Had an appointment there this morning (02/07/2024) to have 2 tires installed that I bought elsewhere. The guys there were very nice and totally professional. They got the job done quickly and obviously knew what they were doing. The price for installation was also a lot lower than I had expected, which was great. I highly recommend for any of your car service needs. 5 s

I had a great experience here almost a year ago when I had tires delivered from Tire Rack, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Last week I had tires delivered from Tire Rack for another car. When I got home I noticed the tire monitoring sensors weren't reading. I called to set up a time to come back and I was told, sorry we can't do that here, you'll need to go to a different Monro or a mechanic.

Need a muffler repair . Brought it in, they ordered the part and scheduled me a week after just to make sure the part came in, great. Get there on my next appointment date, they say they don't have anyone in the shop to do it on Sundays and they would give me a call the next day. They never called, so I went ahead and called them. Lucky me, the guy who does mufflers, "quit". Now they wanna send me to the Swansea location. Who was going to call me and tell me they couldn't do it? Place is really unprofessional

Pricing for an oil changes was way more expensive than anywhere I had ever been before. I sat and waited in the waiting room for almost an hour in total. Waiting room was 80 degrees because I saw thermostat on the wall. I had to keep stepping outside just to get some air even though it was freezing outside. The poor young man working was very nice but unfortunately he looked to be the only one working that day because he was working on my car and taking phone calls at the same time which made the whole process take even longer. I also mentioned my windshield washer fluid was low so he could add some and he said they didn t have any there?? I would expect all fluids to be checked and topped off with an oil change like most places do. I will not be back.

The reason why I m giving one because there s nothing lower than no one. I had the manager order me a tire he says the tire was in. I make an appointment one of the employees says that he cannot do the job so I left I called the manager and the manager made another appointment and I show up to install the tire. He tells me again that he cannot do it and then he calls the manager and the manager tells him to do it and then he tells me the tire was never ordered. The worker tells me to take my business elsewhere This place is horrible. Staff is no good. and I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning the best advice I could give you guys to stay away from this place, and if I could give them zero, I would

I went in for help installing a bulb for my 3rd brake light and an oil change. They were quick and professional. The tech also showed my how to change the bulb in case I need to in the future. I always go here for my oil changes and tires. Excellent service.

Went in yesterday and made an appointment for today. My appt. was at 2 pm when I got there at 1:45, completely closed. Not even a courtesy call was given. Won't be going back to this place.

I have been coming here for the past couple years for everything and the staff was amazing but with the new management that is there now are extremely disrespectful I was given several excuses why they couldn t do a simple task on my car. I will tell everyone that I know to go elsewhere. This shop has really gone down hill since December. I would advise anyone to go to a different location or company.

You made my day! As a business owner myself, I pride on kindness and transparency. The two employees who worked today presented a friendly professional service. Not even knowing what my situation is. Employee came out to my vehicle prepared with floor covering, let him know the issue, and i gave him the keys ! The waiting area and the whole process were comfortable!Thanks again!

Went to repair my SUV. They did a fabulous job with work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Call first to make appointment to avoid delay. Staff great five stars.

Took 1 hour from time of drop off till I got the car for a simple oil change they said would take 30 min which is normal. Saw my car waiting there while they was waiting around so time management could be better. I normally am understanding for wait times but when you charge $25 higher than anywhere else least a point of charging that much won t be returning again for a slow $85 oil change. Staff was friendly and said prices where caused by Covid but everyone else even local shops are $60 at most won t be returning

I had a great experience for my oil change, it was completed in a timely fashion and my coupon was honored for my discounted price. 10/10 recommend and I specifically went to this location because it's open on the weekend.

Got a complete brake job done here. I wanted all the calipers replaced, they left the old front calipers on, 3 months later my front breaks where locking up on the highway because one of the pins was stuck .. i took it back to them so they could fix it all up, it was gona cost anther 500$ .. I almost lost my temper .

Brian was awesome had my car done as promised when no else wanted to touch it. He was short handed and still professional great at his job he needs a vacation. That's the model mechanic.

