My experience at the Falmouth ST far exceeded my expectations and I will gladly recommend them highly to family and friends. All interactions with staff and manager was exceptional as they were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. They went the extra mile to insure the correct tires were chosen for my car. They called Lyft and even paid for my ride home - what a bonus. It s clear they value their customers. Many Thanks!

Good experience at Sullivan Tire. Went in today for a LOF and also to have them looked at a slight vibration I felt coming from the back end (wife's car). Sullivan had put on new tires 3800 miles ago. No problem, rebalanced and found them to be off slightly (1/2oz). All good and no extra charge. I'm happy!

The manager was great guy. Wonderful to talk to. They did not charge me for a wheel alignment because I did not need it. I would not have known the difference, the honesty in a business was refreshing

I have a 20 year old seaside van with rust issues. I went to Sullivan in Teaticket for 2 front tires and they replaced the tires for the price agreed upon even though they had to swap out one of the rims with the spare because the active rim was unsafe. There was no extra charge for the extra work. They told me about potentially dangerous rust issues with the frame at no extra cost to me. I have worked on this van quite a bit (and other vehicles) and I really felt like these guys were truly honest and motivated by safety for their customers. They were just really great people to deal with.

The manager and front end staff we re excellent. They took time to explain my situation and got the work done efficiently.I watched how they dealt with other clients in the store as well as on the phone They were A++in my business i live and die by customer service so i appreciate their approach and attitude.

I continue to go back to these guys for their expertise, honesty, and transparency. I brought my car in because it said I needed all new brakes. What they found was a faulty sensor and fixed that for a couple hundred bucks. They could have sold me on new brakes for much more money and I would have never known. Thank you Paul and Larry and the whole crew over there at Sullivan's in Falmouth.

Everyone at Sullivan Tire is very helpful and takes the time to explain what is needed and most of all what is not necessary. I would like to give a special thanks to Paul for all his help with my decision of what to do with my older vehicle and help in finding someone who could take it away for me.I have been going to Sullivan Tire for many years and will continue to do so.

I absolutely recommend East Falmouth location. They service all my and family's vehicles. I am so grateful for Paul and his son.They go above and beyond to get you a great price and top notch mechanics. I will never ever be able to say enough great things about Paul and son.They are like family to me.God bless Sullivan tire.thankyou

These guys are the nicest people! ALL OF THEM! I had a difficult situation, and they were more than willing to work with me and accomodate my needs and help me out! SO HAPPY I got my beautiful QUIET Goodyear Comfort Glide tires here! And happy to go back for rotations. Highest praise possible!

HONEST, CARING, HELPFUL. The best tire place ever. They trully treated me as I was part of their family. Great and fast service and THEY REALLY CARE!!! Paul at the front desk is amazing. Highly recommend.

Our car was taken in on time and serviced well. As we purchased our tires from Sullivan Tire, the rotation of the tires is free for life. That s a great deal. The people there were friendly and competent.

I thought Sullivan Tire was a good business. Unfortunately they overcharged my mother to change tires. Quoted 40.00 per tire to change because we had the new tires, charged 50 per tire, plus additional fees. Worst of all they made her buy all new lug nuts for over 250.00. Total to change her tires was just under 500.00. I guess you can t trust anyone because they will steal from you if the opportunity is given, just for a few extra bucks. Get a quote with vehicle there before they start and don t tryst them if they say it needs additional parts replaced without seeing and having a second opinion.

Larry was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made a stressful experience much less stressful. He explained everything thoroughly & communicated everything we needed to do perfectly. A+ customer service & professionalism. We will be back & will recommend to anyone else in need of tires/service.

You call & Paul (manager) answers your call. Paul could not be more welcoming and accommodating. Immediately he fit me into the schedule. Made accommodations to secure me a ride so that I could get back to my home after dropping off my car and secured me a return ride back to Sullivan s so that I could pick up my vehicle. This is top notch service

I've been a customer of the Falmouth location for years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They give me good advice on maintaining my car. They're flexible when it comes to setting up appointments. And my car is ready when they say it will be (or else they call to let me know why not). I highly recommend them!

I can't even begin to acknowledge and praise the hard work and determination by the entire E.Falmouth staff working on my 2007 Mercedes. Paul was particularly supportive to me and my family. This immense effort, engagement and time was greatly appreciated. The high level of customer service is rare in recent times and I can't thank Paul and the entire team enough for their professionalism, problem-solving skills and exceptional customer dedication.

We were up for thanksgiving and ran over a turned over waterline valve cover in the middle of the road. This sliced the sidewall of our tire. Staff helped us find the correct replacement tires yes tires if you have an all wheel drive vehicle your tread needs to be within 3/32 or you have to replace all 4 per the dealership.Staff were very helpful, professional and kind. They got us back on the road the next day. Thank you very much

I have never gone to a Sullivan Tire store but recently went to the Falmouth location dealing with Paul and his staff and the experience was exceptional! True professionals that went way above and beyond what I have typically experienced with the auto retail/service industry and well exceeded my expectations! I will not go anywhere else after this experience!

I had an awful emergency early one Saturday morning.The crew at the Falmouth store was amazing.They explained the problem, fixed my problem and were so helpful.I have bought tires at this store in the past, and their service is great.I will return for the great price and service.Russell Simmons

Simply EXCELLENT service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also I had brake problems on my BMW X3 which were under warranty (repaired by them almost a year ago)...no questions asked... they honored the warranty by replacing rotors/pads. This is quite rare these days when service providers always try to argue that your problem is not covered!!! HIGHLY recommend these guys

No way could it be better!The guys know what they are doing. It is like being back in the day when a man's word meant something and a handshake sealed a deal. They understand the true meaning of customer SERVICE. I never felt disappointed when I leave. I am left with the impression that they are concerned with my safety and most importantly they are HONEST!

Noise in manifold diagnosed in timely manner (we were on vacation). Service tech put the car up and showed us issue in person while on the lift. Could not be happier with service which was honest and straight forward. Thank you so much.

After being treated awful at Town Fair tire, I tried Sullivan tire. I have to say that service was amazing, it felt like I was dealing with a local company. they were very accommodating to my time also.
