1 hour for an oil change, there were 2 people working on my Ford ranger, looked like they had just walked in from the street that day, no experience, they didn't know wich tools to use to remove the oil filter, didn't check anything, like lights, other fluids, my windshield fluid container was empty, they said they didn't have any windshield fluid. I'm also missing my engine cover.I sent costumer service an email, no response.So if you like your car, please, don't bring it to this place.I saw the line outside, and wanted to go warn the other customers to run before it was too late.

Very busy. Took like 40 mins. On the pricey side. Had the stones to tell me it is recommend that I spend $400 more on fluids saying it is factory recommend. I pulled out my owners manual and asked him where on the chart it says that. He just mumbled something and stopped with the insane oversell.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valvoline for an oil change, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding service, combined with the expertise and dedication of the staff, truly made a lasting impression on me.First and foremost, I would like to commend the manager at Valvoline for going above and beyond to assist me. When my oil filter became stuck, causing a minor inconvenience, the manager stepped in and quickly resolved the issue. Their knowledge and problem-solving skills were evident, and they handled the situation with utmost professionalism. Their willingness to help and ensure customer satisfaction truly stood out.Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Matt, one of the staff members at Valvoline. Matt took the time to explain the entire process of removing the filter to me in a clear and concise manner. Their communication skills were top-notch, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated their dedication to providing excellent service.Thank you for a wonderful experience

I got an oil change today as I do every 3000 miles. Went as usual start your engine pull out until a bit down the road my engine starts to make load noises that s when I noticed my oil light came on so I pull over and my phone rings, it was the technician at valvoline calling saying my oil filter came off and there is a trail of oil my vehicle left behind. They come to where my car was and put on a filter and some oil and tell me to drive back to valvoline so they can check it out. Really what a nightmare! Not sure if my engine is damaged will have to get it checked by a mechanic but regardless I heard the noise my engine made definitely not good horrible experience they should be responsible for any damage that was caused!

First time trying out a quick oil change style of shop as I normally change my own oil. I was very impressed with the communication of the 3-man crew that was servicing my vehicle; to me and each other. The one under the hood even took the time to show me my cabin air filter and oil dip stick (before and after the change). Very well done!Service: Oil change

Out of the 6 or 8 people that were working there the day I went, only 1 was pleasant and helpful, and 1 other was somewhat, kind of tolerable. It was as if I was bothering them. When I first arrived, their bay doors were closed and I could see several employees milling around inside. No one bothered to give me direction or even make eye contact. Finally, one guy came outside and met someone dropping off lunch to him, I asked if they were open, he barely looked at me, grunted, and pointed to the garage.The oil service was fine, as far as I can tell, except after the oil change the maintenance light was not reset, so it is still showing on my dash. I will make an appt with Toyota to have the car checked and the light reset. I probably won't be returning to this place again, but I'm pretty sure no one at that store will care. Matter of fact, they will probably rejoice that they won't have to do any work.If you are looking for professionalism and quality, you might try a different place.

Wonderful customer service! Love that I can drive right up and stay in my car! Even though they did not have the right oil for me, they called a nearby location and checked if they had the oil my car needed. I went to the second location ( Revere) and was taken right in. They even gave my the right filter to give to the other location to use on my car. Really impressed with the staff at both locations and would highly recommend getting your car serviced at either location! Super clean on top of it all!Service: Oil change

I'm usually visit this place for more than 15 years. Because is 5 minutes from my home. And this I only use valvoline for my cars oil change. base on I been a customer for a while I'm definitely use to about the oli change process. Today I went there to do oli change and the guy was very nice and friendly but I feel like he didn't have the appropriate training. I was asking for everything he was supposed know. Like add check tire pressure. Check air filter. Add fluid. And also a the end he no even show me the oil level.

DON'T COME HERE. I am preparing my report to argue that they did the oil change wrong. I had no oil in the engine. My engine had no problem before but now it starts making noise because they DID NOT PUT THE right oil in it. And the customer service person is very rude!

I'm a regular customer. I usually like their service. I'm usually in and out quickly. I just went on a busy day. 2 days before a holiday. Waited a half an hour. My oil change was +24.00 more than last time because of inflation. I got the cheaper one with the cheaper oil. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

This was my second visit here. They never requested or updated my vehicle information on their computerthe last time. They charged me for extra oil this time and when I asked why they said because my car took extra oil. When I asked them why it didn't take extra last time he argued that it did, yet of course they had no record of that. Staff was not courteous or friendly.The first time I asked if they offered any discounts when he told me how much the bill was and he said it was too late, I should have asked sooner.I won't be using this location again.

I usually come to this place to get my oil.changed because it is close to where I work and never had an issue with any of the employees usually the are welcoming im going to say today was the worse treatment ever.. very unprofessional. Guy chewing gum or a bunch of tobacco and speaking to me it was disgusting. No greeting and the young lady was also unprofessional. 12/19Service: Oil change

Excellent, fast service! First time coming to this place. Very courteous and efficient! Got the oil changed, wiper fluid refilled and engine filter replaced in under 15 min!Will definitely come back here.

This so called quick oil change just took me an hour and a half. Both lanes around me kept moving nobody offered to try and get me thru or acknowledge the delay

Bad management, every time I come here we always have to back up if someone was there before me. But if I m there first I have to wait until they finish the person in front of me even if I have to wait more than 1/2 and hour

Nick and Eric were great. Kept me informed of each step of the way. I ve come to this location since I ve received my license and I m never disappointed. These guys actually seemed happy to be at work which as a customer makes the environment very welcoming. They changed oil on one of my mini vans. A few days later employee got stuck in NH with the same vehicle. I have to tow it and bring it to my mechanic in Everett MA. Mechanic stated 3 quarts of oil was missing. Store manager and regional manager came up with different excuses. Finally I gave Valvoline to court.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So I have used this location before for some of my other vehicles. For the most part they are all good employees and have great service. But my reason for the 4 stars and again NOT the technicians fault. They dont seem to participate in Groupon discounts. I like on my vehicles the top tier oil and filter. Thats a 90 dollar plus service on some days if you are lucky its half on groupon. Again they dont accept. So I drove an extra 7 or so miles and went to the MALDEN one. There I received excellent service.

Usually this place is 5 stars great - everyone is really nice and professional. They do not open at 730... only one employee was there at 730 (poor guy!) and I had to wait until enough employees got to work to get my oil change. Just change your opening time to 8!Updated: they are just so nice. The service took 10 minutes.

We went for an oil change. The staff are super friendly, and they appear to get along really well. They have their act DOWN. Very efficient; in control and in constant communication with one another about what they were doing step-by-step. We got a lot more than we've gotten from other oil change service garages. About $16.00 more than what we usually pay, and well worth the professionalism. It's not like we get an oil change weekly, so a few more bucks was NOT an issue, not for this quality. So, I look forward to having them provide other services for my own car, like a.c. change. It was a fascinating experience to sit in the car and observe this service, see the equipment, the cleanliness - we felt we were getting a congenial "upgrade" - and some humor thrown in there from some of the staff is always cool. We didn't see a tip box, and they didn't push us to tip -- though we gladly would have, since we do at other places.

Amazing experience. Seriously the best. Lucia the assistant manager was tremendous. Super quick, professional and friendly service. Never had such a thorough oil change. Highly recommend!
