This Midas location is definitely a hidden gem! We called around to multiple places between Dartmouth New Bedford and Fairhaven and Midas in Fairhaven was the best price for a full synthetic oil change! It was approximately $89.99 but they gave us a coupon for $20 off so it s $69.99 which is amazing. They also do a full safety check on your vehicle from checking filters rotation of tires if needed if there is a nail in your tire they will repair the tire if it s repairable they send you a text with a link on anything that s needed in your vehicle and I promise they will not make you purchase anything you do not want to. They are just letting you know what might need to be replaced or fixed so you re aware. I will be coming to Midas in Fairhaven more often especially because I m the type of person who like to stick with my mechanic whom I trust but sometimes his shop is very busy. I m thankful to have found another place I can bring my car that I can trust. The Midas team in Fairhaven were outstanding! They were able to help me with short notice and took me right away! They kept in constant communication with me regarding progress and were on top of any concerns noted! We re reasonable and highly recommend checking them out! Great quality, good communication, fast and well priced! Thank you! I will be back again!

In the middle of a long ride home our company van developed serious brake problems. We called ahead to see what time this location closed and as it was approaching closing time the manager said that he would wait for us We pulled in. He confirmed our worst fears that it was a serious problem, but he would be able to handle it. He found us a place to spend the night in the next day by noon we were on our way. I wish the shop was closer to Boston or I would be a regular customer

Adam and Kyle we're very nice and explained everything and showed the work before and after the job was done. While I was sitting in waiting area I saw that they were like that with all the customers. Kyle even went over and beyond with one customer that I asked if they knew each other and the reply was no just wanted to help out the customer so he wouldn't be late for his prior appointment. They sure have people skills along with knowing how to fix muffler's. Place was clean and coffee was good. I would recommend going to Midas in Fairhaven, Mass .

First Kyle (sp) and his staff were AMAZING. Very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. They were able to resolve my issue quickly. Thanks to this MIDAS CREW, you guys are GREAT. So back story I got a nail in my tire when I was 45 minutes from home. I went to 2 other TFT and ST tire shops in the area that couldn't be bothered helping me. I was VERY LUCKY to be near this MIDAS location. Fixed tire in 5 minutes. Thx Kyle and CREW again!

Adam was amazing. Very detailed when explaining everything and every option and choice I had. Also very truthful when it came to what I should do as opposed to where I would be wasting money. Adam and Bob were amazing! Adam confidently accepted a job on my 84 Jaguar XJ6 to flush my braking fluid and we went through all the possibilities that could occcur. Bob was able to open all 4 bleeders where other mechanics were afraid to touch it due to possible rust / rear caliper replacement which is involved on this model. I also went through with every possibility with Bob and we went forward successfully without having to do any additional work.Bob and Adan are both extremely knowledgable and I HIGHLY recommend Midas Fairhaven.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Every time I go to midas, it s a pleasant experience. When it comes to Adam and his partner in the front and also Bob in the shop. It s really hard to find honest mechanics now a days that show you exactly what s wrong with you car. Highly recommend this place if you want things done the right way

Great service, fast, clean waiting area to get some computer work in while waiting the bathroom is cleaner than any nearby restaurant �\_( )_/� very reasonable pricing as well.Coming back to add - a few days later my exhaust fell apart on the way to RI, they could have easily charged me for two new catalytic converters but they spent the time, and effort to close up the gap that happened and properly fix it to last. Really amazing job.This is the place.
