I cannot begin to recommend Aaron's Auto Glass more! The gentlemen who came to my house in Warwick were so friendly and personable, as well as professional and quick! The quality of work was top notch, and I would shout it from the rooftops if I could! Definitely use this company for any Auto Glass needs!! They were nice, clean, quick and thorough! I had a rock hit my windshield and I called Aaron Auto Glass for information on the repair process. An appt was scheduled and Craig came to my home, explained everything in a concise and clear manner. He was very professional, friendly and kind. I had my windshield replaced here. I called one day and the next day they had a guy name Jake come out. He did such a good job and very clean. This company actually installed the correct windshield. More than satisfied with the level of service, expertise, and friendliness I was met with here! I called them yesterday and they made sure my problem was fixed today, to honor my scheduled road trip!!!I was recommended by a mechanic to come to Aaron s to repair an issue with some leaking windows and compartments in my van. Not only did they repair the issues by resealing the gasket, they went the extra mile to remove the entire window, scrape off the sealant that was improperly used by the dealer, and resealed the entire window again.VERY grateful I was recommended this place, and will absolutely refer anyone in the area that needs glass work!!THANK YOU Heidi, Aaron, and Keith for your outstanding efforts!!!!

Exceptional service!!! Sarah was super pleasant and responded quickly! She made the whole process extremely easy! The company we were referred to wasn t mobile and couldn t get us in until Saturday(4 days after the incident!!) I reached out to Aaron s glass and they were able to get us in the next day AND come to us! Can t tell you enough how happy I am with their service! I emailed for a Windshield replacement and received a quote very quickly that was much less than all the other quotes I received. I was set up with an appointment quickly and the technician, Anthony came right to my work. He showed up on the early end of my appointment window and was professional and friendly. I bought a new truck that came with a cracked windshield, I reached out to Aaron's AutoGlass and was quickly setup with an appointment. I was quoted a price which was better than all the big glass companies. I received a call a few days before the appointment to confirm and another call when the technician, Jake, was on his way. Jake was very friendly and professional -- he took the time and care when removing and installing the new windshield. Jake went through the warranty/guarantee paperwork with me and ensured everything was understood. I would highly recommend Aaron's AutoGlass to anyone in the RI/MA area.

I am so pleased with the service I received. From the initial call to Heidi to Jake, the tech who came out to replace my windshield, stellar customer service. I was given a quote and an appointment time. Jake was on time and very respectful. I called Aaron s auto glass repair and they were considerably cheaper than Safelite by $100. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. The technician Craig called before he came, was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly went through what to avoid for the next couple days and week. Most importantly he saved two stickers that were on my broken windshield that were nostalgic.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Aaron did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I have a lease and requested the factory brand windshield and they got all the necessary approvals from my insurance for me without me needing to do a thing! Because my vehicle has lane departure and blind spot monitoring I needed to take it into the shop to get it recalibrated. He was waiting for me to arrive and took my car immediately. While I waited in the office he made sure to keep me informed with every step of the process and explained the paperwork and what everything meant. Extremely thorough, professional and overall exceptional customer service! I d recommend this company to anyone who has any auto glass needs. I had to hire someone to replace the existing side window I had with a new one I had ordered on my own. Aaron's AutoGlass was the only place that said they can take on the job out of 8 different shops I've called. Not only that, they were extremely professional, prompt, kind, and very humble of their amazing works. I had Jake the technician come out to replace the window, who we were super happy with! Will definitely recommend Aaron's AutoGlass to everyone 10/10 & will call them again & ask for Jake the next time I need services done. :) They totally deserve 5 full stars!Service: Auto side window replacement

Excellent service! The work was carried out at the garage after dropping the car off for the day, which saved me the trouble of having to sit and wait for it to be done. The staff member was in contact with me throughout the day and scheduled the best time for me to come pick up the car after it was done. We did the walk around and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for your service of getting your windshield replaced, crack fixed or tint. Sarah also did a small car detail at a fair cost. If you want a company that s local, honest and affordable, Aaron s AutoGlass is the place to go!

My windshield was hit by rock. I called Safe Lite and they quoted me outrageous price for replacement. So I called Aaron's. Sara took my call. She is great in understanding my needs. She gave me the next day appointment. Then I met Aaron, the owner. Both are very nice, professional, and skilled. They did a great job in installing a new windshield. I higly recommend this company for auto glass.

Aaron and Sarah provide unbeatable customer service and pricing! They are extremely time efficient and great quality work. They always come out for windshield repairs as soon as they can and we never wait more than a day tops! The repairs are done very quickly as well. Very professional and friendly!! Would highly recommend!

Aaron's is a great service. My daughter shattered by side mirror with a rogue street hockey shot and Aaron's took care of everything. I really didn't do much beyond text some pictures of the damage. Jake from Aaron s came out the very next day to replace my windshield. They even took the time to give my car a much needed vacuum after they replaced the glass. Great/Fast Service and top notch Customer Service. Would Highly Recommend to anyone!

Let me save you time and money. I called multiple places to inquire about a windshield replacement. Aaron's Auto glass gave me the best price, more than $150 less then their competitors. They fit me in right away and came directly to my house exactly when they said they would be there. Jake was very professional and took his time on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass replacement and/or repair. Thank you guys. 10 stars if possible.

Thanks Aaron s Auto Glass.My car got a crack hit by flying rock.Jake did a great job for my windshield replacement.He explained everything to you before he started the work.They really treat your car like it s their own.Carefully, friendly and patient.Definitely, they are professional.Before I called Aaron s, I had a terrible experience from another local shop.I just asked some questions about quote and what manufacture the glass is from and didn t even got services yet. The guy felt impatient and thought I m troublesome.Aaron s Auto Glass is entirely different !They always answer your every question and explain details.You and your car deserve this kind of treatment. Aaron s Auto Glass deserves the amazing review.Highly recommend.

I can t thank Jake enough for the great job on replacing my windshield! Aaron s is amazing and handled all of the insurance claim process for me and had sent Jake our first thing the next morning. I love to support small businesses and this is one I will make sure all my friends and family will use from now on. If you are looking for amazing service look no further!

I called Aaron's and they came out within 24 hours to my job. They would have come out that same day if it wasn t because I have a luxury vehicle.I only wish I would have called them sooner, as it would have saved me the unnecessary aggravation and headache from dealing with Safelite.I highly recommend Aaron's. They are extremely professional, fast and RELIABLE. They are a family owned business located in Fairhaven and they service all of RI and Southern New England. Highly recommend. Great customer service, on time, very friendly and trustworthy. I am very particular about my car and had Jake replace my windshield and he did a great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get glass done.

Jake was thorough, knowledgeable, and his work was top notch. I got a call previous to arrival to nail down time, which was close to what was expected a few days previously. Work was spot on. No problems, no complaints. Would definitely go back for other glass work. Thanks, so much. Insurance picked up the cost for windshield repair, so money, from my perspective, not involved.

My windshield broke a few days ago and I found Aaron s on a quick google search and tried my luck when I saw the reviews. Not only was the girl Sarah I talked to extremely informative and helpful in the process, Jake came out to my house since I couldn t make it down to the location. Jake did great work on the windshield and made sure all my stickers were on and he was very friendly.
