I made an online appointment with Midas for an oil change and tire rotation package. At the shop and prior to the vehicle entering the shop for the actual service, I reviewed the cost and services of my SPECIFIC vehicle with the manager who confirmed the website price of $59.95 plus shop fees. Then, when my car was already up on the lift with the oil drained, the technician brought me into the work bay to inform me that because of my wheel type (stock type on my model) the rotation would be an additional $20. To make matters worse, at checkout, the manager told me the price was $87.40 because my car required 6 quarts of oil. My car takes 5.3 quarts. I reminded him of our review of the price we discussed and that he was in possession of the vehicle specifics at the time of our price review and before the car went in for service. (In all previous instances of oil changes my car has undergone I have never been up-charged for 6 quarts. Frankly, given the sleaze I experienced at Midas I now have real concerns as to whether my "full synthetic" oil change has any synthetic oil at all! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

Came in today for an oil change and wiper replacement. All in for the oil change, 3 wipers and cost of labor was just under $200. Spent exactly an hour in the place. The waiting room had good AC going lol.This was my first time doing this, so I have no idea if that was a good price, but the guy at the desk was nice and kept calling me "kiddo," so I think I had a pretty good experience here.

Kept trying to upsell me. Good for them. But I'm not paying 35 dollars for a 4 dollar part after being quoted 18, 25 and 30 prior to the 35 (all within 20 minutes). I Declined the job. They still did it. I made them remove it... over all I wasted 1.5 hours to get an oil change. 3 cars/ 5 "workers".

I went in with break noise issue and left with a honest resolution for something that was not a big problem. Thinking of it costing around 600 plus, the shop pointed out it was a guard plate which was falling off and was not charged to correct. They did a quick break inspection on the four wheels and sent me on my way safely.

First time getting an oil change with Midas, & I highly recommend going somewhere else. Website coupons are misleading & they do not honor the price shown on the coupon. A few days after my oil change, I brought my car into my regular mechanic for other work. He was alarmed that my oil was overfilled by an entire quart, and drained out the excess oil. Luckily my regular mechanic is very thorough because the excess oil could have seriously damaged my vehicle. Save your time & money and go somewhere more reputable

made my appt online 3 weeks ahead of time & had a guy call me after making the appt to confirm the time. 3 weeks pass, this was this past saturday, i go to my appt, they tell me im not in their system. i show the front desk guy the screenshot i took of my appt info on the website and he cant even see it and tries to zoom in and then started scrolling thru my pics. bro what. i had never gone here before and only made the appt because i had a coupon sent to me.

These guys do good, quick work. No complaints. Usually get my oil changed here. They also don't try to upsell me on anything which is much appreciated.You can make an appointment online so you don't have to wait too long when you get there.

Another positive experience with this branch. Came in for a potential differential leak and mechanic assessment determined that it was not a problem. Upon inspection, able to have service done on frozen brake caliper. Good management and mechanic work always done here by honest staff. Will continue to do business here at this branch when needed.Service: Brakes

The owner Joe is the sweetest man ever! The mechanics are knowledgeable and you can get everything done there so quickly. The owner even offered us a ride home! I definitely recommend them!

I was in desperate need of a tire and rim for my Toyota as my rim had gotten bent beyond repair for welding. I called several places and no shop had what I needed, also no local junkyards answered when I called. I called Midas, still in a panic and the owner s son (I believe his name was Dave? I am so sorry if I m wrong) spoke with me and then reached out to another business for me, explained what was going on to them and they were able to source me what I needed. I was then able to pick it up from that business in less than 48 hrs and take it to Midas for them to install on my car right after. I would have been absolutely screwed if Dave had not gone above and beyond to help out a person in need who has no safety nets or knowledge of cars as I had just begun a new job not even a month ago, and I would not have been able to get to work for who knows how long. Would highly recommend this business. I plan to use them for my car s maintenance and any repairs going forward.Service: Tires

My car needed general maintenance and new tires. Midas was my choice since I had my last oil change done there and that was satisfactory.Mike was there opening a few minutes early.I left my car for a few hours. Midas installed my new brake pads, did tune up, found a couple of discounts for me.Excellent customer service, car feels tight and right!Actually cost a couple hundred less than I expected it would.Highly recommend Midas at Plymouth Ave, Fall River.You can schedule online and confirm by phone next day. No fuss.

Everytime I go to this place I always receive the best service that is professional, timely and affordable. My car broke down needed a new battery and a restart of my alarm system and they fixed it for me not even Two hours after I called them and had it towed there. Thank you so much for everything!

These people went above and beyond to help us out and figure out what was going on with our vehicle. We are glad that we stopped in to have our car plugged in to see what the issues were. They also gave us a print out to bring to the mechanic for repairs.

Poor customer service. I was told a half hour for oil change. Droped my car off and when I returned 2 hours later, they still didnt get to my vehicle. I went across the street to JR Super Lube, and they completed an oil change withon 20 min. It was worth 10 extra bucks. Maybe they were having an off day?

If I could put 0 stars I would, these people are so RUDE. I went in for a muffler delete a few months ago to ask about price and the mechanic "joe" basically told me I'm an idiot and why would I want to do that to MY car its MY car why do you care? Just take my business, why would you push business away? Then I come back today to ask about installing some intercooler piping for me and a DV. Unfortunately spoke to Joe again who had NO IDEA what a charge pipe is then preceded to say "I'm not an engineer" and I shouldnt replace my rubber piping with metal. PLEASE DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEYRE DOING. THEYRE LOSING BUSINESS AND ARE STRUGGLING RIGHT NOW! LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS! Terrible people, terrible business sense and terrible service

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had been hearing a noise from the front driver's side tire and asked them to take a look. I was informed that I needed new struts and that they would get a quote for me. I have a friend who is a service provider and asked him how much. Midas came back with a quote that was 4 times the amount that my friend provided me. When I informed the manager of that he rudely told me I should have brought my car there for the oil change then. I brought my car to the other service place to replace the struts and was informed that there was nothing wrong with them. I had some broken screws that was causing the noise. Don't bring your car here

Great place, locally owned, and the owner Joe is very knowledgeable and won't charge you for services that you dont need, unlike many dealerships or other mechanics.

I got my oil changed 2 months ago here and yesterday when I went to go add some windshield washer fluid I opened my hood and the cap for my engine was never put on and there was oil stains all over. I went to my personal mechanic who told me I was lucky my car didn't die because I barely had any oil in my engine. 1 simple careless move almost killed my entire engine. Thanks monro. Never again.

Joe the owner is accommodating and his crew are very knowledgeable about the work they do. Midas service at this location is prompt and done in a timely manner.
