Great service! Changed my headlight lightbulb. Old one so stuck could not get it out. They were happy to help and so so with kindness and a smile. The man inside Jim was awesome as was his coworker Michael. Kudos to you both. Thank you again. Caring and kindness still exists in this world. More than we see get published or commented on.

I think the store in Leominster has a standard if you don't fit their standard they make you wait some of them people are a little biased here I don't know how else to put it but if you don't fit in you don't belong there as far as I'm concerned that's how I felt on how I was treated

The girls in there don t even know how to change a battery! Go next door to Jiffy lube they do a really good job! Save you time and you won t get attitude from the staff!

Victor R rocks. Always comes up big, always helpful, whenever I come into this place. There are a few other auto stores in the area - they cannot compete. Many good employees in here.. but Vic is incredible.Note to the other stores - until you get a Vic you might as well close down. AutoZone management- please take note of this guy.

The worst customer service and they extra charge me for giving me the wrong part, almost lost my family and my car...not giving me a discount at all for there problem mistake did on there part.

Just went to auto zone to get new windshield wipers and the man working was so helpful. Eddie helped me pick out the right windshield wipers and installed them for me. When I tried to give him money for the installation, he refused. Would def recommend this place to anyone in need of car parts or help with their car! So easy, quick and helpful!

Was told they don't put break lights in even if you make the purchase at their store won't be back guys sorry not sorry no service is bad service I'll be going to oriellys from now on

I'm impressed with Jennifer greeting me INSTANTLY with "how can we help you" with a smile...herself and Yadira explained to me that the engine light computer was not operating today... they're attention to my inquiries to this location will be a reminder to me to confidently shop for any future parts I need for my vehicles

The New store manager David is full of southern charm; very helpful, has his staff in line like an assembly plant. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Always glad to help me with my car needs. Would recommend

Showed up to this location at 8:00pm for parts that were not in stock in the Gardner location. The store is supposed to close at 9:00pm but before we could even exit the car, an employee comes up to the door looking extremely aggrivated and made a gesture to say they weren't open and to leave. It was extremely disrespectful and rude. Luckily the Leominster location abides by their actual hours of operation and we were able to get the parts there. Please go to any other Autozone location, I understand there are staffing shortages, but that's no excuse to get visibly angry with anyone who pulls up to your storefront

Unfortunately tonight November 10 2022 at approximately 7 pm my husband when in to the Fitchburg location Auto zone, he went in looking for a part and when asked if he needed help, my husband asked for the Spanish speaking employee, and the Spanish associate refused to help him out and told him that he needs to learn English, all the while being threatened by the associate if he sees my husband on the streets he will "get it".He was extremely rude, racist and violent..Called and asked to speak to the manager on floor, placed our complaint and we will be going to talk to the supervisor, there were witnesses to back up this complaint.

Attempted to return a tool and doors were locked two hours before close, workers visibly inside refused to answer phone. Was also forced to goto a different auto parts store for rotors earlier in the day because although 4 in stock the clerk couldn't be bothered to look for them he just said out of stock, when visibly on his screen and online inventory said 4 in stock. Have had multiple bad experiences in the past year. It used to be my goto but service has dramatically declined over the past year, only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Found the crew at O'Reilly next door was 110% more helpful, would not recommend Autozone to anyone going forward.

The General Manager was a tremendous help! He briefly talked to me about each step of what he was doing and didn t hesitate to give me options as to what I could do to fix my vehicles problem. He had amazing customer service and left me wanting to go back for future problems with my vehicle!

This place came in clutch for me! My shock mount snapped off while driving and I needed a new one asap and called around to several auto stores to no avail. Finally this store had the exact upper shock mount I needed! Staff helped me out and were very friendly.

Parts were in stock. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. David Carter is an outstanding example for what excellent customer service represents today. I went in with a dead battery and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He installed my new battery, tightened up all of the bolts. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and no bag for anything disappointing and frustrating with 5 products and 2 hands . I should of went to orileys next door but will be from now on.

Never had a problem with this location. Others are always rude and never pleasant.This one is great. Staff always joking around with the customers and trying to relate to them and assist their concernsOnly place I get my oil and filters for myself and my drivers.

We were not helped at all when we went the other day. The employee there was eating a sandwich and insisted his system was down and nothing he had worked so he couldn t do anything for us or help us with literally anything. And this was after staring at us blankly and chewing for what seemed like a long time when we came up to the counter asking specifically for battery help with a battery we bought from there. He didn t want to do his job and it was wildly inconvenient for us.

Store Manager Alex is extremely rude. Never greets me when I come into the store and has discriminated my husband. My husband went into the store and forgot to put his mask on Alex looked him up and down and turned around and said you "need a mask" in the rudest way possible leaving my husband at the counter. My husband went back to the car to get his mask and upon returning back inside this same Alex was servicing another customer whom did not have a mask on and another customer in line was without a mask. To make matters even better the other employee wasnt even wearing one. So why was it so important that my husband have a mask on. This store manger had no respect and needs to be trained in customer service.

Adam was very helpful! He enthusiastically came out in the cold to help us with some jammed windshield wipers, he opened the hood and found the source of the problem. I was back on the road in no time, feeling much safer with my now functioning wipers. His help was greatly appreciated!

This specific store is terrible. I called for parts. They said they had 2 different sets of brakes. When I get there the guys says they only have one. After he looks up the vehicle he still gives me the wrong one. So of course when I get home and start work on my Jeep and as soon as a pulled the pad out I see it's not the right one. By this point the store is closed. The next day I call and ask if they have the right ones on stock. They have nothing and tell me it will be a week to get the right parts. Even once I went back to return them they insisted on trying to sell me pads that they didn't have.

Would have been a better review but the employees of this store are just not very pleasant to deal with. They really couldn't care less if you needed their help. Just a complete lack of compassion and positive attitude.
