My experience was less than favorable and I was mislead every step of the way , further more paperwork had missing parts to be filled out every step the way mostly very simple things , and I had to do all the leg work .I bought a 2020 Ford Eco sport I pointed out a couple issues that I don t believe they even fixed not properly anyways.I had the car insured before it was even 100% financed. I still had the bank calling me for documents three nights in a row after it was injured. He took nearly a week to get the car in my possession.The night we went to pick it up I was told it was registered. I was told it was inspected and when I got there, they made me sign a title which I m very confused about because I m financing a vehicle. I did not do a trade-in I did not put any money down, and you do not sign a title until it is fully yours and the title is gonna be putting your name. They said I needed to sign it to get 100% registered.So I have to go get it inspected show them proof and waiting to get my money back for the inspection sticker, which is not a big deal but nearly there and me doing all the legwork for a couple things should ve been done the only thing that they did detailed inside and out fill the tire up and gave me gas.The salesman was a young man in his early 20s. I understand that he hadn t been doing the job too Long and wasn t up to speed on how everything works quite yet, but I think he tried his best, but compared to the two previous use the vehicles I purchased I never had to get a cosigner. I had the car within 72 hours registered problems fixed a sticker put on plates put on and not leaving there uncomfortable about the whole thing..I understand buying a used car is a lot different than buying a new car, but I even heard a lady flipping out when I went to pick up my car bought a brand new truck she Just purchased if they didn t fix it immediately she would want a whole new vehicle or she was gonna give it back.I m not trying to make this place look bad but I guess I m just trying to say is this is the third time I purchased a car and it was substantially a pain in the A$$ To the other two times, With all that being said, I started with a four star review and now I m bringing it down to a two star review and it would ve just been one star but Salesman I believe did the best he could.

Absolutely unacceptable. I called their service department and explained thoroughly the problem I was having with my Ford. I then made a scheduled appointment with them, organizing my day around said appointment. When I arrive at their service department to hand off my keys, they then tell me that my vehicle will need a service diagnostic on the problem and I'll need to make another appointment. Umm what?? I thought I just did that and that's why I'm here. I felt like I was being scammed, smh. I don't understand how these big companies think they can treat customers like this. Unfortunately, they know the system of how Ford manufacturing and maintenance works and they intend to take full advantage of it. Shame on you Empire Ford of Fall River

10/10 recommend this dealership. I drove almost 5 hours just to come here! Nicole was very easy to communicate with and she helped me get a great deal. Rob was an excellent salesmen! They will definitely have my future business.

Update: The service manager reached out and apologized for the issues. He stated he would personally see to it that the repairs were made as needed. The part was going to take a few days to get and install, but he had a loaner vehicle for my daughter. I appreciate that he acknowledged that there was an issue and did everything he could to make it right. Due to this, I feel the rating should go up. It would have been nice if the issues could have been avoided to begin with, but it does show that they do care about doing the right thing, and that is hard to come by these days!Original post: This service center is a joke. They took my daughters car yesterday to fix a rattling noise that started after they performed a door lock fix. They kept the car 5 hours and told her nothing was wrong with the door and no noise was happening. She goes to get her car and the dang noise is still there. The lady just gave her the keys and left, didn't even bother to wait for my daughter to check on it. My daughter then gets another worker, shows him the issue and the window button no longer working, the man says they will keep he car and have it ready today. So they tell her the car will be ready this evening, she goes to the dealer and still not fixed and finds out they need a part and will have it tomorrow. But no one checked the broken window button... surprise. No one called to tell her not to come that it's not fixed and needs a part and to top it off they have no loaner cars. So tomorrow will be day 3 of them having the car, hopefully someone will do the right thing and fix it. The service is subpar to say the least. I recommend going somewhere else if you need service done.

All I have to say is thank you so much Edgar. He is the best car salesman I ever encountered. He went over and above to help me get into my dream car. First time there was charged 8 labor hours for them to do less than 2 hours of work.Second time I was charged $180 for a diagnostic (that I did not ask them to do) and then to break my vehicle. When they approached me to offer to fix it (for additional $$$) and I declined they continued to push and say that it was my fault even though it worked when I dropped it off.Will not be returning and recommend you do not go either.

This was the most disappointing service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Needed a truck bed liner and trailer hitch installed. Order at the end of august. Week later get a automated text message to come in for the installation, ok great. Show up, check in, wait an hour then the service guy tells me parts aren t in yet wasted half a day off work now. It takes the parts department 3 months to get my truck bed liner in with no communication. It would be one thing if they gave me a heads up but the communication was terrible. I had to call multiple times, leaves messages and finally got through to parts manager who was able to track one down in a week after I hammered him. Then was scheduled for install, parts does not communicate with service as they had no idea. Was told install would take half a day for bed liner and trailer hitch install. Took them 2 days and charged full rate with no discount or consideration for wasting our time. 5hrs of labor to install a bed liner and trailer hitch . I would not recommend this place to anyone just overall so disappointed.

