I had a great experience with them! The people who helped me were friendly and made the whole experience no hassle. I went in to get my A/C fixed due to a recall. They recommended some other things that needed maintenance (which I know are legitimate), but I wasn't pressured into doing any of those. Their system made it easy to review and confirm what I wanted done and how much it would cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

The vibe of everyone working here is great! Everyone is so friendly and made me feel catered to! I especially loved working with Amine and seeing that he was also a French speaker. But keep in mind that these are business people and their job is to make you feel great. I got myself in a sticky situation but after speaking with the general manager Brad Taylor everything was able to be resolved in seconds! He was so understanding and I could feel his compassion for someone in my situation who was trying to purchase their first car. I look forward to working with this company in the future (now with more knowledge from having to go through this process). Best regards, take care and listen to your gut! Merci!

Ask for Edwin! They care about customer service.Bought a Pilot from McGovern Honda in Everett. The entire process was extremely smooth. I was greeted immediately and set up with a salesman within minutes of walking in the door and test driving the car within an hour or so. Got there at 11 and signed for the car by 2pm. I live in NH and they were very knowledgeable about the process to register the car. The next day 3 minutes after they opened Edwin sent me a text clarifying a few things and drove the car home that afternoon. No issues. McGovern also offers a limited warranty up to 150,000 miles that can be used at any Honda service center. Something you don t see at other dealerships.I will be back!

worst place for visit specially you have old car my car has transmission plus engine light problm, and they send me immidiate recommended services of $2085 . I said yes bcoz I thought after spending a lot of money my car gonna be in good condition .. I went there to pic up my car I drove to my home and the next day when I start my car again . I saw my engine light is on I went there again , they said your modules acceleration sensor need to be change cost again $2092 , plus I have to change 4 sparkling plug and if ignition coil cost $500 . Plus change of engine coolant temperature sensor cost $250. Means I have to spent more $2800 to fix my car prblm they didn t fix my actual prblm of my car and force me to payed for other things that I don t want . In the end I fix my car outside in $350. STAY AWAY! I brought my car in last week to address a recall, and asked if they could fix some other issues with my car as well. I had a screw in my front left tire and my cruise control/lane mitigation buttons weren't working. I was out of town for the weekend, so they said they would fix everything and have it ready for me Wednesday morning. On Saturday, I received an invoice for all of the repairs, and listed on it was over $2,500 of services that I did not ask for (including replacing ALL 4 of my tires). I declined everything except what was necessary, and simply reiterated that I only wanted a patch on my front left tire. I called Wednesday morning to make sure my car was ready to go, and they confirmed, so I made my way over. When I arrived, I learned that they had actually fixed nothing: the "recall" was just a simple software update I could have done myself, and the front left tire wasn't patched because it was too close to the side wall and I had denied replacing all four of my tires, and they did not inform me that I actually did need a new front left. I bought the new tire, waited 30 minutes for them to replace it and went on my way, where I very quickly discovered they didn't fix my cruise control and lane mitigation buttons. I called back immediately to tell them, and told them it wasn't fixed, and the technician said he tested it and "maybe I just don't know how to use the car" that I've owned for 3+ years and have never had an issue with. The one woman I worked with was nice, but all of the men there had a bit of a condescending attitude towards the customers. I overheard one of the associates arguing with a different customer because they had installed a brand new tire when he only wanted a patch as well, so it seems like it might be something shady they do. I will never be using this service center again, and I will also be calling Honda Customer Service later today to request an audit of their business practices, because it feels like a giant scam.

I was on vacation with my wife and kids during the March break in Boston from Canada. My Hyundai Tucson suddenly started leaking gas and I had never heard of or seen that problem happen before, so didn t know why this was happening. At the time I realized the issue thanks to other drivers noticing the trail of gas I was leaving and honking at me, I happened to be close to the Honda dealership. I was quite stressed out and didn t know how to fix it so I stepped inside, explained my problem and asked if they could have a look. I spoke to Ryan who said he d have a look and when he did, he started by opening the hood of the car and he noticed quickly that the gas line was unplugged. He plugged it back, said I was good to go and didn t charge me anything. I am very grateful to Ryan. Before that incident, I didn t know where or what the gas line was and Ryan s theory, after asking if I had done any work near it (to which the answer was no), is that there must have been some rust build up and with freeze thaw cycles, it got disconnected. I was parked at a hotel the night before the incident and had driven from Canada to Boston without incident that day. I wonder if it could have been an act of sabotage, unlikely I m thinking, but one sometimes wonder. Actually, as I m writing this review, I looked it up on chat GPT and here s its answer:There have been reports of incidents where someone intentionally disconnects a gas line under a car hood in order to cause problems for the car driver. This type of sabotage is known as "fuel line tampering" or "fuel line cutting."Fuel line tampering can cause serious damage to a vehicle, as it can lead to gas leaks, engine misfires, and potentially even fires or explosions. In some cases, the damage caused by fuel line tampering can be extensive enough to render the vehicle undrivable. While fuel line tampering is relatively rare, it is a serious crime that can result in severe consequences for the perpetrator. In many jurisdictions, fuel line tampering is considered a felony offense, and those found guilty of the crime can face significant fines and prison time. Before getting to the Honda dealership, I happened to come across two other garages. One was doing car body work and didn t know what to do, but directed me to the garage in front of them on the other side of the street, which they said would probably be able to help because he was a general mechanics if I understood correctly. When I spoke to him, it felt like he just wanted to get rid of me and said he couldn t do anything and that there were other garages close.Only one other thing, when I left the Honda dealership, I was still stressed out from what had just happened and was wondering why my gas gauge was still showing full as it had looked like I had lost a lot of fuel. Within 60 seconds, I had my answer as the gas reading went all the way down to flashing a light saying I was going to be totally out. I was on my way to the hotel through downtown Boston and it was fairly busy. I really thought I was going to get stuck in the middle of traffic, but luckily, we got to a gas station in time.We drove back home to Canada a few days later without further car incidents.THANK YOU RYAN.

Andy in the service department is the man. He was incredibly helpful and communicative about what was going on with my car. He didn t try and sell me on anything that didn t need to be done. Cut to chase and solved my problems. Ask for Andy next time you visit!

Almost everyone I encounter here wakes up in the wrong bed of the morning every time I am there. It feels like I have to go out of my way to be nice to them not to be abrasive. I only go there because of the proximity to my house but I am going to extend my drive just to avoid this place. As an added negative bonus, they hang up the calls when you try to make an appointment. If you hate your job, you have 2 options: QUIT or do your job!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

This dealership has fail 2 times to fix my 2 recalls on my Honda Fit 2010. I called honda when they sent me a recall letter. They said the dealer should provide transportation for me when I drop the car. Has not happened yet. I called the first time this dealer. The representative said that they don t have loaners car to give. I called honda back again, they said that I should get a car from them. I called the dealer again and they said if I want a car for me to go work I should pay for it, because they don t do. How am I going to pay 250 for a security deposit plus 45 or more for rental? If I get Uber to go work. That s over 60 dollars. As I said it to their representative I am not responsible for factory issues in the car.

Dont waste your time as well as your money. The coordinator and staff are not professional, just learning how to cheat costumers. I just waste my 620$ for just check the fault and cant find anything. Then I bring my car to local service center and fix my car with 120$

Awful service. Called ahead of time and they ask me to come in. Then when I get there, they tell me no one can help and ask me to leave my car there. Got a bad wheel alignment, but they insist on taking out piece by piece and charging me tons for it. Even if this is the end result, the customer service is awful. I regret buying my car here.Service: Wheel alignment
