I purchased a ford truck from Agawam Auto Sales. After the purchase I learned that the truck had a salvage title that had been washed. At the time of purchase the title was normal. The truck passed inspection at Jiffy Lube, even with a badly rusted frame. I brought it to a mechanic who said the truck should never have passed inspection.I have tried to communicate with the dealer. He will not return calls or emails. At this point I have had to contact an attorney d will he taking Greg to court.CAUTION- do not purchase a vehicle from 57 Auto! You will be sorry.

We purchased a car for our daughter from Nick. I too read the reviews but can say we had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. He connected us with a local credit union where we got less than 5.5% rate with auto pay 5.25%. Win Win.She has had the car almost 3 months and has had no issues. He answered everyone of my phone calls and it was a great experience. I would buy from him again. Thank you Nick for your help.Christine Tautic

Bought a Prius here almost a year ago and had a great buying experience. Unlike others who have bought from this dealer and complain about repairs soon after, I took the time to properly look the car over and determine if it was suitable for my needs. Because of this the car I puchased has been running without issue despite having 220,000 miles. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Stop blaming the dealer if you cant figure out how to buy a car yourself first.

I purchased a 09 lexus is250 from here about a year ago. Ever since ive had nothing but issues with it. Its been back to back parts failing or causing issues with the car. I was told that certain things would be fixed upon pickup but they never were. There is no way anything was ever gone through on this car before pickup or inspected or anything. When i tried to discuss this matter at the time i was hung up on and turned away. Shouldve reviewed sooner but been trying to just move and on forget. The electrical issue has been my last straw. Would NOT recommend coming here at all.

GREAT SERVICE!! The tire pressure on all my tires were at an all time low due to the recent frigid temperatures. Before getting on the highway this morning, I noticed this car dealership called, 57 AUTO. It was 9:30 and I decided to pull in even though they didn't look open(they open at 10). There was a gentleman sitting at the desk. He greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I let him know of my situation and without an ounce of hesitation, he said to me "I'll be right out I have a portable air tire compressor." I felt a great relief. Nick helped me out in a HUGE way. I offered him $$ for his time and chocolate covered almonds too...but...he wouldn't accept either. He was so giving! Giving without expecting anything in return. WOW!! What a GREAT experience. Nick, thanks again, you ROCK !! Bonnie

Do NOT go to this place. Sold a car with a broken subframe. The engine almost dropped out of the car while driving. It then took almost 2 weeks to get a hold of him and then another few weeks to get the money back. He did not answer calls and avoided responsibility. I had to drive across state because after the 4th time he said he send the check and not receiving it I had to go and pick it up because I knew he wasn t going to send it. Scam of a place and absolutely no respect of the customer of themselves if this is how a business is run. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

The car I purchased through Nick was exactly what I was looking for in a used car for that price. I have also gotten my car detailed through him and brakes done on a separate vehicle. Each experience has been timely and cost effective. He even went as far as offering me lunch while I waited. His dog, Porky, was a great addition to the shop as well.

I got a flat tire right on 57 and let me tell you thank God it was right there because I had a very important appointment to go to and the owner Nick and one of his guys helped me right away and changed my tire on the spot! I was ready to pay of course and Nick wouldn t take my money. You guys are awesome, thank you so much! You saved me that day!

After having some initial issues with the vehicle I was not happy with the car. He told me he would get a battery and a couple of days later he did. After getting the car back again after some additional issues outside of some small things it has been running smooth. Go check Nick out at Auto 57.

This is the best place I have ever been to buy a new used car. The owner, Nick Batista, was knowledgeable, professional and honest. I explained what I needed in a car and why and he made sure the vehicle was safe and ready to go. I would not hesitate to recommend here for a great used car.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. The car we bought was a lemon, they took months to get repairs done and return it to us. When we did finally get it back, the amount of super sketchy work and still broken parts was astounding. Please please go elsewhere

Had an outstanding experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler from 57 auto. Nick was professional and very accommodating throughout the entire buying process. I would highly recommend 57 to anyone out there in need of a new vehicle.

Lower end cars can be rough exterior and interior. Mechanically, they are pretty solid. Owner is young, and is still learning the trade. Overall good kid, that is trying. But I could tell, he has picked up some rough ways on how to be a little shady. But 70% of used car salesman, have to learn some tricks to sell. Worth stopping by!

I have been in the car buying process forever. Coming to 57 Auto sales I was taken great care of, my answers were answered thoroughly and Nick the owner was very informative and made sure I left in a car I was looking for & better! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from here and sending all my eager car buyers here! Thank you Nick!

After seeing the negative reviews on their Facebook page and Google, it makes sense as to why this "business" is regarded so low.On 10/05/21, I saw a 2008 Cadillac DTS on their website and set up a deposit of $1000.00 with a man on the phone by the name of NICK BATTISTA . NICK BATTISTA would then tell me that all deposits are non-refundable.On 10/11/21, I Drove out to Agawam from Boston with my Big Brother to test drive the car only for the brake line to burst and have it get towed back. NICK BATTISTA then proceeded to write me a refund for the deposit (I have the receipt as proof).On 10/21/21 my deposit refund still wasn't reflected, and NICK BATTISTA claims the "card processing company" (never disclosed their name), says it wasn't processed properly-only for me to wait another 4 days to resubmit my card information and still see no reflection.On 11/02/21 the funds had to be sent to me via Venmo by NICK BATTISTA.Patience is truly a virtue, and I appreciate NICK BATTISTA going out of his way to work with me when he could and not leave me in the dark, but at the end of the day, it was a very awful business experience at 57 AUTO and one that could have severely damaged me financially moving forward amidst this pandemic.I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere if you value your dollar.

Bought a van from here and the tire fell off, could have seriously injured me. My van needs almost as much work in money as I paid for it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Don t let them give you an over priced piece of junk either!

Bought my granddaughter a Honda Accord from 57 Auto n was the worst ever. Multiple things wrong with it. Said he'd fix but everytime went back to get it was still the same or worst. I would not recommend this dealership.

Never buy a car from 57 Auto because I did and it's been a nightmare it will not pass safety or emissions I call that gentleman more than 20 times left messages never returns a phone call never buy from that man very bad business man