Very disappointed with the take over of First Ford by Empire Ford. I have had two horrible service experiences with this company. The first one was this past August when I took my Ford Bronco in for a simple oil change. I dropped my vehicle off and went back home. Within the hour I had a phone call telling me the service was done. I went back to the dealership, dealership did not know where my vehicle was. They found it 20 minutes later, handed me the keys and the invoice. I paid the invoice that said the job was completed. When I was driving home, I realized the windshield tag with the mileage was not installed which made me wonder if the job was complete. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed dirty oil and oil filter was not changed. I immediately got on the phone with the service manager and he was aware of the situation and asked me to come back right then and there to make it right. I did and the Service Manager apologized for the mistake and gave me a card for my next service would be free of charge.Fast forward to today when my service was scheduled. I went on the website to schedule an oil change for a drop off which isn't available, but then realizing what had happened the last time I decided on making an appointment for 7:30 in the morning. It was the first one that they offered for the day. I arrived for my appointment and was told that there were other jobs that needed to be taken care of and that they were "busy". Again, first appointment of the day. My car did move from where I parked it in the parking lot until 9:00. Once the job was done I was alerted via text it was ready. I went to the desk and was handed the bill for $70.86. I handed the lady at the desk the card for the free service and she went to confirm it with the service manager. She then came back for a new bill for $76 and change. The bill had gone up $6 from the original. When questioned she explained that it was for a cabin air filter and labor to put in the filter which was included in the first price, which was $6 cheaper!!!I will be contacting Better Business Bureau about this dealership!! I will never go back to again!!! First to not do the Job but submit paperwork saying the job was complete then to charge me for their mess up the second time around.

Worst dealership experience ever. I had to call several times to get updates on my vehicle (6+ hours later) that ultimately had to spend the night. Additionally I was quoted almost $4,000 with what I know was preventative maintenance. Every matter on my quote was urgent indicating they just wanted my money. I took my car to a trusted friends mechanic and spent $500 to fix everything that was actually urgent . Only take your vehicle here if you have a warranty, if you don t, stay away.

I would like to commend Sales Associate Juan Carlos Bautista-Rodriguez on a purchase made of my used Kia K5 at the dealership on 2-10-24. The purchase with his excellent service and guidance went seamlessly. We never even visited the dealership until the day of pick up as Juan did a video walk around for us, provided Carfax and all pertinent information prior. That is how comfortable and confident I was with his assistance. For a young guy, he is well versed in the entire process and went way above and beyond throughout and even after we took delivery. Always responsive to any text no matter how trivial and initiated his own when the registration came in. Even picked up the Vin check at my home due to the out of state purchase, to expedite the process. Juan is a great salesperson but more importantly a good person. That is truly what counts. I would like Empire Ford to know what a great asset he is to their team and their success. Thank you again Juan.

Bought a truck from them. Will not be back. Difficult to deal with. Sold me a non-factory warranty while I was under the impression it was. Rushed me through the process because the finance guy forgot he booked an appointment with someone else, and they were waiting outside his office. Dishonest selling ceramic coat packages for the paint, implying to you they're giving it to you for nothing and charging you for it. Yes, some of it is my own fault, but with them rushing and other customers waiting outside the guys office, it was chaotic and screwed me out of more than a few bucks.

Great experience working with Edgar and the Staff at Empire Ford. Fast, competitive, friendly and professional. Took a two hour drive for our purchase and we re not disappointed. Highly recommend.

Got an oil change and didnt close it completely- oil leaked everywhere. Went another place for next oil change, they wouldn t because afraid there was a leak. Went back to Ford to get it cleaned and made appointment. Told me if I wanted it done sooner had to wait for the car, if I left it they would push it to the end of the day. After I found transportation for myself to and from the dealership.

The sales agent was personable and informative, generally, though not completely accurate in his responses to my questions (downplaying the size of the lower-priced XLT's infotainment screen to drive me toward the higher-end XLT). The sales manager turned me off nearly completely. Typical auto sales gamesmanship. "Let's lowball the trade-in so we can show 'we have room to negotiate, just tell me the number'". Come on!

My car went for service under gram was damage went back finally got it fixed car was out side back in parking spot I went straight home garage the car next morning backed car out reverse cam not working went back to dealer they took car in 3hrs later they they say I need a new reverse cam 2hrs later very expensive job it fine when it went there but I had to pay I asked for the old cam they sed it was thrown out in dumpster they look tomorrow but never did they did this because they had to fix the under frame at no cost they were not happy so they game me ascertain job never trust them they are cons Tony R

Brought in our 2019 F350 with 30k miles because of a transmission issue on July 29th, after making the appointment on July 19th. After two weeks and being told there was nothing they can due despite multiple codes we decided to pick up the truck and go to a different dealership. When we arrived the Tech said they had to jump the vehicle so it took awhile for them to bring it out. That should be a sign of an issue! We left the truck and it was finally decided that there were issues with wire harnesses that needed to be replaced... after wrong parts ordered and another couple of weeks we finally get the truck back with a nonworking back up camera and passenger side still pulled apart.

