Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We came during the winter so the indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice. Jacuzzi tub and kitchen made our spacious studio fully functional. As a cigar smoker I was disappointed that I couldn't smoke on the property while enjoying the view, which is one of the reasons I picked this property but local ordinances are too blame, not the property.Walkability: Not walkable. Need a car.

Located right on the beach, this is a great location. My colleague and I were in town for a conference and stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was amazing. Plenty of space for both of us plenty of parking.My only complaint is the pillows. One is not enough but 2 was too much.

We stayed there off season. We had a beautiful view of the water and islands. The location was close to downtown falmouth. The facility was well maintained and the room was very clean. The staff was wonderful. Would defimitely return again.Rooms: Had full size refridgerator in a efficiency room with 2 burner stove and toaster oven and microwave. There is an indoor pool. Some rooms have an in room hot tub.Nearby activities: Downtown Falmouth is 15 minutes away with little to no traffic. Excellent restaurants.Safety: Main entrance door requires card key and security service patrols the buildings.

The views from any room are beautiful. Fast fill on the jacuzzi tub. The rooms are very clean. They have an outdoor pool and indoor pool at the time the indoor jacuzzi was closed. There is a gas fire pit at the end of the outdoor pool area. They have grills for grilling if that's what you wish to do. If you need something that's missing from your room call down to the front desk and they will get it to you. Our friends room was a loft room that did not have a stove but had a toaster oven. The front desk has a list of events that's going on nearby any area and places to eat. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to get away for a good weekend.Rooms: Very spacious. Clean.Walkability: Small beach across the street. Drive everywhere else.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with two full baths, we equipped kitchen and even a large jacuzzi in the bedroom. Also the king bed was extremely comfortable. We also used the sofa bed and that was quite comfortable. Everything was literally sparkling clean. Nice outside space too and the indoor pool was only a few steps away. The beach was across the street and Falmouth downtown only five or so minutes away.Negatives? The selection of TV channels was appalling and wifi was at times spotty.In conclusion an overwhelmingly good experience. Quite likey we will return.Food & drinks: Shipwrecked appears to be the closest restaurant, less than a mile away. Good food and atmosphere.

This is my second year staying here and I couldn't be more pleased. The location is awesome and is close as you can get to 360� water views. The beach is a hop, skip and a jump over the road which is great. There are two pools, fire pits, grilles, Bocci ball, shuffle board, and it's located so close to everything in Falmouth.The hotel is clean, mostly updated, rooms adequately sized, and I love the huge balcony. The staff is very friendly.Rooms: Clean, large, everything works.Nearby activities: Beach, main street Falmouth, historical district, hiking, light house, ferries.Walkability: You can walk to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful resort, right across the street from the private beach. We had a nice 2 bedroom townhome with a huge jacuzzi tub & full kitchen. All newly furnished, clean and convenient patios & sliders that walk out to the back yard. Loved the indoor pool & hot tub. Friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

All around excellent experience. We stayed in a studio room facing the ocean and it was perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were great. We loved being right on the water and close to town. We will absolutely be back!!

We were debating between this property and another one which was directly on the sand. We opted for this property because we got a two bedroom suite so we could spread out. Oh my God the luxury of two bathrooms, two bedrooms a living room and a kitchen if even for one night was so well worth it. I thought the pricing was awesome as well. From our deck you could see both the bay and the Atlantic. The place was absolutely spotless and the beds were really comfortable. This property is a no-brainer. There are two pools, spas, kids play area and other amenities that we didn t try out. Don t hesitate to book this wonderful resort. It lives up to the hype.

Our room was apparently recently upgraded with a new bathroom and kitchen updates. It offers indoor, outdoor pools, nice fireplace, bocce courts, corn hole games and nice barbecue area. The only downside is that there are no restaurants or bars within a reasonable walking distance.Nearby activities: There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options within a short drive from the resort.

Feels like living in a studio apartment! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or prepare; coffee, wine, tea, tools to peel, chop or pan sear, and store extras, it has you covered. The bed was okay, I typically prefer a firmer mattress. The balcony and views were what I enjoyed the most during my stay. The room also has a soaking tub which I never got around to using. Our room temperature was okay, but when the fan or AC kicked on, we found it to be noisy. The location is great with walking distance to miles of beaches. You may need a car or bike to get to town and enjoy the restaurants and shops.

