The guys at J & J are the best, they let me sneak into their very busy schedule to help to a buyer's inspection of a '66 falcon. They were so helpful and friendly. STOP searching reviews for a mechanic and just go to J&J this is your sign A series of unfortunate events with my cars, and a recommendation from a friend lead me to J&J auto. Sometimes, things just work out because I am so grateful to have John and Jay! I love German cars, and they are the only ones I trust with working on my BMW. I ve been going to them for almost 2 years now for everything down to my oil change. I will admit, I am a littleOver the top when it comes to my car and any noise I hear, I m always asking them questions. John and Jay put up with all of the unnecessary concerns I have. Patience is the word I m looking for, they have so much of that when it comes to me lol.They are honest, genuine, and kind. Also, they are always the same happy and upbeat. The overall vibe at J&J is always great, even with other customers in the waiting area, that s really saying something to the character and morals of John and Jay if you ask me It makes going to the shop a pleasant experience even if I m looking at a major repair lol. Just go there, you won t regret it!

John and Jay are amazing mechanics, father and son team I have never had any problems going there and I ve been there for several years. They re quick prices are extremely reasonable and again they re just amazing mechanics. I would definitely recommend using their repair shop.

I bring all my cars to J and J Auto Repair and have always had an excellent experience. My cars are always fixed right the first time at a reasonable price. They are very honest and are terrific to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The older mechanic has no sense of business. Loyalty is meaningless to him. No deals, no discounts. That's not too bad, but once they lost my trust, why be loyal..I saw a non employee accidentally break a small part on a car and the garage charged the customer for the part. Told the customer it was brittle plastic and that happens with age.Yeah, which is why only the mechanic should be touching people's cars.I don't get work done here anymore.

These people are heartless days were rude and disrespectful to my 78-year-old grandmother who needed help but because her car was serviced at a competitor, he refused to help and literally put her back out in the rain. The three cars I own will never go there again, neither will any car that anyone in my family owns or any of my friends it doesn t pay to be rude and disrespectful to people And I ll make sure you know that and feel that

I have a 2014 BMW 328. not the cheapest car to fix but Jay and John have always accommodated me with price with service and the biggest item, respect. Thank you guys keep up the great work

They were kind and thorough with a consultation about potentially purchasing a used car they looked over for us. Squeezed us in, gave us a great deal and helpful information. If we were local (about an hour away normally, but was close to the used car) we would totally use them for any other mechanic needs.

J and J Auto Repair, In Fall River, Ma., IS A STAND UP REPAIR SHOP.... OPERATED BY THE OWNERS, FATHER AND SON, WHO ARE GREAT BUSINESS OWNERS AND OPERATORS.... THEY BRAKE THE MOLD, WHEN IT COMES TO HONESTY, BETWEEN MECHANIC AND CUSTOMER.... THEY ARE HONEST, HARD WORKING, ALWAYS IN A HUMOROUS MOOD AND SMILING, WHICH MAKES IT EASIER TO TALK AND DISCUSS ISSUES WITH SOMETHING AS VALUABLE TO US, AS OUR VEHICLES !!!! Went to shop multiple times , never did waht I asked , last time I went in for a over heating issue and a minor brake repair..was told the car was all set. I spoke with the owner 2 days before dropping off my vehicle and left him a note with what was wrong. When I picked the car he had no idea the car had a overheating issue and charged me over 500 dollars for a whole new front brake job...never again. Absolutely no excuse for not getting the job done after speaking with owner and leaving note with my keys....Service: Brakes

Best Auto Repair shop in the area! They are fairly priced, especially compared to surrounding shops. They usually provide quick service, sometimes they do get busy due to the excellent service they provide, but it's worth the wait. Most importantly they are honest, once I had faulty canister, which they informed me was under recall, and the dealer would fix it for free. They didnt have to tell me that, and could've charged me for the service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in need of a great mechanic!!!

John and Jay were very honest about the repairs that my car needed. Having been to other mechanics and getting sold things I don t need it is very refreshing to find an honest and up front mechanic. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done to your vehicle.

Not sure why someone would give these guys anything less then 5 starts. I live in Florida and drive to Fall River several times a year and they are one of my first stops. They are honest and reasonable in price. I recommend them to everyone I know here.

Hopefully this won't apply to anyone but this is a great place for breathalyzer service. You have to go once a month so it gets annoying but J&J takes care of you right away and youre in and out in 5-10 minutes. I've had other places I waited up to an hour just to get my name called..

It's good to know an honest mechanic. Jason was the only mechanic out of 3 others whom was actually able to fix my EGR valve on my old Honda Accord. He put in the effort and time to clean out what other mechanics ignored.
