I walked in not knowing what battery my key fab had. An older gentleman employee came over and helped me immediately and even showed me how to install it! I was very grateful!

I needed some gas injecters. It said they had a set of eight for 91.00 dollars. Amazon would be 60.00 for the same set. When I got to auto zone they didn't have the set of eight but they had one they would sell me for 101.00 dollars. Are they just greedy or stupid or maybe both. This is the second time they jacked up a price on something I wanted. Buyers beware.

My dash showed an error message that said my key fob had a low battery. Yikes, this had never happened to me. I was 100+ miles away from home, so no back up key available. The nearest dealer was almost an hour away, and they wanted me to schedule it (!) and the cost would be $65. What to do? So,I walked into the AutoZone shop on DavisStraits, Miranda got the old battery out, the new battery in, made sure it worked and I was.out of there in ten minutes, for less than $10. Are you kidding?Great service, knowledgeable help and I'm so grateful! Thank you MirandaK!Support Your Local Businesses!

Parts house.... What is there to say, they have a fair amount of stuff in the store and can order what they don't have. Most parts they have seem to be Chinese sourced, but I am sure you can order some that are not. Prices are fairly standard for a parts house. Service is friendly when you get to talk to someone, they seem to be understaffed and one should expect a wait to checkout or order/find parts.

They told us where the parts were which was helpful but one time they helped us put in the part(lightbulb) and another time they couldnt

Disappointed! One of my headlights died so I went to buy a new light bulb. 1) I drive a common car, and the employee was unsure if they sold the lightbulb. 2) He asked me if I wanted a headlight for high beams or low beams?! 3) After I purchased it, the employee wouldn t tell me or show me how to put it in. He told me to go to a dealership or mechanic.I am unsure if I will ever purchase anything here again.

Been a customer at this store for over 25 years and lately the place is a complete joke... the manager Nicole is the worst manager I've ever dealt with. She has no clue about cars and doesn't understand that when someone who has been a technician for 25 plus years is telling you that you are incorrect, that you might be incorrect. Instead, she insisted on yelling over me while I was explaining the situation and refused to hear anything I was telling her. She is extremely rude and condescending to customers all the time. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this with her. She needs to be fired or better yet demoted to a regular red shirt, she is most definitely not manager material!

Terrible return policy. I purchased a gift for my son with my debit card. Card was charged over a month ago. Turns out he did not need it and I told him to return it. He had the receipt for the purchase and I figured he could use the money for something else he wanted. When they did the return, employee told him they needed my debit card. Now, I live off Cape and this was a gift, how is he supposed to have MY debit card .They already have my cash from my account.This was not a credit card!! NOT HAPPY

I came into AutoZone for an item, and was helped by a woman who was in on her day off. While I was there, I overheard a conversation between CSR Tim, and a customer who was unsure of the size of rotors and brake pads for her vehicle. He took extra time, showing her all the options, waited patiently, while she contacted someone who knew the vehicle, and proceeded to help her get what she wanted.The staff at the Falmouth, Massachusetts AutoZone takes the extra few moments to help someone find exactly what s right for their vehicle.Thank you for your service!David in Falmouth

AJ & staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I came in needing LED bulb replacements for my SUV. They informed me of my options, registered me for rewards and kindly installed the new bulbs, all with a smile on their face and appreciative for the business.

I've been there plenty of times and the staff 80% of the time are either rude or can't help for one reason or another. Not a big. Fan spend a lot of time there and never get the "so-rewards". I've decided th parts send away is much more rewarding beats

Always a bit slow, but service is generally very friendly. Though there is one employee who has outbursts of explications. Haven t seen that person recently so maybe she doesn t work there anymore. They generally have a good supply and decent prices if you need something right away.

Looking for wiper blades. Reference book did not cover my auto year, had to go to desk. Associate was helpful and sold me store brand blades. Took home, and was very disappointed in lack of directions for a simple task. Returned product. Bought elsewhere.

I purchased a new battery from a guy who mumbled and had the personality of a slug and was told they could install it for me. I was prepared to nicely tip whoever installed it or pay an installation fee. Then I was told no, they are short staffed, I'd have to bring it someplace else to install it. I left there lugging a heavy battery, in the dark, and practically in tears since my car was barely starting and now I was in a frantic rush to find an open auto shop to install the new battery.

Plan to spend quite a bit of time here waiting for help, this store just keeps getting worse one person at counter helping line of people one hiding in back another stocking shelves ad if it can t wait and two just chatting. Great service NOT!

Horrible customer service! Every time I visit this location since it s the only option in town for particular items, nobody is ever friendly asks if you need any help, and God for bid you need them to check you out or help with parts purchase you may never get service! Extremely lazy poor excuse for employees! If you have another option to get your item elsewhere I suggest you do since it would probably save half your day of chores worth of time.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They aren't going to just guess that they are giving you the right thing, they KNOW! They also will answer basic questions about repairs most of the time, assuming they have done it themselves.

Been using Auto Zone for years. 90% of the time they are on top of things. Good pricing, nice people, and they stock almost everything. I highly recommend them for your auto parts needs. I give them 5 big stars !!!

Our headlight burned out, so we stopped at AutoZone in Falmouth, MA. The nice woman inside found us the correct replacement bulb, and the nicest man by the name of Fred installed the bulb in just a few minutes, even though it was a complicated process. We would return in a heartbeat if need be, and we highly recommend this knowledgeable business staff to anyone who needs help with their car. Thank you so much!

Do NOT shop here. Very disrespectful staff. Asked a simple question and was treated rudely. Staff was not pleasant. Better go to Napa right down the road.