What a great service advisor, you have to bring your brand new truck in for service and can't wait a million years, and this is how you're treated. A million excuses why he's more important? How about a few reasons why a brand new truck with less than 2000 miles is throwing a check engine light? Maybe take better care of your customers, or do a better job of not being an inconsiderate human

BUYER BEWARE. Do not believe the "Ford Certified" gimmick on their website! I bought a 2018 F150 from this dealership 4 weeks ago and from day 1 I have had nothing but issues. The day I picked it up the moonroof didn't open. No biggie, drove the truck home and noticed pulling in it which I mentioned on the test drive prior to purchasing. Checked the tires and the 65 PSI that was supposed to be in them were only holding 34. Also realized there was a loud ticking every time it was started cold which I thought was normal being a 3.5 eco boost. Brought it to Rodman Ford for the moonroof and was told the VCT Solenoids needed to be replaced along with a WasteGate Actuator. I would NOT recommended buying from this dealer. I am not sure what their inspections cover, but to miss tire pressure, a moon roof issue, and the lawn mower sounding engine makes me think they just put the cars out on the lot and market as "Certified". Finance Guy was awesome tho!!

Just like every other dealership they're just trying to sell you something you can't afford. The second that I said I was tight on funds they were ready to walk away from me and after discussing in private that I was low on funds they ended up giving me a $5 gift card as a I'm sorry we can't help me to Walmart. Not only that this insult me but it also annoyed me because they ignored me for anything else afterward. Definitely rather go anywhere else for a car. The young lady in the front with super nice though, and so were the ladies at the desks behind the glass.

Called up and spoke to kiana about a couple of Ford bronco sports seeing if she had them and how much was given a price. Sent in my fianc� to go check it out upon arriving a salesman said she couldn t deal with kiana and had to deal with him. Then after a test drive to which he didn t listen to what she was saying about financing the vehicle came back saying $$$ would be our monthly payment not even knowing how much we were putting down because he never listened. Then the price was also several thousand more. My fianc� left I called and spoke to rob after looking up online and seeing they are advertising the price on several sites as the price that kiana gave. He told me I was mistaken. I offered pictures and also mentioned she said it was a lower price and he said there was nothing he could do. Seems like a bait and switch type company to me. The price in the picture is the price kiana gave me they came in at $36400

We just bout our 4th car in 4 years from them. they always treat us right and do what it takes to make us happy. We never leave there without buying a car! Love our brand new 2019 sport Explorer....thank you Steve Day and the rest of the first ford family that help us!

Very bad service dept.Rip people off. Does not work well with aftermarket warranty company. 2 bad experiences here. 1st, could not release my car on 1st service visit because my service adviser was not in to make out the bill for payment. no one else could make the bill out? Even was willing to leave my CC number with them for but nope, held my vehicle overnight in parking lot completed.2nd, wanted to charge me over 500 to replace a wheel bearing after my warranty company with 100 deductible was covering the bearing. Then told me I had a routed spindle (which I didn't have) and could not do the repair but still charged me 400.00 to just take it apart and put it back together. Ended up going to another local mechanic who worked it out with my warranty company and actually did the wheel bearing, ball joint and lower control arm with alignment.753.00 bill but only cost me 100 for all the work. Warranty company covered the whole bill minus my deductible.If I would have went to my mechanic in the 1st place I could have saved the 400 I gave 1st Ford. I will never go to 1st Ford again. Not even worth the 1 star but have to give them something, I guess. Take my advice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I went there yesterday for oil change and rotate tires and fluids topped off. Well when I went back home I checked to see if the fluids were topped off and they weren t. I called to let them know that the windshield fluid wasn t topped off . She to bring it back , I told her how am I gonna trust you people she said she was sorry my husband said to bring it back I said no biggie we have some here so I just filled it up and realized maybe the others weren t topped off so I went back and talked to the guy and he apologized and said the guy was probably rushing so I can get my car back . So I asked him to check the other fluids to make sure that it was topped off he told me not to worry because my car will give me a warning like really . Wow I couldn t believe he said that to me so I will not be going back there.

Worst service ever, brought my 2021 Shelby GT500 they replaced brake pads and rotors, were unaware that caliper bolts are one-time use, and had to inform them of that.When finished brakes were spongy and car braking was much less than before the work was done.They said they were going to bleed brakes, and they then said they tested pressure and was fine, I have cameras in the car and they didn't test anything. Then told me they didn't have adapters to bleed and I called them out on that and then said Ford wouldn't let them do the bleeding to go to another dealership, they just said brakes are fine.I called another dealer and they told me 1st dealer was responsible to fix the brakes if I brought the car to them id have to pay them wouldnt be covered under warrenty.They replace parts on cars they dont know how to diagnose an issue and properly fix it.

Lots a negative reviews that I don t understand about First Ford. I have bought two cars. One in 2015 a Ford Focus and then in 2017 I traded that in for a new Mustang. Everyone was great! Still 7 years later I have been coming to get my Mustang serviced and no issues. 1 year I was upset because they ended the First for Life program but a year later they brought it back. If you buy a new car from them they will give you each year free oil change, wipers, inspections, and other perks being a First for Life member. I ve taken full advantage of these benefits! It is well worth it and everyone at the dealership has been great! Saves money on routine maintenance. Love First Ford!!
