Myself and my family have used Brougham on several occasions. Every time we needed service they were always very professional and the service/workmanship was a phenomenal. The office staff pays attention to every detail and I was amazed in the quality in the detailing when I picked up me truck.

I decided to go to Brougham Motors instead of the body shop my insurance suggested and I'm so glad I did. They really made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. I had my car back in a less than a week. It would have been even sooner had I not asked them to do extra work unrelated to the accident. They even cleaned and detailed the car. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

From start to finish, Brougham was nothing less than excellent. They did some repair work after my car was clipped and the person didn't leave any info. They answered all of my many questions calmly and expertly. "What if it comes out to more than the estimate? What if it takes longer than expected? What if there is more damage than initially seen? What if? What if?" They never lost patience. They were also great about handling the rental situation for me, arranging for pick up and drop off at the shop itself. They told me the repairs would take about a week, they completed them in about 3 days. The icing on this very lovely cake, though, was the superb detail job they did before handing me the car. I was so appreciative of them for all of this that I brought them some goodies as a thank you.I originally chose them because I couldn't find less than a 4 star review... and here's my own 5 star review. I promise you, you won't be let down.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my vehicle there to fix damage to my vehicle from a hit and run. I feel they did a great job on my repairs. When I picked up the car I could not tell it was ever hit. The folks here are top notch with awesome service.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My car went here after an accident ! Nothing but good things to say it was done a day earlier than expected. The Front staff i encountered were always very pleasant and kind. My car was cleaned and vacuumed I was so happy. Will definitely be back

I just wanted to take a moment and share what an Amazing experience I had with Brougham Motors. My car looks beautiful, I'm so happy with their work. They helped me every step of the way with handling the insurance and making the process smoother. I appreciate everything they did. Always great! They do phenomenal work - Dave and his sister Tracy have treated my family and I as if we were related! They are very meticulous and while no one is perfect, they come pretty damn close

I have been here twice now and you would never know my car was ever hit. Paint match is perfect! They are very nice, and their pricing is the most reasonable of the estimates that I got from other shops

After my car was vandalised recently I took it to Meredith at Brougham motors. They said they would have it fixed up in a week. They came back on time and the car looked good as new. I can't recommend them enough!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Recently has my 2007 Chrysler Caravan the after an accident, thebody work was excellent staff was polite and helpful.I would highly recommend them.
