Had a problem with my trailer tires while coming through town from Maine, heading way down south these guys jumped through their butts to help me quickly!! And I was on my way in minutes with two fresh tires! Most awesome service I have witnessed in a very long time!!Bravo Roland s Tires! BRAVO!!

Just a PSA for all of Rolands Tire Service customers and future customers! Been using them for years for my personal vehicle and all the business ones. Well I had to have a patch done in my hellcats tire today and don t you know the kid decided to take it for a joyride down the street. Every single vehicle we bring there for a plug/patch is taken out of the garage and parked right away, Never taken for a spin. Now when I say joy ride I mean this kid hammered down on my car. Now my car is far from quiet so clearly he didn t use his brain when deciding to stomp it out the lot. Do BETTER Roland s!!! These are not your personal vehicles to beat on for fun.

I m a sales rep from NY traveling, wake up at the hotel this morning, start the car, the battery malfunction light is on, open up the hood shredded serpentine belt, texted Mike from Roland Tire, he asked me to be there at 8:30am and ask for Bill, back on the road at 9:15 it doesn t get better than that, your team has outdone itself, wasn t asking for any preferential treatment, but they got me in and out the door, replaced my serpentine belt five stars!

friendly people and normal unload time for tires.turn on to river road for deliveries. they have a dirt lot that you can park on overnight. you will be blocking an entire street when you deliver but they own that road. its tight but manageable

A day after an alignment and balance, the wheels almost came off because the lug nuts were not properly tightened. One actually fell off. The photo is from after we tightened the remaining ones.

Don t go here!!! Went for a alignment because the steering wheel was side way. It was not shaking at all. In any other tire shop if your tires are not in good condition, they refuse to align. That a fact. I pay for my service which was 135 too much money for an alignment. But they give me my car back with the steering wheel still side ways and it s shaking terribly on the highway. I go back to see if they could fix it. And they said we did our best, you have two bad front tires, that why it s shaking. That s gonna be another 700 dollars!! Are you kidding me!!! I know businesses need money to keep operating but that is not fair if you just gonna lie to make it. Never again!!!

My husband just picked up our SUV from Roland s tire. He hasn t stopped raving about the ride home. When I contacted Matt from the Somerset office about tires, he was super informative and quick to respond to my 400 annoying questions. (I guess we can call Matt super patient as well! )He also made sure I knew everything that I could expect when purchasing these tires- like free rotation for the life of the tires(score!) Matt scheduled an appointment at the Fairhaven location even though he is in Somerset to accommodate me which I really appreciated!! Drop off/pickup was super easy and the folks at the Fairhaven location were very friendly. Thank you Matt, Sean, and everyone at Roland s!!

I've known Mike, the guys in the shop, and the girls in the office for about a year and all I can tell you they work hard and care about their customers.I happen to be their IT guy and appreciate the continued business I get from them.I am taking a star off because they still work with another company for some of their IT needs that just isn't doing it for them and they are under some sort of contract.That's a company that I just don't get their business practices at all. Without naming names they are interested in your money and not following through with what they promise. It's all about collecting that reoccurring revenue to them in those contracts.

I'm new to the area and asked for a tire specialist... every one pointed me to Roland's. I can see why. Priced well, and extremely knowledgeable. Reputation matters and it's clear it's well earned here.

I had a slow tire leak, I contacted a local shop, they said I had to wait 4 days! I called Roland's and they said just bring it in! Fixed the issue waited a total of 20 minutes! Very professional from the service desk to the mechanics! The bonus, the prices were more than just fair! I was impressed enough that I brought my charger hellcat there to swap rear wheels. Same excellent service and prices! Highly recommend them for any type of tire service!

These guys are amazing! The energy and enthusiasm in the shop is great.. won t go anywhere else. Dalton is one of the mechanics and he took the time to explain to me and went above and beyond Great to see good, honest service. The BEST Service Around

I went there for a flat that needed to be fixed. They took my car in right away. They removed the nail, patched and refilled the tire and I was out of there in about 20 min. They were friendly as well. I highly recommend.

Front desk staff always gives you the feel you're bothering them. I was overcharged and said the other guy (manager) said this was the price. His response was oh well he does that all the time and walked away. Thankfully manager came out and refunded me my money. Unfortunately I needed tires so I went to them.

