Had my car towed to A & A service. Spoke with the person at desk as my car was being dropped off. Told they couldn t get to my car that day. I waited five weeks before calling. When I called was told they couldn t find my information to contact me to authorize repair, told me to get the part and he would install and that my car had been dumped there by tow (not true as I stated, the front desk was aware, was watching while on phone with me). After this conversation, with Alex, I decided to go get my car. Walked in to office told person at desk I was picking my car up. He couldn t find the keys. He went out to the car and my keys were in ignition. Five weeks my car sat there with doors unlocked and keys in ignition. CLEARLY NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE PROPERTY.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Came here for my first car, everything seemed good, price was reasonable, salesman was nice, car looked great and passed inspection. 20 days later my check engine light came on 50 miles from home and I had to pull over on the side of the highway while it was pouring rain, I couldn t even take the nearest exit without being genuinely scared for my life, I had to call a tow truck and shell out money for fees and for the car to be fixed. Barely any oil in the car and tons of issues that seem to pop up daily. Dealership says that there is nothing they can do even though i bought this car less than a month ago. A nightmare. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only good reviews are from people who were coached to leave good reviews from the staff.

Had a great experience purchasing my first car here in February. Tim got everything sorted out for me super quickly, including registration & inspection. Got a reasonable price on a used CRV. I was able to test drive the car and start paperwork around closing time without rush.Update: Two years later and anytime something is wrong, I come to this place and have a good experience.

My husband and I have been searching for a vehicle for about a month or so and had no luck finally found A&A auto. Peter, and Tim were very helpful and made us feel so secure thru the whole financing process they absolutely went on and beyond for us great customer service and carisma. I will definitely recommend you check this place you will definitely have the vehicle you want. Thank you Tim, and Peter we appreciated your time and patience.

At first I thought their service was pretty good but it's really hackery. Mostly shadetree mechanic stuff (e.g., "leaky oil gasket? ... just put heavier oil in it!!!"), with huge markups on cheap aftermarket parts. They don't provide anything remotely resembling a professional, detailed written record that you can save in your files as evidence of exactly what maintenance has been done. No response when contacted them asking why they hadn't done all of the work that I'd spec'd. They're okay for last-gasp attempts to keep an old car in service, I suppose. But all in all, there are indies far more deserving of your business than these guys ... that's the most polite way I can say it.

Bought my first car from them, it was a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Both Peter and Tim were very helpful and patient with all my questions. Overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend them!

I didn t realize both of my headlights were out until about 2 hrs before the sun went down. I m not from the area and have an hour ride home. I went to 2 other shops who told me it would take too long and they couldn t fit me in. I stumbled upon this shop and was praying they could do it. They were so quick and efficient and it didn t cost me anywhere close to what the other shops were quoting me. Very pleased and highly recommend. I have the type of car that autozone can t just pop them in for me.

Nice little dealership. Got a wonderful 2008 used BMW here. Tim, the sales guy, is great. Excellent shop there too. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is it is a cramped little lot that's a bit difficult to get in and out of.

The owner Alex always takes the best care of my 2 trucks and my car. Very dependable, reasonable and trust worthy. Hard to recommend a good auto shop usually but not with A&A auto! Anyone ever asks me for a good mechanic I'll always tell them to come here and they are never disappointed.

Mechanic work is incredibly from Alex and the guys I just got my time and belt done and if anyone knows this is a big job to do, Alex and the crew got this job done in 1 days time!!!! That s damn impressive have to give credit when it s due my truck literally feels so much lighter on the pedal this thing is driving likes it s brand new thanks again Alex and the pricing no one could match. Will be back

There are just too many great things to say about A&A in a single google review. They are honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and their no-pressure approach to sales was a pleasant surprise. I've just recently bought a used car from their lot and I've never had a better experience at a dealership before. Tim, the sales manager, was a great man to work with and I have every confidence that A&A will stand behind my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good buying experience and a great used car!

Bought a car from them and they way overcharged and the car is in despicable condition. Refused to fix the issues after asking for it to be taken care of. Things were broken that hadn't been at time of buying after leaving car at shop. Sat for multiple days with nothing done to it and lied to about the work being done everytime I've asked. Will never go there again. Not to mention the owner is the one inspecting cars so anytime you buy a car from there, take it elsewhere afterwards as my car should've never passed. Horrible people who take advantage of others.

Great service at fantastic prices. They have done a great job repairing my 1998 VW Rialta. They fix it right the first time at a reasonable cost.

Worst experience ever. Financed a car Nissan rouge with 89000 miles not even a month with the car and the transmission needs to be replaced after getting it diagnosed at Nissan and they do not want to fix it and they Tell me Nissan does not know what they are doing. They will not give me my money back either mind you I bought the car only 3 weeks ago. All they tell me now is good luck. I highly recommend you to never go here. It will be your biggest mistake.

If you re looking for an honest mechanic AND sales department, A&A is the place you re looking for. From service I ve received throughout the years, to the purchase of my newest vehicle, Alex (owner), Tim (sales), and Alex s maintenance crew continually go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of.I can t speak anymore highly of this place and their people. I will continue to refer family and friends.I d give more stars if I could!

After looking at cars for weeks in both MA and RI, we stopped by A&A on a whim on the way home from yet another dealer. Up until that point, the other places were some combination of too expensive, too pushy, not helpful, or selling junk. Evan was the nicest salesperson I've ever dealt with. No pressure, patient (I'm picky), answered all my questions honestly. I settled on a nice VW and we couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure, and I don't think I have ever said that about buying a car. Horrible group of people. Scam artist . Will sell you a car that looks good put an inspection sticker on it themselves to avoid repairs. Try to sell you on extended warranty while your buying the car because they know it's a lemmon. Do not bother with buying from them and I'm sure the repair shop is shifty since they are the same people

Wow! We stopped here while traveling from out-of-state with a minor but necessary repair. We received quick, friendly and quality service. If we lived in the area, we would definitely come here for service and repairs.
