I don t know if he s a manager or what, but Zack was super kind, thoughtful, and really helpful when I stopped in this morning, needing a rear wiper for my 2012 Subaru Impreza. I regret that they only had one price-point to choose from, which was more than I had to spend, but after he offered to come out and attach it for me, I found the whole experience not only brightened my cold, rainy day, it warmed my heart to believe that there s Customer Service like that still around. Thanks Zack! I ll be back.

Unfortunately I didn t get the names of the people who assisted me this morning (one was new and only started a month ago, one s been there for about two years) , but they both did great and everyone involved including the manager was super helpful, and friendly. The most important thing for me was that they were genuine, and not weren t your typical mechanics who generally lack social skills or patience, just good people who were happy to help and answer all of my questions

Tyler at store 5078 helped me out so much with changing a light bulb - it was in a tricky angle and he was amazing and spent over 45 minutes making sure I got The headlight fixed to avoid a ticket! It s greatly appreciated talk about going aboveAnd beyond for customers

Tyler was amazing. He helped me out with diagnosing an engine light and showing me they had the parts. Love the people helping people attitude he had. 10/10 I would definitely see Tyler again if I need any thing else for my car. His customer service skills made me a customer for life.

Tyler was a great help. My Change Engine Oil light came on. I was afraid I was low on oil. He came outside and checked the level for me and said it was good. Thank you Tyler!!

To start off, I haven t had the greatest experiences at auto zone and usually dread going. My mom and I entered the auto zone on north Main Street looking for a headlight bulb. Tyler C. was such a help, he looked up the car for us , told which light would match the other head light and directed us to the aisle. He even offered to install the light for us which was amazing because we had no idea had to do it! He was very knowledgeable about what we needed and we will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Tyler !!!

I got the parts needed, but one guy is rude, condescending, and insulting to women. I shouldn't have my intelligence or knowledge of my particular vehicle openly and sarcastically questioned. This is not the first time I've had this experience at this location. Once my husband had to jump in when I was being treated poorly and the clerk listened to him, even though I had told the clerk the same exact information before. This guy's misogynist attitude from 1960 needs to go!

Stopped to have a check engine light scan... waited less than 10 mins, both guys working were super polite and helpful. Tried to give the guy that did the scan a tip and he refused even after giving me great advice on the scan results and a printout to take with me. Will definitely be back for any other auto needs!

They Hired me for a assistant store manager. They couldn't even pay me enough to be a store manager, for that company. Definitely not worth the BS. They treat their employees like s***. Didn't even train me one full day. Told me don't worry about the daily operations of the store. Just count the money at the end of the day. Mad shady! Giving me safe codes, alarm codes.They upscale there parts 50% higher than the actual value. Order from the computer. Addicts copping nods in bathrooms, and employees walking out the back with parts. Corporate you got to love it! Rhode Island Ave runs like a well-oiled machine. figure that one out? Just order from the computer when you can. Use them for when your in a pinch. They all upscale that parts by 50%.

There s an old man there who was so cranky he didn t want to help anyone. The machine that they use to test batteries doesn t work and I was sent to a different location I was told they also don t change batteries there. I ended up going to the AutoZone on 355 Rhode Island Ave and the manger Chris was super helpful and helped test and install a new battery for me. I will never go back to the AutoZone at this location but I will return to the AutoZone on Rhode Island Ave.

By far the worst customer service at the store on N. Main Street in Fall River. The entire staff that was on today was completely rude and not helpful at all. One of the team members was standing right at the door smoke a cigarette so when I went to enter the store, I had to walk through her smoke while she exhaled at me. Then while I'm in the store trying to find a ball mount for a hitch, I was not offered any assistance. All I could hear was foul language from the team across the store. While checking out, there was no hello, or I can help you over here, I had to guess on which register to go to because they were to busy talking amongst themselves ignoring me, then one of the guys put his hand up and that was it, no communication other than my price. When my merchandise rang up $10 more than what was listed, he said we haven't gotten over there to correct the prices when my product was an exact match to what was listed on the shelf. I said no thanks and I'll put it back. His comment was "ok" and that was it.

I went in there for a new bulb for my headlights. I m not a car guy so I asked Tyler if he could install them for me. He was quick and a very nice guy. Thank you very much Tyler for your help.

I have been in the industry for well over 20 years and I have received such excellent customer service at many other AutoZone locations especially Somerset, New Bedford ( Mt. Pleasant location) as well as Fall River ( Rhode Island Avenue location). But unfortunately the service that I have been provided on multiple occasions at this location on North Main Street in Fall River is completely distasteful and unacceptable. The service is horrible. The lack of customer service is an understatement. Calls go unanswered many times and when they are answered you are placed on hold for an extensive amount of time. Garrett you are the district manager for the area and I hope you read this and address this store because as you are well aware last thing I will do is post a negative review and I always give credit where credit is due. But after continuous and repeatedly horrible customer service by part of management ( Cory specifically) as well as Redshirt Associates this matter needs to be put out there in order to stop the continued lack of professionalism and negative customer experiences. It is a 180-degree difference when I walk into this store versus the treatment and professionalism I receive from Harry Dougie and Linda at the other stores indicated above. This store lacks the professionalism that they display and they should try to follow the same procedures in order to provide the correct customer service which they lack

While waiting in line, 2 female employees, neither wearing masks properly, sat around, one helping a customer who's child was also unmasked while the other read a magazine in a corner and ignored incoming phone calls. 2 more employees walked in, 1 also improperly masked and I decided the health and welfare of my family was more important and left tje corona breeding grounds. These people should be arrested for willfully putting others at risk.

AutoZone is AutoZone all you're going to find is car accessories and every AutoZone you go to everything is priced waytoo high I can get the same amount of oil I need for my car at a different location or online for 15 to $20 cheaper even a battery I can go to interstate battery in Dartmouth Massachusetts and get a battery that is going to last longer and is cheaper

This establishment was extremely unprofessional on my visit to this location. When I arrived at the location both employees were on the phone. Once I asked for assistance both employees giggled and said no that were not able to assist me in what I needed. These are the reasons behind the low rating.

Just your average neighborhood Autozone. The car accessories prices gave me pause, they seem oddly overpriced. Guy who rung me up seemed unsure how to use the POS terminal.

They probably have what you need to get your cur running again for cheap. Maybe you need some sort of fluid, oil, paint,what ha you. Like all the auto parts stores in Fall River, staff is a drawback. Most seam like they really dont want to be there.
