What service! Family and I were visiting my husband s mother with our 8 month old and our car was making a horrible grinding noise. We were afraid to drive back to central MA with our baby. When we got there they didn t have a lift open and at first didn t know when they could take a look and then decided to put it on a jack and fixed that issue on the spot! This SAVED US! And the price was amazing. Definitely recommend!

I decided to check with Paul's Precision because my car dealer (who shall remain nameless) told me I needed a new exhaust system ($1200) and new engine straps ($170) on my 2010 Outback. I'm very glad I did.Paul informed me that there's some rust on the exhaust, and I might need some parts replaced in the next year, and the engine straps are a little rusty, but just fine.Best experience with an auto repair place in memory! I will be going to Paul's when I need anything done on my car. And, they're nice, to boot!

Ripped me off, and please beware if you're a woman. I took my car here for service a few times without any incident. They charge a lot more than most places in Falmouth, but they also fit me in when other places were booked so I always paid the premium price. I had a female house guest who was staying with me while on a road trip and heard an odd noise from one of her belts. All other places were booked and so we ended up at Paul's. They totally ripped my guest off on price, and I actually don't think they even did the work they had billed them for as my friend had to have the same work done again when they arrived home. I felt terrible, but somehow thought they'd just gotten Paul's on a bad day. Two months later it happened to me -as well. Condescending attitude, overcharged me for very basic work, and charged me for replacing things that had clearly not been replaced for years. They are simply dishonest and can't be trusted.

Paul's is undergoing a transition to new ownership. Tony, the new owner, is someone we are following to his new shop. He has been super; honest, thoughtful and able to communicate. He also is reliable and has always been able to do what he says, with little fuss and a reasonable price. Not sure if he is going to change the name of the place to Tony's Precision ;) Either way, we will be loyal customers not matter what the shop is called!Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Battery

As a family, we have several older cars. Subsequently, over the last several months, we have had issues with two of them. Both times, the folks at Paul's have done right by us. Finding the best solution, and being friendly and approachable throughout. I can't imagine taking a car anywhere else.

We have a timeshare in Falmouth and spend just one week a year in the area.Naturally we were disappointed when we needed auto repair while on vacation.Paul and his professional crew could not have treated us more respectfully. They could have claimed any number of things were in need of repair, but simply repaired a minor issue. Minimal charge. We will never forget this incredible experience with people of such character. First time Experience, I was from out of town, just passing through. Broken rear suspension mount, rare part so it seemed, no one would help me in the area. They made a couple of calls to find the part and have it delivered from Boston in the same day. 4 hours later I was on my way. Very good efficient and good service. I would recommend the place in a hearth beat.

Over priced well over $200 or more over other places. Very careless when doing a over all check. All the containers to the fluids were left open. Missing lug nuts when done putting back tires on. Will never do business again poor resolution when I pointed out these faults basically turned the table on me like I did something. Maybe you should check your techs work then to blame the customer. Bad bad

Don't ever take your vehicle to these thieves he charge me 400 for a single brake line that they didn't even reshape or tie down my brake line, they just threw it cross one side of the engine to the passenger side brake caliper. I'm really p off right now 98 ford Taurus. i HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS

These guys were awesome. I had a check engine light. Turns out my gas cap was loose. In and out in 5 minutes. Honest and kind. Thanks Paul's!

totally incompetent, totally misdiagnosed the issue, and refused to communicate whatsoever, kept my car for 3 weeks, fro no reason, refuse to take any input or request for communication. suggest you go elsewhere.
