I really appreciate this place! I am very attached to my car since it's the first one I bought with the money I earned, however I work at a place with an awful parking lot. My car got scraped by a hit and run and I was devastated, it looked awful and I decided to get it repaired. My insurance heavily recommended me here even though I live a town away but I'm glad they did!This Aldrich was super easy to work with and very helpful since this was my first time going through this type of thing. My appraiser Mark answered all my little questions and never made me feel like I was a burden. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful as well!All around do not have a single complaint. When I received my car back, it was so clean and beautifully taken care of. Thank you so much to everyone here, they deserve all the praise and business they get! They're worth it! And the Dippin Donuts next door is a fantastic bonus pit stop!

I had such a disaster with this accident I had, the people at Aldrich made it SO much easier to deal with. They picked up my car from my home, texted me updates the whole time it was being serviced and had it ready BEFORE the original date, BEFORE the Holiday rush. Thank you Mark and everyone at Aldrich!

Do not go there shop if you believe in customer-service. I had my rear bumper painted in March of 2017. The paint started peeling May 2017. I asked them to do a redo. This redo only resulted in my car looking worse than when I brought it and. I spoke to The Body Shop manager Mike regarding it and he tried to tell me that's what it looked like when I brought it in. In the pictures clearly show that that's not the case. Near the sensors be completely took off the paint and it's chipped in the circular sections as you'll be able to see in pictures. I requested to have my money back-and I'll go somewhere else and have a painted correctly they refused and said it was my fault. I've never experience such horrible service And non communication regarding a repair. The only way you will be treated with respect is if you're doing an insurance claim. I paid cash and felt like I was thrown to the back-burner because I wasn't doing a clean with a good charge out more. The redo was suppose to take 2 days they kept it for 3 and still couldn't get it right.

I waited three months for repairs to start. They inspected the vehicle In February so they could order parts in advance. I gave them an additional two weeks to get ready for the minor repairs. (It s minor drivers side damage.) Now- in March- they are advising 14 days for repairs! I asked if it would be possible to get it back after 13 days so I can work next weekend at a hospital (40 miles away) and was told by Mark that didn t look possible. He asked about my rental policy and suggested I use it. Are you insane!? If you need your vehicle back in a timely manner- don t go here. If it were major damage I could understand but this is minor damage and the time frame is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I haven t even got my car back yet! I cringe at the thought of what I m going to get back. Pray for me. Obviously I m going to need it.Update-I understand what you re saying now but it would have been wonderful if he would have taken a moment to say that then. Perhaps you might reconsider allowing him to converse with customers. His negativity was quite unsettling. If he isn t confident- why should I be?Despite the verbal complications, I increased the rating because of the satisfaction in the quality of the work. My door mirror vibrates and rattles when I go over 40, but the paint job matches and my door opens and shuts.

Quick arrival, super nice guys. I would give 5 stars but I had my car towed to my mechanic then a few days later I had it towed back. There was a price difference of $20.00 for the same place, time, mileage, etc but different drivers. I d definitely call them again!

I would definitely recommend using Aldrich. They make getting your car fixed very convenient.Also, if you need a rental car then go to Aldrich first and they can help bring your rental car directly to Aldrich.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

My son's car broke down while moving back to FSU from the Philly area. Aldrich towed his car to the local KIA dealership and I could not have been happier with the service. Heather was great to talk to on the phone and Doug, the tow truck driver, was fantastic as well. They are a top shelf business that I highly recommend!

I came in last week to see if they could fix my car. My drivers side mirror was dangling and is damaged from the accident that happened. When I came in they said they wouldn t be able to fix it till February. Which is fine, I would ve just walked out and found someone else. Then one gentleman said he could fix just my mirror this week and do the rest in February which is fine. So here I am thinking I ll get my mirror fixed this week, but I get a call saying the boss said they won t have time for it. What upsets me is why didn t they originally ask the boss if they had time, and why are they waiting till Tuesday to tell me? When I could have already set up an appointment elsewhere. Here I am thinking I would be going in the next few days to get it fixed just to find out they can t. So now I have to start all over. When on the phone with the man, he just says the boss said no so we can t do it. Next time don t offer something if you don t know if you can do it.

Brought my car in for repairs. When I went to pick it up I noticed new scratches on the passenger door (like another door was opened into it) and questioned it. He looked at my car with me, then we went in and looked at the drop off photos at which point he agreed with me. He told me to leave my car, they would take car of it and they'd call me tomorrow with an estimated date it would be completed. By the time I drove home (40 mins. he called and told me to come get it, that his boss decided they're not fixing it)! Went back to get it and when I challenged him; he asked me what the big deal was and walked me around my car to point out my other minor scratches! I told him that was irrelevant, that I brought my car in to be repaired, that I am very aware of any damages to my car, that I am extremely mindful of what cars I park next to and that I always check my car before I get into it when leaving any parking lot, that I don't need him to point them out. That doesn't mean his shop isn't responsible for damages that happened at his shop during my repairs. Needless to say it didn't end well...Very poor business practices and I would NOT recommend! He even went on to say that I was just looking for something for FREE!