Friendly staff, very professional and polite. They did a great job installing my tires. They told me it's good to get an alignment when you change your tires, so I agreed. I didn't actually need it after they inspected it. I appreciate the honesty of their staff. When most mechanics would try to take advantage of a woman and complete work that was not necessary, it's good to know I received an honest answer and service!! Well done guys!

Brian the manager was excellent. He got me in for a much needed Brake job and was very professional and transparent on pricing. Wasn t cheap but he worked on it himself and got it done efficiently.

Brought our Toyota for a routine oil change. The guys working on the car found that the oil pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. This guys did they re best to try and fix it but no dice the pan needed to be totally replaced costing hefty chunk of change. Well the manger realized we have been loyalty customers for couple of years and that the crack in the pan should have been addressed at our last visits. Knowing this they chose to replace our pan free of charge. A pretty stand up staff and excellent service.

Zachary and Derrick were by far the greatest people I ve ever brought my car to. From the minute I stepped in, I felt safe and taken care of. They walked me through the problem and as a young woman it was very appreciated how patient they were and also made me see the issue and understanding the pricing. Zachary made me feel like he was fixing my car for his own kid, where safety was the top priority. Thank you for being knowledgeable, patient, and kind, I will be back for any issues in the future. Thank you for making me feel like family.

I used to get my oil change every time here, Until last time I found a stripped screw. How could you let me drive off like that. Now I need a new oil pan. They also didn t fill the wiper fluid.

Noticed one of my tires was leaking after having driven from Providence down to Little Compton, and this was the first place I called about a fix. Zach was kind enough to squeeze me in when he heard about my situation. He checked but couldn't repair the tire, so I ended up needing to have all four tires replaced. They took care of it quickly and got me on my way. Really grateful to have found these guys in my hour of need! Didn't catch the younger gentleman's name but both he and Zach were extremely kind and considerate, made me feel like I was at my usual mechanic's! 11/10 would recommend, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Update:I ve been using Monroe s for years for oils changes, Jan 2021 I was due for one and they discovered the oil pan had the threads busted from last oil change.Zac and others assured me they could do a plug switch and when that didnt pan out* they replaced the parts only at cost of parts. I m thankful they were accommodating. I thought I was going to have to get a tow and they worked with me, especially after seeing how many times I been there over the years.Great customer service helpful informative and very smart. Oil change was done in a timely matter and they were flexible to encourage coming in earlier than the apt because as time!

The team here was extremely knowledgeable and the manager was very professional and they done such a great job 5 stars across the board . Best place to get your tires done highly recommended . They worked on my jeep and were very pleased

I had a flat tire on 195 headed east on Friday afternoon, bummer. I had recently purchased the tires from a different Monroe dealership. Because I had purchased the protection plan I was able to get the tire fixed on Friday afternoon for free, the new manager was incredibly helpful, they were able to take me right away.The service team to take a little bit of time, but it was explained that they wanted to be sure that the glue is fully dried before balancing the tire. Manager was very helpful and I was happily on my way. Really like the fact that I can purchased the tires at one dealership and have the support of all the Munro dealerships. Great experience.

Up until recently I would not have gone to this site. But I am quite happy to know they have a trusted manager on site. Joe worked in Swansea where I was going to after bad dealings in fall River. I always got treated very well and service was always trusted. Yesterday I showed up at the end of the day with what was an emergency (to me) Joe and his guy working took care of things instantly even though the bays had much work to be done already. I am truly thankful for their kindness.

I highly recommend this company for vehicle maintenance. They provided excellent service on my 2013 Chevy Sonic, as well as friendly and helpful customer service. The mechanic working on my vehicle was polite and answered all questions I had to the best of his ability. I am very happy with the quality of work done on my vehicle and I plan to continue having my vehicle maintained at this location.

I had my appointment set up for Saturday 8:30 a.m. the guys were very attentive they took my vehicle in they told me it would only take about an hour and a half I believe it actually took only about an hour and 20 minutes or so and they were finished I came back and picked it up the tires are brand new everything looked great and it seems to be driving wonderful polite and courteous definitely a decent place for tires!