High recommended! All I can say is the staff is absolutely awesome.& Roland Tire is an excellent business with an incredible : & knowledgeable staff.The pricing is always fair, the staff is honest and do some excellent work

I had appointment at the Somerset location for front end alignment and tire rotation. When I got into my car I noticed a dark mark on my armrest which I thought was grease. I got home and noticed that they must have got grease on the armrest and used some kind of solvent which took the color out of the leather. When I went back they said that it was already there and they didn t do it. Really? So I emailed the owner 3 times, called him 3 times and left my number. He never answered once!!!!! Who runs a business like this? These guys are the biggest hacks. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I ended up buying the piece that they damaged and installing it at a price of $450.

They have been my go to place for tires since before Google was around! The employees are awesome and the work is done fairly quick and they let you know in advance what it may cost in case you need to wait. You can get a tire repaired for under $30 if it's an easy fix rather than purchasing a new tire for 80 or more. I also purchased 4 new tires for my van a few years ago and the cost was worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

To start, it would only be fair to say that myself and my family have been coming her for tires on all of our cars for many many years. This will be changing the next time I need tires however. My issue with Roland s starts about a month ago when I brought in my tire with a bubble on it. I obviously purchased my tires there and wanted to see what they had to say. They told me it was due to a pothole or bump in the road that caused the bubble. I was skeptical but took their word and purchased a new tire there. Now, less than a month later I have a bubble in the exact same tire. My skepticism proved to be true. I talked to the folks at Roland s and they offered no help. All they could offer was that I purchase another new tire. Seems like the definition of insanity if you ask me. I simply wanted Roland s to stand by the work/tires they put on cars as this issue should obviously not be happening once every 3 weeks, as I never ever even dealt with this issue in the past. As a reputable business Roland s should stand by their product and work, they definitely do not and they get you coming and going. There are plenty of other tire shops within the distance that are good deals. I recommend trying Mavis tires, Dartmouth Tire, or BJ s for your tires! Definitely don t give Rolands the business, they haven t earned it with me anymore and I will never be back and tell everyone I know not to risk going, as its been that bad!

While their expertise in tire mounting, mostly computerized, was obvious, they didn't bother to issue me the warranty card necessary for any future tread-wear claim to be processed. When I called to inquire about it, whoever answered shrugged me off, instead saying that"such cards" were not yet available for 2021, not seeming to have any concern or idea when I asked when I could get one, or that I should have the courtesy of any promise to fulfill their obligation of ever supplying the card. This is an incredibly unprofessional stance to assume if they should entertain the hope for repeat customers or word-of-mouth advertising.

These guys are awesome!!! I needed more maintenance then I anticipated and they squeezed me into there schedule and offered me a ride home while I wait for my services! Once I went to pick up my car (due to lack of sleep lol) I accidentally showed up with with the wrong $$$ amount! And they confided in me to go home with MY vehicle to the retrieve the the rest of my $$$!!!!! Shout out to you guys! Excellent service I'm a VERY satisfied customer

Needed 4 new tires and alignment. Called to see if tires were in stock. They had to order tires (no payment needed over phone). They contacted me later that same day stating tires had arrived. I did have to make appointment for alignment. Staff was professional and courteous.

I got a flat tire. Roland's ordered a new tire to match the other tires and in one day, it was fixed. Professional. polite, and reasonable price. I recommend them for your car services.

Went for an alignment, told me they couldn't do it because I needed 2 ball joints and unrelated to alignment, brakes, rotors and calipers (1100$). Went to my normal mechanic, no ball joints needed, did need brake pads and 1 caliper. Felt like they were trying to get money out of me and take advantage of me. Took my truck somewhere else and was aligned no issue.

I went here because they could get some hard to find discontinued 15" Cooper Mud and Snow tires that they could stud for me.Dropped off my truck and when I went there after work it was done.I love professional work. Especially when it's done for me. Nice guys and very affordable too.

I bought 4 tires from them and 2 of the tires popped within the first few months. They refused to honor the warranty. They said they would lose money. They put the hubcap on top of my tire stem causing a slow leak. I was going here for years until this happened. I will never go to them again for anything. A waste of time and money.

Needed 2 slow leaks repaired today and asked them to check front end. Described problem. They suggested that they also check brake calipers. Sent me away with my tires fixed and an assurance front end and brakes looked fine. Can't beat that for building trust.

Been living and doing business here in NB over 40 years, this place has hit it s all time low! From my business to giving these clowns business for 20 plus years! Horrible , will be the last time I come here to waist my time !5 stalls 1 person working! 5 people in office milking it!! Amazing how they could care less! Do yourself a favor and spare the aggravation do business else where even if you pay double will be worth it!!
