There are good automatic car washes. This is not one of them. Not near enough water to rinse off all the other stuff they put on your vehicle. Suspected this would happen as I watch the vehicle in front of me leave with a bunch of soap still on it, even paid for the most expensive car wash I could get and still left looking not clean. You might ve took my money on this one, but you won t get it again. Clearly this place has no quality control and just treats Their car wash like a piggy bank.

Outstanding service. Quick courteous service by Professional technicians. I always bring all my vehicles here for oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommended. This is the best place to get your oil changed and serviced.

I have been going here for years, and I'm done. I'm not sure if management changed, but this place is horrible now.I was told 2 times that my cabin filter was ordered and it wasn't so i had to keep coming back, and when it was finally installed, they didn't use gloves and got grease all over my dashboard and seat. Half the time, they dont check tire pressure or fluids anymore, but one time they did, they didn't put 3 of my tire valve covers back on, and I didn't notice till the next day.The car wash also went downhill, leaving soap on my car a lot and not drying at least 20% of my car.

Called about an oil change and they told me they could do it for $120 on my 2018 Ford Fusion, I ve never paid more than $75 for any oil change in my entire life. Quite literally just robbing people.

Wife got a Mini Cooper and the Touchless Automatic wash didn't clean the bottom half of the car. One phone call and manager Eric hooked up a free wash with the Automatic Soft Cloth with great results. Thanks for the amazing customer service guys!

Service was so so, but the prices were astronomical! Will never be back and will persuade other potential customers to take business elsewhere. $106 for house blend oil change, lol what r we doing

We are so grateful to Freddie and the Staff at ALL PRO (Fairhaven) for reviving our uncle's old Chevy Cobalt (2007). We had lost hope; but these guys were experienced enough to finally identify the problem and get this car back up and running after it had been parked for almost a year.Needless to say, these guys are truly talented, efficient and unbelievably reasonable with costs. We can not thank them enough.

This was my second time coming here for a quick oil change! The workers are very nice & professional. They always take great care of me. They just started redoing the ramps which is great so my car doesn t scrape at the bottom. Deff recommend to friends and family. Plus you get a free car wash of soft cloth or touch free! Will be back again

returned for my second time today, & it was incredibly disappointing. the (assistant?) manager taking care of my vehicle was in such a rush. when pulling out my glove box to check the cabin air filter, he let it drop and everything spilled out, to which i said i would put my own stuff back (because i organize my glove box) and he told me no and shoved everything back in. my boyfriend (who was a mechanic in the past) and i were told we should change the filters out but we declined because we were in a time crunch & it s something he can do himself. my filters were full of leaves and the dude didn t even dump the leaves off and instead let them fall all over my car. now, i have a ton of leaves sucked into my blower motor and i'm left with an awful sound when i turn my vents on. also, before the oil change being done we were told the price was gonna be $46, to which i freaked out about because the first time i was charged $77. my boyfriend pulled out his card and was then told he d take care of it later. after the oil change was being done he told my boyfriend the price was $96? nah. bull if ya ask me. don t waste your time here folks!

Been taking my car here for a couple years, not going back again. They re shady. They re always offering discounts but the price is always the same whether they give you the 10% or not. They also claimed to not have my oil anymore and the only one they have is $10 more expensive, then the customer next to me got my oil.

Okay so I went in there I originally went for a quick oil change to help a family member. Well that oil change cost me 70+ Dollars maybe my family members car requires to get $75.00 wort of oil but holly smokes!! But a free car was is always well worth it because I love a clean car daily. With all that said I wasn't to pleased with a $75.00 bill for a camry but the free car wash somewhat made things seem somewhat better..

Been going here for years with my personal truck and my company truck for oil changes and usually am happy with the service, the reason I m not happy this time is because my wife bought me a $100 gift card/receipt from them and then I m told they can t give change so if my service is anything under $100 they get to keep the change? How is that right? So if I got a regular oil change for around $35 they get to keep $65 doesn t sound like an honest place good thing they messed up and put synthetic so I got shorted about $8 but shouldn t sell gift cards if you get to keep the change don t get why you can t just rewrite another gift receipt for the balance

Got an oil change 2 weeks ago and they didn t tighten my drain plug so my car was leaking oil and almost destroyed my car. Will never go back there again.

I had my oil changed at All Pro Quick Oil in Fairhaven, MA on 5/16/20 and I was surprised by how much the mechanic cared for my safety. He asked me to stay in my car while he performed my oil changed. I also request a new battery and he kindly gave me a good deal. After he completed my car service, he asked me to reach inside a box and put on a pair of medical gloves so that I could give him my choice of payment and signed my receipt. I felt safe and I was happy with the serviced and kind mannered I received!

Slightly more pricy than your local mechanic, but good customer service & friendly mechanics who seem honest and genuine-with no pressure put on you. Free car wash with service makes the pill a bit easier to swallow too.

My first time coming here was a great experience. They were quick to get me in to change my oil. They filled all my fluids that were low. There is a well informed employee who came to speak with me to go over everything they done and whats recommended. No pressure whatsoever and the price was honest and fair. Ill be coming back from now on.

A month later my car died they screwed up so much I had to buy another vehicle. Do not go to this place.Original review 6/5/2021Where do I begin with how awful of an experience I had here.I towed my BMW there after it died on the highway. All symptoms made me think it was the fuel pump. I called before I had it towed there and they were very assuring that they will have the technician look at it the next day which was fine. This was On a Wednesday. The next day I received a call from the technician saying that it was in fact the fuel pump. They assured me that they checked all fuses , relays etc to make them 100% positive it was the fuel pump. They told me the part was 500$ because it was a genuine BMM part they ordered and said it would be 900$ total and 3 hours it would be done. Well that was on a Thursday. 3 hours come and go no call so I called them. The guy said that the fuel pump module blew and was the reason the pump went in the first place. Funny because they told me it was only the fuel pump. I asked how much the guy sarcastically says are you ready for this? 560 again because it was a genuine BMW part and that it would be ready noon on Friday. Well I ll jump a couple weeks. I finally got my car back Friday 2 weeks after the day I brought it in. They messed up so bad on it they had to tow it to BMW to have them fix it. Every person I spoke with gave me a different story. I found out in fact they ordered aftermarket parts and triple charged me. Had they known the fake fuel pump they ordered caused the module to blow then the module they ordered was supposed to be programmed to my car. They lied about everything then the manager Freddy had the nerve to renig on the price I was told and refused my coupon I got from their website. Yelling at me in saying he s upside down in my car. Well if they were not being shady crooks then there would be no problem. They had to pay 2 ways to get my car towed to and from BMW. Had to pay for genuine bmw pump and module , labor done by bmw. Then when I ask for paperwork to see what bmw did to my property he refused. This place is absolutely horrible. Oh and my engine cover is missing two screws , my sunroof now dosnt open because they are hacks. Word of advice do not go to this place. It s sad because I ve been a loyal customer for years and they just ruined it.

I highly recommend All Pro in Fairhaven. Both Freddie & Erik were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & professional and thanks to their services, my car is literally running like new!! Costs are very reasonable & they never tried to force any unnecessary services or products for me to buy as many competitive places do. I was very satisfied and will be taking my car their consistently from now on. Thanks again All Pro!!

Friendly and honest every time! Just an oil change, but wasn't pressed to buy extras as most places do, they actually told and showed me, my filter was good till next time! Thank you for making this a great experience!

I went in for two oil changes both were quick and fast got a free car wash I was taken care of by Freddie, Andy, and Brian all were thoughtful and professional. Freddie took extra care of my car to better help me understand what I use for my car thank you guys!
