Had a great experience today with the Fairhaven location. Went in looking for a new set of tires for my 2014 Honda. Was helped by Jerome who showed me 4 different options for my car, quick and easy. Very knowledgeable. Installers did a great job too, car is running smooth. Thanks guys

I brought my car in to have the snow tires taken off and the regular tires put back on.Jerome took the time to measure the depth of the tread left on each tire and as a result the 2 fronts were too worn. I purchased new tires for the front and plan to get new tires on the rear when ready. The scheduled appointment was at 12:45 but the car was ready around 10:30. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the service I received.

I recently had an emergency with a flat tire, and town fair tire in Fairhaven was extremely professional and very helpful. John took the time to reassure us that he could get us a loaner tire, and what the process meant. My mom was visiting from out of state and she unfortunately incurred a popped tire and John was able to guide us with the right steps. My mom is also a retired veteran so he was able to honor the military discount. I appreciate town fair tire and look forward to going back in the future. (The tire in the photo was purchased originally from wal mart)

Jerome - was super informative and quick to respond to diagnose all four of my tire censors on the same day I took my car to Town Fair Tire. He also made sure I knew everything that I could expect when purchasing two censors that was needed at a very reasonable price including labor. His customer service was supurb! I highly recommend!

Been there 4 times in the last 2 months for flat repairs and an alignment. Many times over the years. Each time greeted timely and professionally (usually by Jimmy but also by another person one time as well), whether with an appointment or as a walk in. Work has always been completed in a correct and prompt manner; as you can watch the whole operation from a TV monitor in the waiting area. Strongly recommend, as you cannot beat their price and work quality especially for flat repairs.

AMAZING!!!! I was in a rush when I came in and honestly didn t think they d be able to help me in the time frame that I needed. Well, John and Jimmy made my day and were able to fix my tire in record time and I made it with plenty of time to pick up my daughter! They were kind, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Thank you so much!!!!

We needed a quick fix on the front end of our jeep Cherokee Before a trip. Both John and Jimmy went out of their way to ensure that the car was assessed new tires put on and an alignment I was not pressured to buy more then I needed Just took care of everything.

I was at the Fairhaven, MA location yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Jerome who has exceptional customer service!! He patiently took the time to explain my original invoice to me, and then explained clearly what was going to happen with my repair.As I waited for my vehicle to be ready I observed Jerome working with other customers who he treated the same way on the phone as well as in person. He never stood around oblivious to his job duties but most importantly his customers.We have 4 vehicles in our household and we will be bringing them all to Town Fair Tire after the customer service we recived from start to finish .

Went in today to buy 4 new tires. John and the team were very helpful. John was very knowledgeable about the tires I was looking for. Saved me money in comparison to the local dealership and I was in and out in less than 2 hours, without an appointment.I'll be only going to this place for tires from here on.

Had a great experience at Fairhaven Town Fair Tire today. Jerome helped me with my original quote & he was able to squeeze me in last minute for install today, even though I didn t have an appt. Car is running great w/4 new tires & alignment. Quick & easy.. happy customer.

Started my day with a flat tire and thought I was gonna have to spend Xmas money on getting it repaired, but the town Fair tire in Fairhaven, Ma took care of me and repaired the tire and got me back on the road free of charge and under 35 minutes. I am forever grateful for the employees of that location. Thank you so much for all your help and making a horrible situation into a pleasant one. 5 star service all the way!!!!!!!!!! Hope they have a wonderful holiday.

I had a very easy time having Jordan help me pick out 4 new tires for my Hyundai Tucson and I am very happy with the new ride. Was very convenient and only took them a few hours without having an appointment. Definitely will be going there again in the future.

this Fairhaven crew is on top of things! they're really good about fitting you in and specifically Jerome. he pays attention to important details like mileage.! This is normally the location I go to but my last rotation I went to another location and they clearly marked the wrong miles. thankfully, Jerome does pay attention. A good crew to work with. thanks again

I have been using fairhaven townfair for over twenty years. Always courteous and professional advice. Always prompt service even when showing up with no appointment for tire change or flat tire. Current manager jimmy seems to promote a strong and content crew

Overall not a huge fan of Town Fair Tire, however today was a much better experience. Jerome answered all my questions politely, was knowledgeable and honest. While checking out the two men, John and Jordan worked to get me taken care efficiently.

Had an appointment for 10:00am they told me it could take up to 90 minutes. My car was ready in 1/2 hour. Very courageous explained services they preformed.

Town Fair Tire in Fairhaven was able to help me out promptly with the last seized valve stem cap I couldn't get off from one of my tires. Jerome made sure I was taken care of and I will happily go to them again if I have an issue with my tires!
