU KEEP OFFERING SUGGESTIONS THAT YOU KNOW I CANT DO! I CANT PAY YOU WHAT I WILL OWE UNLESSSS I CAN GET TO WORKKKKKKK!!!But it doesnt matter the bank is going to take possession now.You could even put a lien on the car untill I pay the $1000 that I will owe. But no.NO car no job. No job I can t pay you.3-12-2024So I get my car back and they live in 1800 s so they don t take depit cards. I have to hit up about 10 ATMs to get all the cash out.Now I hop in my car. Turn it on and didn t even move. Turn the wipers on and the wiper does flying off the car. I m sure my bumper will fall off in the next month.Please don t waste your time here guysThey also begged me to take this review down.

I have dealt with CARSTAR in the past. This is not my first time. The experience is the same, which is why I returned to them. They have an excellent turn around time, and great customer service; which is rare in this day and time. Thank you CARSTAR for getting my car back on the road again.

My car had a large scrape from something being dragged across it. CARSTAR were able to take a look and estimate the work. My appointment took roughly 30 minutes and the car looks like nothing ever happened.

This review is long overdue! I wanted to complete this review as we received great service at CARSTAR Collision of Fitchburg and they deserve the 5 stars!Over the winter, my husband was trying to back our car out of the driveway (after a big snowstorm) and in the process the car slipped on the snow and hit a tree. The damage appeared somewhat minimal (dent on the back driver side just under the brake light (the brake light was also broken); however, it was in an area that would still require a lot of work to repair. Everyone at CARSTAR was so great to work with from beginning to end. We received great communication throughout our repair. We were very pleased with the end results. Our car looked brand new!We highly recommend CARSTAR Collision of Fitchburg if you need any repairs after a collision!

Beware of this place. I hit a deer and this place was in my insurance network so I went to them since I had an awesome experience with the Marlborough car star years ago. The only good part of this place is Christina and Jen. The mechanics suck. They gave me back a car that reeked of coolant, had scratched lights, an awful paint job (that I have yet to be refunded for), and a check engine light on. I went back the next day and the mechanics said it had nothing to do with the accident so they won't fix it. Mind you this is a 2020 vehicle. Well I had to pay to go to another mechanic and get a second opinion and he said the check engine light is on due to the accident. Fortunately my insurance is now paying the other mechanic to fix my vehicle. The check engine light came on because a part wasn't fixed that could cause my car to stall out and leave me stranded somewhere. The guys at this shop are not worth dealing with it you want your car fixed. Trust me. Take the drive to car star in Marlboro to get the job done right.p.S. WHERE IS MY REFUND??? ITS BEEN WEEKS. YOUR MECHANICS DECIDED TO TRY TO DO UT IN AN HOUR INSTEAD OF ASKING THE INSURANCE FOR MORE TIME AND IT LOOKS TERRIBLE

So grateful for the folks at Carstar! Evan and the crew were so helpful in fixing my car- service was quick, easy, with amazing results! I really appreciated their customer service: the updates they provided alongside the completion of the work on the car, how simple they made the process for the customer, and how kind the staff is!
