The owner was absolutely atrocious. He was rude and refused to address any concerns because he can do no wrong. When asked why there was excess damage on the vehicle than that prior to the crash he claimed it was my fault. After I asked if I could get the key to get my CD and he refused. He could of and should of handled this situation differently. Below I will attach the before and after. The first 2 are before and the last 3 are after.Edit: Might I also add he started lying about how there is no electricity and that they took the battery out. That wasn't the case at all of the accident. The battery wasn't damaged. So they started taking parts to make money off of my vehicle without even asking my insurance or me beforehand.If you are ever in an accident make sure that your insurance or yourself doesn't let it get towed to this shady place.

My car got towed here and the back of my car was filled with Christmas gifts lo and behold a brand new Victoria secret shirt and two perfumes were missing. I was going to have my new car brought in to be checked that's not happening.

Thank you Jesse and Shawn, Kristen. The whole team u guys helped me immensely. I'm not taking my old man anywhere else but tech services. My car deserves these guys. They are honest, professional, and just frickin awesome!! Thank you so much guys!!! (Edit) I was just there again and again you guys came thru for me! I stand by my review and thensome you guys are the bomb my old man will never be touched by another. You guys are always there for me and my old man and you guys did and ALWAYS do it right!! Thank you thank you!! I appreciate you guys on every level!! I used to be afraid of mechanics lol but you guys are true blue thank you again!! 100 stars!!!

Family owned & operated. The entire staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Whether you're getting service to a vehicle done, buying a vehicle, getting a tow or their roadside assistance their prices are extremely fair. I love this place!

Been going to this shop for 8+ years. Recommended multiple friends and family to this shop. Even bought my current car off of him. Had an issue, cylinder one misfire last Friday and a week later my check engine light went on on the road as the engine was over heating on the highway. Went to a close by mechanic and they said it was a cylinder 1 misfire again. Called Jesse the owner back at TSC and told me he s not covering anything, tow or repair. That he s not going to waste his breathe repeating himself and hung up the phone.

Owner is very rude and ignorant. No care for his customers. I hope nobody gives him the time of day. The staff was sweet. He should just sell the business if he's going to be so miserable and only cater to Portugese people kindly.

Need your car serviced on go to this place..They are attentive, honest and affordable. Their communication and work ethics right down to the woman that took my information, is why I'm recommending this place.

This is a true family business that is successful today because of hard work and dedication they put forth. I see the guys at Tech very often, and you can see very clearly that its run by a family that genuinely cares about helping others. Because of my career, I see these men quite frequently and I've never once had a negative experience. They get the work done fast and they do exactly what they say, with no surprises. When you go to Tech, you know its actually going to get fixed, and the quality of work is great. They're very reasonable with there customers and they have no problem showing you what's wrong and what is needed to fix it. Honest guys with a great work ethic

Extremely quick turnaround and professional service. No mechanics jumping down my throat trying to upsell service. Will definitely be back next time car is due for service!

Owner is absolutely unprofessional, Took him THREE days to change my alternator, went to pick up car and the car STILL didn't work and proceeded to tell me that it wasn't his problem. Then told me he can fix my car AGAIN . I found it in me to just say yes thinking it would be done right away but then he tells me YOU HAVE TO WAIT THREE DAYS ! Absolutely mind numbing . Eventually my car was fixed and I have to say to this day there hasn't been a problem with the alternator but the moral of the story is that he should have fixed it right the first time and or call me and let me know there was another problem with the car . And then he proceeded to give ME attitude. Please just look the other way if you are thinking of coming to this shop . Embarrassing.

My car go towed here after hours so couldn t pick up till the next day so an extra $35 for storage plus $65!to tow to my house. Half a mile. $208 total they wouldn t take a credit card over the phone so I had to walk in a blizzard to an ATM then walk to TSC to pay them cash before they closed otherwise another $35 a day for storage!

Jessie, and the rest of the crew are great. Best prices around. My car, my gf's car. My mother's car and now my Aunt's car all get serviced here. If there is ever problem Tech always gets it done....

Tech service towed my daughter's the vehicle from in front of her house at the request of the police and fire department. This is perfectly understandable. My daughter and her twins, standing barefoot in their pajamas watching their house with all of their possessions burn to the ground was then charged $140.00. The vehicle was towed 2 miles. This guy has a big heart?????

If I could give this place 0 stars ohhhh I would ! First off I had bought my car from the owner of this place. I had multiple problems with my car since I bought it and I ve always gone back to him to fix it but the problems never seemed to be fixed and now I find out I have a blown head gasket so long that it burned a groove in my engine. Therefore he sold me a car he knew had problems and never fixed any of the problems I had with my car just to avoid the real problem. DO NOT COME HERE YOULL REGRET IT!

After receiving news that my car needed fairly extensive catalytic converter work and a quote from a local repair shop that brought tears to my eyes, a friend recommended that I bring it over to Tech service center. SO glad that I did! He seemed to know it was a pain in the ass repair but agreed to do the job anyway for me..Engine light a thing of the past, new inspection sticker on my window and my wallet couldn't be happier.... Hundreds less than I would've paid locally in Rhode Island. They definitely will have my future business... Great team of mechanics... Very fair all around

I got a flat tire today on where 79 meets 24 in Fall River Massachusetts the state police called for a tow for me where Scott the driver came in was very helpful very professional gave me a ride all the way all the way to work and took care of the car and everything was done great I'm very happy with the services and I would highly recommend text service center

They should be called the best service in the country because they really are the best they did some work in my car and it was a lot of guys trying to find out what it was before no one can find it and these guys find it and they fixed it perfectly
