I've been a customer of Oil Express for a long time, and one of the most positive experiences at Oil Express is their customer service department. I spoke with Crystal today to schedule some maintenance, and when we were through, I had maintenance scheduled, a new delivery plan which saved me money, updated my account with all current info and payment methods and generally took care of all my home heating needs for the next year. She is one of the many great reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with in all my years as their customer.Thanks Crystal - Well done!

Phyllis did everything right. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and immediately addressed the matter at hand. Her work is exemplary and a standard by which others should be judged. There are others on the Oil Express end of the line who do the same, but today's experience was with Phyllis. We two have spoken a few times over the years as I recollect and it is always a pleasure.

I had 2 wonderful experience with Oil Express today. First my delivery person Bill was very friendly and helpful with both my delivery as well as when I began asking him his thoughts on what the winter was going to be like for the Home Heating oil industry and pricing of the oil. After a bit of discussion he suggested I contact my customer service person directly to see what the current pricing and purchase options available to me were.So I called and had the opportunity to speak wit Crystal about the options I had for acquiring my oil for this winter heating season. Crystal not only discussed and worked through the cost benefits/savings of the capped price and pre-purchase options but was able to look back at my past years use to determine how much I might be expecting to use this season. Once I decided on my option she was able to put together the contract and email it to me for online document signature and finalize the entire program during the call. Now I don't even have to think about my oil again until next May; she also scheduled my Burner service for next June at the same time.Great experience from both service and Delivery. Bill has been my delivery guy for some time and my pup is happy to great him each time she hears him arrive too.Thank you Crystal and Bill.

Oil Express is a courteous and professional company to work with. My call was taken by Darlene D. I was trying to figure out an oil plan and she patiently explained all of the options (more than once!). We have been customers for many years but this is the first year that I am handling the account. I am confident that I made the correct choice because of Darlene s clear and concise help. For many years I have used Oil Express, back from when Jim was the main contact at Point Oil, and I continue to. They may not have the lowest price but it is reasonable. They have provided me with reliable and timely service even off hours. Their response to urgent refill needs or equipment emergencies has always met or exceeded my expectations.I particularly appreciate that my calls are answered by a local person who knows my account. Similarly, I often have the same service or delivery driver, who is on time, professional and friendly. They and the others of Oil Express represent their company well.

We re with Oil Express for a few decades now. Service is always helpful and positive on the phone. Delivery on time and they always work with you when questions or issues arise. We re quite happy with them. Today I spoke with Phyllis and she was very kind and helpful.

Thank you so much for great customer service .we list our furnace early in the morning and called you.The person we talked on the phone was wonderful! Our tech gave us a window between 4 pm and 8 pm. He arrived at 4:30 and had our heat back on by 5pm.He was such a good guy.personable.explained everything in detail..he was even great to our dogs! This young man was exceptional! Thank you! We didn't catch his name ,so if you could tell him we said thank you! He is joining the Navy reserves and being a Navy woman way back when ,I was impressed with his goals in life.5 stars to all of you!

Always great service. Had no heat last night around 9pm called emergency line had a call back within 15 minutes, decided to have technician come by early morning. 7:30 am had a technician arrive by 8:30 I have heat and hot water. Overall great service and the whole team there is always helpful.

WE had a leak in our expansion tank. They sent out a technician that day and fixed the problem. They also texted us periodically during the day updating us on his arrival. The tech was acknowledgeable, friendly and efficient

I have spoken with Darlene several times in the past, she is pleasant, professional and patient explaining the best needs for my home. Darlene Dalhquist gave me the best information. She highly advised that I sign on to the price cap for future oil deliveries. She throughly explained the positive nature of the program and I thanked her profusely. She is an asset to your company.
