I had the most peculiar and frustrating experience with this place. Despite the people being very nice, their work organisation and diligence on this occasion was terrible. I should have heeded my intuition when I went to drop it off when another customer was upset and frustrated with his car not being ready here is my story.They had my car for an over 3 weeks for some minor works only to come back to the shop saying it s not ready.I come back to collect it a few days later and find the work very unsatisfactory. They left primer spray on interior doors and also missed a blatant obvious dent in one of the passenger doors. They also tried to badly paint a few scratches on the front bumper that wasn t part of the job and left thick paint over it.I called them and ended up emailing pictures on their request and was asked to bring the car back. I did this and left it for two and a half days in which they said that would be fine. I called before I went to pick it up and again the anticipated answer was sorry it ain t ready yet .So I give them another few days and go back to pick it up. This time they have fixed the dent but sanded off their thick paint on the bumper and left the scratches. I m walking away shaking my head in disbelief of this level of incompetence. I don t love my car over my valuable time that much to have a go at them. Just thought I d share to inform the rest of you.

I liked the guys that worked here and they did a job welding my old truck back together. I was told at first that it might not be worth it, but they took a look at it any way and did a great job. The work was completed a little later than I was originally told, but it was done well so I didn't mind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get some body work done, as long as you're not in a big rush. Also the end cost was lower than they told me in the beginning, so they are honest people too.

After an accident in November of 2021, AAA towed my car to the closest shop, Excel in East Falmouth. Excel and Pierre , the shop s certifiably insane owner, took one month and $6,000 to damage my car even further. Geico, after many loooong, unexplained delays (nearly six months worth), towed my car here to Falmouth s ROTARY COLLISION CENTER. It arrived here in JULY (it is now November). And, I still do not have my car back! SO, at shop #2, this FALMOUTH shop, three months passed and I never ONCE received a phone call. Not ONE update (I called THEM once a week for an identical non-update). After thirteen weeks, I called again and was told, Your car s all fixed, all painted, looks great! There s only one problem. It won t start. When I finally stopped laughing, they told me my car had been starting just prior to them calling me to pick it up. They had no idea WHY it had Stopped starting , and decided to send it to yet ANOTHER (unnamed) SHOP, Shop #3! Turns out that Falmouth had MISSED two major, standard parts that had become inoperable . Shop #3 may well be replacing these parts right now. They may also be walking their dogs on the rings of Saturn. I DO know that the total amount of time my car has been off the road is ONE YEAR. One. Year. Twelve months. Fifty-two weeks. Three Hundred and Sixty-five days. AND COUNTING! In other words, both my car and myself have depreciated in value at least one year. Also, the amount of money spent over the year on my car s repairs , on it s storage Lord knows where BETWEEN repairs , the money I spent on unforeseen non-repairs myself AND the BIG BUCKS I had to spend on a freakishly extended rental, totals roughly $15,000. So far. That s $7, 000 more than I spent BUYING MY CAR! Had I any idea what these people were going to put me through, I would have just BOUGHT A NEW CAR! TWO new cars! Certainly, a BETTER car! I am so angry, down to my DNA, back through generations of ancestors, until reaching those earliest who used variously-sized clumps of underarm hair as money, I am totally on the edges of my own sanity. My Doctor is very concerned about the resultant stress and depression I m experiencing. There will CERTAINLY be lawsuits. But, beyond that Is there NOTHING one can do to escape being held HOSTAGE like this?

The crew in the Falmouth shop were courteous, friendly & helpful. I too had to wait days longer than the stated completion date, but the minor repair to my bumper was done expertly, looking brand new. Stellar job, much appreciated.

Excellent work, forgot too recharge my air-conditioning, but they completed the work even after hours. Bears any place on the island especially angels Auto body, who replaced my bumper but did not sand not prime before painting!

THIS place is so professional!my car was ready earlier than quoted and looks beautiful!! They are honest respectable and I would recommend them to any one who is in need of body work .I can't be more pleased!!@

I had a dent fixed here last year. It came out great and was affordable which I am grateful for since I paid out of pocket and didn't use my insurance company.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Meh OK, beats anything on MV but everyone I know who has gone there has come back with some issue, repaired for free of course but when u take a boat and wait to left your car then pay thousands of dollars, driving 5 miles and realising the ac no longer works, return just as they are locking the door spend another hour, Missing my boat Btw, charging the ac.
