Cars and car maintenance are very expensive. Fortunately, there are places like AutoZone where the awesome experts will help you with whatever your automative needs might be. The price is absolutely wonderful and the service could not be more outstanding! You buy wipers, they will put them on. You need a battery checked, no problem. You have a check engine light on and you need diagnostics, they do this for free and explain everything to you without trying to sell you a bill of goods. They are honest and down-to-earth people and they make the entire experience there very pleasant. Even if you don't know what you need, they are more than willing to have an honest and informative conversation with you to help you out with no pressure whatsoever.

Super service I bought windshield wipers had no idea how to put them on ! The young man who helped me pick out the right size also installed them for me for free!! I only had 5.00 cash left to thank him nice young man friendly service would recommend this business.

I went there for the first time yesterday to purchase a pair of windshield wipers. Michael was helpful in choosing which brand I should get and he even went above and beyond to replace them for me. I am thankful for his service. I tried out my new windshield wipers and they're awesome!

Horrible experience. I went into the store at 8:45pm. I understand the store closes at 9pm. I needed to get my engine code reset so I can plan what parts I needed to order/purchase to make sure my car gets inspected by tomorrow. I was then greeted with a noticeably sigh and roll of the eyes by who I think is the manager (bald, and grey button down shirt). I then asked if he could clear my engine code. He then proceeded to tell me they close in 4 minutes (again I was inside of the store by 8:45) and they were not doing engine codes anymore. I work on cars, I understand how long it takes to clear a engine code (less than 2minutes). I am also a store manager at a retail store. I understand how cumbersome it is when a customer comes in close to closing time but to be greeted in such a manner, and treated that way is uncalled for. Shocked how the customer service is here, especially how their competition is right on the side of them and down the street. I will most likely not be returning here and taking my business elsewhere.

I have to say since my past visits about the last month or so I been in there basically every other day for parts and i was really expecting the same experience I have got there in the past which is a waste of time and unimpressed customer service. That seemed to be the norm there for awhile.It seems the company might have changed over a few employees that in my opinion braught a negative atmosphere within the store. I havent seen that employee their in some time and I really dont feel that feeling of not wanting to deal with someone who should be helping me.I got to say the service has improved drastically. Particularly 2 employees stick out to me. Gavin & Eric N. Been dealing with Gavin day in and out. Great guy to deal with and knowledgable Eric does a great job remembering the customer and making sure things are done correct both these guys are excellent with customer service and controlling a busy room. I was really impressed with how Eric kept customers moving in line while communicating with multiple customers, times valuable and he gets that.My prior review was 2 stars but I'm changing it to 4 stars because these guys really turned my impression around on the store.

I call AutoZone to ask a question about my trucks warranty on my back rotors. Mike the manager answers the phone, I asked if he can help me out with finding the part that's under warranty under my account phone number. I let him know right away that I wasn't sure which account phone number or what year the part was put under for the warranty because my truck takes mix parts 2002 - 2003 so I might have to give him different information to find it. So I'm guessing because he had to go back through the process on the software he gave me an attitude acting like it was a very big deal like he did not want to got through that process making me feel like I was unimportant. I ask him a question because of the way he was acting on the phone and that I am the customer calling for help, is this not what you guys do? is this not your job to take phone calls and to help out people with their vehicle problems?? I guess he took that the wrong way and started acting out telling me if I want any information to come in and do it myself type thing??? I didn't understand that, can you actually go in and do it yourself? And is there any other way to actually look up your information? All I know was Mike was very rude disrespectful made me feel like I was unimportant and did not seem to have that much customer care. I'm not sure if anyone else ran into this problem?

THIS TIME I WAS KIND BAD TREATED.NEW BATERY.YOUNG GUY MEAN LOOK WENT TO PUT THAT IN MY CAR.2 DAYS LATER HAVE NO POWER.AFTER CHECKED ALL I DISCOVERED THAT THE GUY PUT A BATERY WITH THIN PINS.THAT COME FROM BAYERY POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE WHERE THE CABLES FROM THE CAR GOES.SO THIN THAT THE NUTS COULD NOT TIGHT NOTHING.HE CHEATED ME.BUT I FIXED IT THE BEST I COULD .I SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK.BUT..AM IN BAD HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT CANT GET UP SET.THESE KIND THE FRENCHISE HAS ALL KNOW HAS GOOD AND BAD GUYS.

So unprofessional! A one particular worker gave me a hard time in two separate occasions I've made a nice long letter complaint to the regional manager it was the worst experience I've ever dealt is being a customer! If I could give 0 stars are negative stars I would that's how bad this place is go elsewhere if you really need body parts it will be cheaper anyway angel most likely get better service and at least employees will not mock you well you are still in the store after asking them for help!

Wish I knew the guys name but I went in for a door handle. They didn't have it but he got it from another store a few hours later and it was 1/2 the price as the place next door who told me I'd have to get it myself at their other store. Thanks for a job well done!

So, winter is here and my battery is dead. I called AAA and after testing my battery, said it was gone. The AAA Tech recommended AutoZone as a great place to get a battery. They were great on the phone and in the store. I bought my battery and they installed it in the parking lot. Great service!

I am very displeased with the service and their lack of knowledge when it comes two parts I have never been in all my years so disappointed and even more disappointing a day continue to sell remanufactured Parts especially starters that in my opinion are entirely junk and I honestly think that I have a far better chance and getting a real good starter out of a junkyard done with them.

Horrible service. I walked in and asked the employee behind the desk that I was interested in a O2 sensor for my car. Instead of greeting me he asked "what I wanted?" After I told him he received a phone call on his personal phone and answered it. He searched for the part and blurted out "172." I looked at him thinking there would be a follow up of the possibility of the part being in stock, maybe order it, or any suggestions ad to where to find it. A moment had passed and sense none of the above happened I asked him. He glanced at his computer and continued with his conversation on the phone. He looked at me seeming annoyed and with a hint of attitude told me "No we dont have it and and we dont even carry it." Maybe the rudest experience I've had at an auto zone.

We called ahead and have them hold the part we needed. And then we went and picked it up. It was very easy and the staff as always was very helpful.
