Always bad customer service/attentiveness. Lady had us wait in line for a while then decided to ring someone up from the middle while my items were already on the counter and I was ahead. Trash experience as this isn t the first bad encounter here.

I saw arturo at dds this morning. I was having problems with my wipers. Went everywhere and no one wanted to help me. He got the right ones and installed them for me with no problem at all. Please go to him for everything and anything. Went back a few hrs later to get the things i needed for the oil change. And he got them for me fast. Best service i had ina long time. I 100000000% recommend that store n him.

Worst experience ever !! Racist employees and manager and no one who was willing to help me. My car needed a jump and was directly behind there store (just not in there parking lot) and just a week before I was helped with a jump and a week later was being told that no one in the store could help and that it was based on their discretion whether they wanted to or not and I just could not believe for the life of me why one of the six employees that were in the store couldn't walk over 2 minutes to help me jump my car and I had to pick up my 7 year old son to drop him off to school and it was 8:00 a.m. and they said because of safety reasons they could decline which sounds like they were just really being selective on who they were trying to help. The store manager named Angel was even worse attitude was horrible and didn't offer me any suggestions or any help just said no and walked away. After finally getting a stranger on the street to help jump my car when I walked back into the store frustrated to ask about the store policy one of the employees had said "wait hold on" then proceeded to rush back to get the car jump after an hour of denying me help and was going to help me but then I had told them that I was already all set because of this stranger which solidifies my thoughts on the fact that they were just being selective. My black people save your money and go to another store stop giving these type of companies your money very racist company. ( I'm a black woman)

Purchased a new battery for my Highlander a few months back and the associate had a hard time installing it, the manager came out to help and the solution was to right the connection by adding a screw to make it tighter. Weird, but what do I know. This was a 3 start experience at this point. Maybe a 2 star because I tipped them and then realized they never gave me the rebate for the old battery.Fast forward to yday, car completely dies on the parkway. I panic. My husband opens the hood and low and behold the screw that (now we are down to 1 star) was shoved in for a ether for had fallen out. We push it back in and head back to auto zone.5 star service from employee Juan C. Give this man a raise. He didn t make me feel dumb or give me any trouble when I explained the issue. Came out installed the battery correctly and all was good. He was equally confused as to why putting a screw was the solution the previous folks came up with, what the clamp was just installed at the wrong angle not allowing it to sit flat. Juan C. You re a hero.

Called ahead to make sure they had the part. They did. When I got there no one could find it. Took 6 guys to find it. Meanwhile homeboy sweeping was angry I was in front of the counter when he wanted to sweep In front of the counter. Difficult to communicate as well.

I went to store for motorcycle battery, brought my old one to make sure get the right one, so they sold me wrong one. On Sunday September 5th went back to store to try to get the right one, the person exchange for the right size, back home for set up and was missing a parts. Went back on Monday morning, September 6th and the person name Pad started give a hard time and finally returned the battery, even I want the battery, just want the parts was missing. He returned the battery and kept my receipt saying that he can t give back. So than I ask for my old battery as the had at the first time. They said that they can t give back cause they charged me. I give the money and still not resolve. I tick my old battery and I was walking way and he stopped and call the police saying that I wasn t behaving my self. This store needs to have a professional people work there, not people like Pad. He is a terrible sales manager.

Johnny P., is amazing! Thank you so much for your fast and kind service. We called for a much needed battery on our long journey back to VA. The store closed @ 9pm, and Johnny P., stayed and waited for us, installed the battery. It s service like this, that makes me happy to be customer! I can t say enough about this young man, he even took it upon himself to tell us a little about himself, and share his dreams!! Thank you so much Johnny! Mahalo! Auto Zone you have a great guy working for you!

Employee "Angel" was attentive, professional and went above & beyond. He performed the FREE diagnostic tool for my check engine light. Part was out of stock, but had it shipped to store within a hour. Hopefully this sensor fixes the issue. Being a handicapped female, I'm sure the dealership would have charged me so much more. Thank you Auto Zone for this FREE service that I was told would cost 50 bucks elsewhere, like the dealership. Thanks Angel for your help.

