Extremely DISHONEST and shady. I took my car to get an oil change and left with a loud clicking noise and no oil. Upon checking my oil days later my mechanic noticed that it was completely dry! They never changed my oil and also tampered with my serpentine belt. The attorney General will be hearing about this. Stay far away from here guys.

The customer service from Richard R. was excellent. This is a service/sales team that puts themselves in the customer's shoes and they are fair and reasonable. They value creating and keeping a long term return customer over nickel-and-diming to make more money off you today. Great job Richard and Ernie with running the business/front end, and also great job to all the guys in the back on their clean and quick work. Service: 2 new tires plus special requests checked out.

Refused to conduct work on my vehicle due to it being all wheel drive. Stated I had to change all 4 tires, cannot change 2. This is 100% false for my vehicle.Ordered tires online and went to New Bedford to have them installed with no issues for 1/2 the price.

I had a service appointment to replace aging and damaged tires along with other repairs. I carefully researched the tires I wanted and selected tires based upon multiple testing facilities. The tires that were being replaced I found to be rather poor in braking and wet/dry performance & safety so I was careful to select tires that scored much better in both safety metrics.After dropping off the vehicle for service the next day, I was later called and told that Sullivan Tire is refusing to install anything other than run-flat tires. The available RFTs for my vehicle are much more expensive, but more importantly they have reduced braking & performance ratings over the tires that I selected which would result in less safety.I am very disappointed that the service technician would attempt to make an obvious up charge which in turn would reduce the safety of my vehicle. The technician knew exactly what vehicle I was bringing in and what tires I had ordered several days prior, but waited until the vehicle was in the shop and I was at home to attempt to force an up charge on the service. This very much appears a Bait & Switch OperationI reached out to corporate customer service with the above information and after 48 hours with no response I have to assume that corporate is okay with this behavior.

Always get my vehicle serviced at Sullivan's. Fair prices and they don't try sell me services that aren't needed. I reccomend.Just went for an inspection sticker. In and out quickly. Ernie is friendly and efficient. I still reccomend. 11/22 still a good experience.

I bought 800$ worth of tires...50000 mile treads. Not even a year old and my car won't pass inspection! I went there and they said I didn't rotate my tires every 6000 miles!!! You put new tires on a vehicle for safety and security. They offered to do a rotation... But would not help with the tires. The manager is always very rude!

I took my Ford transit connect in due to stuttering/misfiring and an oil change. They change the oil and blamed the poor running engine on the old oil. They did not fix the problem.After I posted this review, they called me and had me drop the truck off again. I live 35 minutes away and have to find rides to do this, somewhat of a pain in the a.....But after all said and done the truck runs as normal.

2nd time I have stooped in there 2 get a sticker and there "Sticker" guy was not there, really none of your other mechanics are capable of doing a sticker? CRAZY!

This is the second time that I have purchased tires from Sullivan s Tire in Fairhaven and I can honestly tell you both experiences were absolutely fantastic and I got the feeling of that old school service that unfortunately so many businesses have forgot ! I spoke to Pat to line up my appointment and Ernie and Chris to have my service completed and I can tell you that these people take their job very serious and the technicians there are top notch. These people all deserve recognition and they have my trust. Sullivan s is the only place I will purchase tires !

Great service and they knew their stuff. We were able to do all four tires (ordered, shipped and put on) all in the same day when their competition down the road didn t have appointment times for six days. Even though they were short staffed, it was excellent service and a good experience.

I went in to plug my tire after running over a staple. Tire held air, tiny holes but would gradually leak. Where it was located it was pluggable. The gentleman that I worked with said they only do internal patches on tires. So I was like okay...let's do that then. A little while later he says to me matter of factly that I will need a whole new tire because it was a staple. Needless to say I left and got it plugged at my local auto shop. Word to the wise, don't ask a place that sells tires to plug your tire and also dress up as a man so they don't take advantage of you.

This is yet another place I've been a long time customer. This location is a really great place to go if you need help with your vehicle. Ernie, the man up front is a great guy and always does what he can to help you out. My most recent visit, he went above and beyond for me and my vehicle when the Dealer refused to fix it for me. The reason? My truck is "old". Anyway, great deals on tires all the time, they back up their own work, and they'll happily help you out! Not 5 stars, 10!

Just recently had my brakes serviced. In less than an hour, I got a phone call with what services they recommend I get done. I had already been told what my car needed through another mechanic. The same information was recommended and they didn t try to sell me any unnecessary products or services. My car was diagnosed and done within three hours. I highly recommend this business for much more than just tire sales!

The staff at Sullivan Tire and Auto Service has always been extremely courteous. They've always been honest and offered good insights into what I needed to have done to my vehicles. Also, they don't overcharge me like some auto repair places have in the past. They let me know what needs done immediately, and what can safely be put off until my next service appointment so my repairs stay under budget. They also offer a shuttle service while your car is being worked on so you can be dropped off at work and still get your repairs completed.