Was involved in a moderate collision (bumper, hood, headlight, fenders) and I chose to send the car here based on overwhelming positive reviews and advice from others.The car was in the shop for about a month, and I was told it was "ready to be picked up". I picked it up and drove to a scheduled appointment I couldn't miss, I drove away from Aldrich and instantly had a warning light come on for the headlight and upon closer inspection noticed scratches and other defects all over the other repaired areas. I called right after my appointment since it was close to closing time for the shop and they immediately booked me for the next day which I was happy about. I dropped it off again and showed these defects to a gentleman who was not very customer friendly and seemed to be upset with me pointing out these obvious defects. That aside, the car ended up being shop for another 2.5 weeks and ultimately had to be sent to the dealership to have a new computer installed. After I picked it up the second time, most of the issues I had complained about after the first "repair" had been addressed and repaired. Unfortunately there are new scratches all along the wheel wells which were not on the car before I dropped it off.All in all I am not at all happy with the quality control as both times the car was supposed to be "ready" it had obvious defects not present when I dropped off the car despite the damage. Furthermore a 5.5 week repair time seems quite excessive for the damages (not counting the time spent at the dealership). I would give the shop a 2/5 stars if they were not so helpful and informative on the second go around. Giving the shop a 3/5 because during both pick ups the car presented with defects not present on the previous drop off and the original customer service/repair time was below average.I opted to live with the scratches along the wheel wells because I couldn't justify leaving it for a third time and it coming back with another set of scratches somewhere else.

My dodge charger came back looking like a new car. Shop was very professional and work was done promptly. They matched the paint beautifully and added the tape stripe. The car was completely detailed inside and out! Great job. Best auto body repair I have encountered.

Amazing job my Dodge caliber looks amazing. Aldrich did it on time and even cleaned the inside. Great work super office staff .its really good to have super people on the phone communication every day with updates. Best place I've ever had thank you AldrichService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

So I saw my review was deleted (not by me) so I m gonna be posting this again I was supposed to have my car towed but ended up not towing it because the tow guy said I live pretty close so it shouldn t be a big deal and I showed him what was wrong underneath what was rubbing against my tire which was the shield that protects the tire and he starts ripping the entire thing off making matters worse my passenger side was bad enough and him ripping off the shield was the most dumbest thing he could do that s what opinions I got from other people and other auto shops if you don t know what you re doing, please don t touch the car always ask before you do something to someone else. I know nothing about cars so I figured he knew what he was doing but I should ve spoke up so that s my bad but seriously I don t know what else he made worse underneath.

Great Customer service, Great work done on my Kia Optima.My car went in for a minor auto accident. Aldrich contacted me, set up a date and they work well with Enterprise rental car so I just dropped the car off and Enterprise picked me up. The best part is, when the car was finished, I was able to leave my rental with Aldrich.I had a couple of dents taken out that were not part of the accident and the price was just as quoted and the work was fantastic.As my car seems to be a magnet for parking lot hit &runs, I will be bringing it back for work and highly recommend them.

Took my Explorer Sport in to get some auto body work done on it. Aldrich did a fantastic job !!! With covid-19 and all the other obstacles we had to jump through trying to get parts for my vehicle they kept me in the loop all the time. I'm very happy and satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle!!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their vehicle worked on for auto body work.

Insurance quoted almost 400 for tow. Aldrich was MUCH cheaper, awesome service. Driver was also very freindly.

These guys are amazing! My accident was very poorly timed and I was in need for my car to get fixed before an international trip I had planned. I explained my situation...Jamie and his guys did what they had to do to make sure I had my car in time. I m very appreciative and happy with the service & work!

Called Aldrich to get a tow on RT2-E about 25 minutes from fitchburg. The operator that answered the phone was very nice. However she said I'd get a call from a driver shortly. I waited 45 minutes before I called for an update. Same woman answered and called the driver who said he'd call me in 5ish minutes. He called me to tell me he couldn't do the job. I asked why couldn't he just tell the operator that. I waited almost an hour for him to say he couldn't do it? Then he responded saying "I'm the only one running this company I can't leave town" the whole time with an attitude.Service: Car towing

I have triple A plus but had no idea im only allowed 4 towels per year. So I called Aldrich they came directly to my house picked up my company truck and took it over to my mechanics. Great service excellent quote I would highly recommend this great local business.

I cannot say enough about Aldrich Auto Body & Repair! I brought my car in after it had been side swiped and they did an amazing job repairing my car! It looks brand new! The staff were all very helpful, professional and informative. I would highly recommend Aldrich Auto Body & Repair to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle!

By chance I chose this business when I was in a csr accident. The first place that I went in Sterling said my car was not salvageable. It was totaled. I had it switched to Aldrich and they did an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly here. I would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent workmanship. I am totally satisfied with the job they did repairing my car which had a head on crash. I found Brian to be a straight up guy to work with. I understand other people's comments about the front office ladies. They do tend to be on the rude side. Probably related to the owners, and that's how they keep their jobs!

Experience here was terrible. Beware of Aldrich Auto Body. Ladies in the office are the rudest people I have ever met. VERY unprofessional. Upon arrival of my vehicle, I expressed concerns on my front drivers side tire that had flattened from the accident I was in. Woman ignored me and said it was from the "weather". Upon reiteration of my concern, I was assured that the tire would be taken care of. My vehicle is brand new, purchased in April, crashed in early June. It should not be flat, except from the accident. After having my vehicle in the shop until mid July (OVER A MONTH) my tire is still FLAT.