Starters this place is amazing a view by the ocean side!! The service was very good although our room had a few unwanted visitors on the second floor which was a bit surprising. There was no breakfast, wishing there was, the TV lacked a lot of channels as well. If you want an ocean view , sunrise and sunsets , picture perfect, with a place to swim, beautiful breeze and playground For kids.... Well you got it made. P.s you can see Martha's vineyard from this location as well as Nantucket islands. The ferry that also takes you to and from the island can be sighted going from island to mainland. The night is gorgeous with the beautiful ocean breeze on the balcony and a nice table and chairs to accommodate you! Please enjoy as much as we did!!!

We had a studio stay that literally opened up to the ocean. It was fantastic stay. It had a kitchenette that was fully stocked, so if you re staying for an extended stay in the summer and want to make food you re good to go!

The place was very clean. You are across the street to easy access to the beach and ocean. The fire pit was great. The indoor pool was nice, and so was the hottub. The outdoor pool was not open yet.Rooms: You can stay in a studio up to a 2 bedroom suite. With a small kitchen no oven to a full blown kitchen.Nearby activities: Several places to spend time on the beach. Many restraunts to choose from. Grocery store nearby. Lighthouses to see are close by as well in less than 40 minutes.Walkability: It is handicap friendly and many sidewalks as well as grassy areas.Food & drinks: There are vending machines only. You will need to shop for food or go out to eat and so many fabulous places to choose from.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary last year. We could not have been happier. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt that we had found the perfect place for us. The suite was clean and spacious. We absolutely loved being able to have drinks on our patio that was right next to the pool. The owner and all staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We can t say enough about the location. The private beach was the perfect way to start our day with the sunrise. We had hoped to return again this year, but it is such a beautiful place that it is hard to find availability during our anniversary week. Highly recommend

Thank you for a great getaway. Stayed in a Studio. 2 burner stove, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen for a family of 4 and a good size fridge (smaller than normal size). Perfect size. Indoor pool very well vented and clean. Pool was temperate, and hot tub was not scorching hot! Would definitely return... the view from the room was spectacular. OCEAN VIEW- Beautiful and totally relaxing!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! My partner and I visited last weekend (off season.) Tracy at the front desk was the most kind, patient, relatable and understanding customer service representative we have encountered since I don t know when! Our accommodations far exceeded our expectations! Our room was immaculate! The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained and the general area was quiet and relaxing. The private beach directly across the street was the icing on the cake! Housekeeping was offered and we respectfully declined because we were so comfortable and relaxed. The bed was sooo comfy we have 4 kids and for the first time in ages, I slept til noon!!!! We will most certainly be back I wish I had anything negative to say so we could maintain this haven being a hidden gem!! Thank you for an unforgettable getaway!

I'm going to start by saying this is my first review I've ever written. I've never felt the need until staying at this hotel! This place is absolutely spectacular. I can't even begin to stress how clean this property is. I run my own cleaning company so I'm very particular about cleanliness lol. I go above and beyond to inspect every detail of any place I stay. There is not a spec of dust or dirt to be seen anywhere in our room. Even the dishes are spotless. Not a single water spot on them. I have stayed at some of the nicest resorts around. Nothing compares to the cleanliness and comfort of this hidden gem! The room is so prefect. The entire property is fantastic. The woman at the front desk is amazing as well. I just can't say enough amazing things about this place! If you're looking to stay in the cape, this is your place!!! I'm here on a mini getaway with my husband. Not only is it perfect for couples but this room is set up perfectly for families as well! And it's right on the beach! You literally can't go wrong with this place!

My Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The resort staff was so kind and helpful! Our room was beautiful. It included a full kitchen, dining area had, a cozy living room, 2 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi, as well as a large balcony with clear ocean views and a sitting area. There are many amenities offered with a choice of an indoor and outdoor pool, a large seasonal fire pit, and easy access to the ocean and beach. There is plenty of parking.I have told everyone I know about this place! Not only have we decided this is our go to anniversary weekend spot, I am already planning a family girl's weekend away with my sister, sister in law, nieces, and Mom.
