I was towed here after getting a flat, so they had no notice/there was no appointment. After a panicked time in the break down lane of the highway I was so relieved that they were not only open, but had a tire available. Also I got there at around 6, and despite them being short staffed, and it nearing their closing time, they accommodated me. Jade was friendly, kind, and considerate. she answered all of my questions and hooked me up to get my tire fixed asap. Juan was efficient and performed great service (esp considering he was the only technician on) I was out of there in 30 minutes, maybe less.They were definitely both lifesavers today. If I could given them a paid day off myself I would, they deserve it.

Recently I visited the Firestone right around closing time with air leaking from my tire. I was worried they would turn me away since they were closed, but instead they welcomed me in and all worked together to fix my problem. The team quickly found the hole in my tire and patched it so I could drive home safely. I am so grateful to everyone at this branch in Fall River who helped me. They are very professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and compassionate people. Highly recommend them!!

Stay away from this place. Got a wheel bearing and tie rod replaced. They never screwed my tie rod in causing my alignment not to hold. This caused my tire to wear so bad it blew out and broke my ball joint.Called to ask them what they could do for me and they said my mechanic was a liar and they would not honor their work. Spent $800 for their "services" to turn around and pay $600 more to fix their mistake.

From 1 auto professional to professional to another. They helped when they didn't need too. They were very busy on a Sunday and my valve stem started leaking and I wouldn't have made it to my shop. They replaced it and extremely fast for how busy they were. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have had an amazing experience. The worker, Joe, was great. He got my car in there quick and out fast to fix a mistake that Ocean Honda in Brockton made. I will keep my business here for while.

Had them charge me over 3000$ for work said they put a new battery 2 months later my car wouldn t start went to jump battery and noticed that it was an old battery still had coke cola residue on it from the last time I cleaned, brought it back to Firestone they admitted they might of forgot to change the battery, when I went to pick up my car a day later. My car started having new electrical problems and I had a small exhaust leak that they somehow managed to make larger, stay away from these scammers

I had a great experience at this location. They fit me in on short notice to diagnose some issues with a recent purchase. The staff was great with helping to arrange my vehicle being transported back to the dealership for repairs. I would bring my car back to them for future repairs.

I had a complete front brake job done as well as a 12 month wheel alignment recheck. It took longer than I expected but the outcome is what I expected from Firestone. I am satisfied with the work done.

First and foremost, My work vehicle is how I make a living and is pretty much brand new. My employer has a fleet service contract for our service. This locations is under new management so I thought I'd give them another chance after past issues I've had at that location. Well long story short. I had a 3pm oil change(air up tires )appointment and arrived on time. They didnt finish til well after 5pm,no new sticker on windshield,no air in the front tires like I requested when I gave them the keys. FF to the next morning the oil pressure light comes on 10 minutes after turning it on.. I check the oil. There is none on the dipstick and vehicle smoking and reading low oil pressure. My work van is new and that was the 2nd oil change ever. They also charged the fleet acct for a tire rotation they never did. Bc they didn't even put the air in my front tires like I asked upon arrival so I highly doubt they did the rotation if they didnt even put air in the tires. Tires had the same air pressure as when I arrived for the record and still do. Once they do what they were supposed to do yesterday I'm out. I understand the being understaffed difficulties. The ethical thing to do is turn people away or give them the option instead of making them wait for hours just to mess up the work performed bc your rushing,overworked or tired. I wont ever be back and will make sure everyone knows how they operate. Shady in a word. Flat out thievery charging for services never rendered and subpar work to boot. Never mind the long wait times when you have an appointment. I mean really what's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to wait close to 3 hours for a oil change. Update: Joe the manager stated that due to a failure of a gasket (he showed me a new gasket that was torn) on the brand new oil filter it lost all the oil in the engine in less than 24 hours. I left there approximately 530 pm yesterday and returned at 730am today with the issue. they also finally put a sticker on it. I was born at night but not last night. They definitely didnt put oil in it from the gate imo . They also failed to do their due diligence all around or else they would've found that before I did. Not to mention the sketchy practice of charging for services never rendered. I won't ever go back. Both managers Joe and jade were understanding,professional and genuine.

Got my oil changed here 4 days ago. While driving last night my engine started smoking. I look down and see my oil light pop on and moments later I hear a hissing as my thermostat jumps up to max. I pull off the interstate to find I have no oil in my car. This caused so much heat that my radiator blew. This morning it was towed to firestone and they tell me the oil is fine. Though I have video and photo proof that there was none. Then I get told my radiator hose blew out. Though it is obvious it was cut with a knife. Never will go back again and I will be suing for damages.

Place is a complete joke, they got so-called mechanics that can't even do an oil change. Strip my drain plug now I'm leaking oil. Don't ever do business with this place unless you want them screwing up your car.

Great place to get tires & oil change. The prices are very reasonable, I always find.the service here to be Fantastic. My vehicle is always done at the alloted timeframe when I drop off my vehicle.

I went in to get a fuel line replaced for my Subaru Outback. The part was $114, and somehow labor was $1500. Ethically, that doesn t add up as when I went by and they weren t working on my car for 10 hours straight as they charged me for. I was scammed for the max amount of labor hours. The job was done, so that s why I gave them at least 2 stars but when I arrived and wanted to discuss the pay, they brushed me off and now I am paying 3x the price of what this repair should ve been. Lesson learned. I do not trust Firestone and I will make sure to never recommend this place.Service: Brake service & repair

I had an appointment at one and left at 6:30 pm for a wheel balance but I Definitely like this spot! Henry has a good grip on this location. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the signs in the shop areas and the floors, they're needing a bit of long awaited attention - Feel much safer going with these guy's versus anyone of these local yahooos- Fairly priced too. Thoroughly diagnosed my braking system and replaced pads and rotors for less than my budget.Earned a fifth star by prompt attention to the removal of Christian Nationalist propaganda another customer left in the waiting area!Skilled technically and good professional face to face skills. This is the WORST place to go for any car service. They will tell you 20-30 minutes and 3 hours later they will just be starting to work on your car. Once you finally get your car back, you notice they forgot to reattach the splash guard or didn't tighten the bolts after a tire rotation causing MORE damage to your car. But that means another 2 hours of waiting for them to fix their mistakes. Do NOT go to this location for repairs. Also what is the point of the online appointment system if you're going to have 3 hour wait times??Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They definitely help when im in a pinch or need an oil change quick and close by for myself. But can be pricey compared to other places. Also dont forget to look up recalls and warranties. When my engine blew it was going to be $800. But i called my dealer to double check and got a new one free from the safety recall
