Fantastic environment, friendly staff and reception.! Paulo Carvalho (owner ), Fernando Alves (o e of the mechanics) were on point with the service provided ! The service exceeded my expectations..! I highly recommend Carvalho s Auto and Tire center . The place is very clean and well maintained ..! my car was perfectly fine before I dropped my car off for an alignment picked it up & now this is on my dash & it s shaking when I drive they told me they weren t responsible since they did the job if I could give 0 stars I would, will be in contact soon.

Carvalho Tire an Auto center is a shop you absolutely want to bring your vehicle too if you need any work done! Paulo, the owner was a great help and very honest and strait forward about everything I needed. I just bought a SUV that had A LOTTT more issues than the seller had intended and told us so I was very worried about bringing it in, especially with the holidays just passing, I was scared to hear a final price. Once I found Carvalho's and talked to Paulo he reassured me he would check it over then call me before any work was done with an estimate! He was very VERY kind and helped me so much, he even gave me a discount AND part of the work done for FREE! This shop is definitely a hidden gem in this city and I wish I could give them 10 STARS I will 100% be sending anyone I know to this shop for any work they may need and putting the word out because Paulo deserves ALLLLLLL the business he can get!! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to bring their car/truck to this shop. I had found a nail in my tire and in a panic I stumbled upon this garage on Google. I called and was greeted in seconds and told come right in.. nelson and his coworker worked quickly and my tire was plugged and ready within minutes. I can't thank you enough and I appreciate the timely and kind service.

The engine of my car was smoking when I pulled into work. I went across the street to a mechanic shop to see if he can check it out today the shop was closed but the owner of Carvalho's tire & auto center happened to be next door leaving some store. I asked him if he could see what's wrong with my car. He sent me to his shop where they discovered my water pump was no good it was leaking coolant causing my engine to overheat. He said he could repair my car today it would take 4 hours. He dropped me off to work, repaired my car and dropped my car off to me at work. He even followed up to make sure I had no other problems. I typically do no write google reviews at all but this shop deserves it. I drive a jaguar XF for him to diagnosis and repair my car and had the courtesy to drop it off speaks values about this shop. I would highly recommend you bring your car to get check out. The owner Paolo will definitely take care of you!

Carvalhos is the BEST Paulo and his crew are all amazing to say the least. I had a check engine light for three years and no mechanic could get it off my dash! But guess who did !! This shop right here, anything small to something big I have brought my car back to Paulo and he has taken care of me each time with no hassle. He even goes beyond and will show you the old parts. He even explains everything to me. All I know is, I won t go no where else. Paulo helped me when no one could. I've been to many shops who were just trying to make a profit, and when I brought my car here I was treated with respect and honesty. I had an issue where my exhaust had a leak and was loud. I was quoted a whole new exhaust system for 3 grand by a previous shop. I brought it to Paulo and told me a new exhaust was not needed and fixed my leak extremely cheaper than the previous shop I went to. ****CAR FRAME REPAIR!!!!!*****They are the place to go! I took my 2004 trail blazer in to Paulo in desperate need of repair. All the local auto body shops turned my car away, but Paulo did not. I dropped my car off in the morning and Paulo had it done within a few hours. He did such impeccable work and had my car back in safe driving conditions. He also charged me WAY less than the quotes I was getting from other shops. I recommend him 1000%. Now my car is safe for myself and my children. If it wasnt for Paulo, I would have had no other choice but to have my car towed to another city and be charged tripple! He is so kind,honest and respectful. As a woman I felt so safe in his shop which is a HUGE bonus. Big thank you to the Him & his Team!

Pahlo...He was super nice, friendly.. this year has been tough for me... I had bad luck with two previous mechanic shops in Fall River.. I've lived here 5 years now. I can't believe how good this shop is. How fair they are. They are really good people.

Got a tire replaced before driving to NY, the tire becomes flat and once I limp my way back to show what happened, I m told they can t help me they re closed. Had to run around other shops to get tools and tires and do it myself while they just sat there watching. Appreciate them taking responsibility.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to get an oil change. Now my car has a check engine light and went into limp mode. I don t know what these people did. I have to take my car to the dealership and spend more money to get it repaired. If I could close down this shop I would.