I just moved my son to Massachusetts for the summer. After I returned home to Florida, one of his tires went flat. Being unfamiliar with the area, I called Sullivan Tire on Plaza Way and talked to Ernie. Ernie was extremely helpful and agreed to help my son as quickly as he could. They fixed the tire straight away and made a stressful situation easy. Thanks for your help.

I went into Sullivan s Tire today 05/14/20 ,Fairhaven, Massachusetts location for 4 new tires with Front & Rear alignment. The Manger on was absolutely wonderful, he was very courteous, helpful and knew his job. I spent sometime at this location because of my lug nuts that were swollen and some the of lug nuts were curled up from the heat. The manager made some calls to get new ones to replace the old lug nuts. The employee who also worked on my vehicle did a great job of mounting my new tires and replaced wipers on for me. I will be back for more services indeed!! Service with a smile = )

My spare tire has been losing air for a while. Went there with no appointment. - was taken right in . Fred found the leak - was in and out within 15 minutes. Great service. Ernie is the best . Since retiring needed a place to have my vehicles serviced - found my place . Thanks - Congrats Ernie on your promotion. Your the best.

Just got home after getting my oil changed there. Great service! Awesome staff!I am anxious about getting my car serviced because I don't want to be pressured to add more things/fix things I don;t have to. Sullivan didn't pressure me at all! They did inform me that I have a slight oil leak but it's not too serious and he only offered to keep an eye on it for me.They also fixed my bumper free of charge! Still have no idea how it popped out, but they put a bolt in and pushed it back in. Thank you!I'll definitely come back! Thanks guys!

Ordered 4 new tires, had to wait 2 days for the appointment. Several hours into the appointment day, they called to inform they didn't have the tires we ordered 2 days ago, but of course they have more expensive ones that they'll put on because the ones we ordered are 3 weeks out. Then, when asked if they could do an inspection sticker I was alerted to numerous issues under the front end, including control arms being broken, bushings being gone, stabilizers gone, and front and back brakes are in dire need of replacing, all of this will double the original amount, from about 1k to 2k. Amazing, I drive it everyday, and have zero issues with anything besides needing tires. They were told to put everything back on, and put it outside, we'll take it somewhere else. Bait and switch is the order of the day. Someone should tell Sullivan that acting like a dealership is a bad look.

My fianc� took my car for an oil change today. Last place I went to (alone) was trying to tell me that I needed this and that, trying to take advantage of me. Sullivan charged a fair price and provided efficient service. My fianc� mentioned that I had a brake light out and Sullivan offered to replace it at no charge. So nice! When putting my brake light cover back on, they broke a small piece of the corner. I probably wouldn t have noticed it right away, but they told my fianc� what happened and that they ordered me a new one and it will be in tomorrow. How awesome is that?! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

On a recent Friday afternoon, February 21st, I was coming back to Fairhaven, when smoke started pouring from my car. I put it in park and removed the keys. I was in the middle of rte 6 in traffic. I was close to Sullivan Tire where I am a customer and I ran to Sullivan Tire in a panic to call Triple A. I didn't have my cellphone with me. Ernie Sawyer sent one of the mechanics, Pete, to go to my car. Pete was unable to start the car and he and a couple of policemen who had arrived at the scene, pushed my car out of traffic while we waited for triple A to come and tow the car. I have been going to Sullivan Tire for many years and they always do an excellent job repairing my car as needed. The people are all extremely nice, Ernie, Dan, and Fred, those 3 people I know best. Sullivan Tire has always treated me very well and done a fabulous job with any repairs I have needed. A special thank you to Ernie Sawyer and mechanic Pete, who both went above and beyond on February 21st to help me when my car broke down.

Brought my Jeep in for a wheel alignment. I just finished installing new tie rod ends and adjustment sleeves the day before. They said they couldn't do an alignment because my track bar was loose. So, I took my Jeep home got underneath and checked it out, track bar was solid, not loose, no play. Feel like they were trying to scam me into getting something fixed that didn't need to be fixed. Won't be going back.

Ernie always does a great job at the Fairhaven location. He is always honest and makes sure that all of my concerns have been addressed. I've been coming to this location since 2018 and have been pleased with the level of service.

My wife and I have trusted Sullivan Tire in Fairhaven for repairs on our vehicles for years. Ernie, Dan, and the technician team are top notch, and their standards for safety & service are unmatched. They work with integrity & honesty, and we wouldn t go anywhere else!

Have bought and installed two complete sets of tires for my vehicles.Had a few minor issues that the manager stepped up and made right. Based on his willingness to do right by the customer he gets 4 stars from me.