I went in there with a problem 7:30am Sunday morning. Celia was working the counter and she was the BOMB! So very helpful, and courteous. I had no tools to change a lightbulb and she loaned me tools and even took a look at the problem for me. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful employee she is! A mechanic happened to stop in and she sent him out to help me- I should have accepted his help!! My time in Boston is always enjoyable.

Johnny the store manager went above and beyond to help us replace a battery right before the store closed. As an active duty service member, I needed my car and the battery died. I m glad we had Auto Zone but more importantly people like Johnny! Mahalo!

We came here after getting a dashboard notice about coolant with no idea how to change / drain it. Luckily two great employees, Manny and Dante, walked us through the entire thing, explained the cars needs and set up, and helped us with the whole process start to finish. They were very patient and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here for all future auto needs on both of our cars!

Our battery died right outside this autozone today after being "fixed" at the mechanic (Not the mechanics faul though. The car is just old). The men who helped us were so kind. They even asked a friend if he could give us a battery jump since they didn't have the equipment there. We are so grateful for their help. They could have just said it wasn't their problem, but they went out of their way to do everything they could. Thanks to them, we were able to make it home. We had less than 100 dollars after paying for the repairs half an hour earlier, so we were pretty much stranded. These guys were a god send. Thank you both a million times over.

This was my second time visiting the store. I had developed a very bad problem with the brakes on my clunker due to rust and was leaking brake fluid. The staff was very busy so I approached the female staffer behind the register for some advice. I was impressed with her knowledge of my problem which made it possible for me to purchase the correct product. The store looked clean and very organized. I left there as a happy customer once again.

Unprofessional people work in that store, 5 guys talking the same thing for nothing while costumer waiting for help, when I try to ask for something do I m looking for, they said!! We only take commercials business , and doing nothing . I asked a guy for some windshield wipers to my car and he only pointed whit his finger to the aisle( there are all you need, if is not there we don t have it. Never going back to auto zone any more.

They are very helpful know what they're talking about and had help me out very much because I was going to do something on my own and they suggested to bring it back to the mechanic that had did some work on my car so when I get to the garage I didn't seem like one of those people that don't know what they're talking about and found out that they were doing things wrong heck I might as well give the garage's name mobile gas station in garage on Essex Street Saugus

I went this afternoon to the Everett location to buy a windshield wiper as my old one broke during last week's storm.I have no knowledge about car-related parts. I asked someone to help me find the needed part and after detailing the type of car I have, I was told to grab either 18 or 24 (I presumed were types of wipers), located in the aisle.I grabbed #18 and someone at the store was nice enough to put it for me. Little did I know that #18 is for the passenger side only. I went outside to communicate to the gentleman assisting in replacing the broken one; however, he ended up replacing the good one instead of the broken as no one told me the difference. I don't comprehend how he missed it too, as it was evident the one he was working on was not the broken one.I found out that I could not return the incorrect one and ended up paying for two! Additionally, I found out that the person who told me to grab #18 or #24 was the store manager and could not assist me any further. This was unhelpful during times like these where not many have money just to dish out.

I got to the store at 830p on April 25th and they had already closed (store was supposed to close at 9). Why advertise your hours if you're not going to honor it.

The store and the employees are so unprofessional & unorganized! They don't have a single person running the register you need to wait in line behind people at a parts counter that's ordering parts (which can be time consuming). Its an all day affair to walk in & buy something as simple as a bulb or a cleaning product for your car. I'd rather go to Peo Boys!

Always helpful. Always go beyond their duty calls. Even when they're extremely busy, they do what they can, most of the times. Not going to be perfect, nobody is, but these guys work extremely hard.

I used to buy all my parts at Auto Zone on a revere Beach Pkwy until today.I walked in and asked the employee behind the counter if I buy my battery and a headlight here would you be able to put them in for me? Rudely he said we do not do that!! Since when? The employee a few months ago helped me and I gave him 20.00 for 10min. Of his time. I think if a customer spends over 400.00 they could have the decency to put the part in for you, Especially just a battery. Next time this so called manager should be kind to his customers, If not he will start losing them!!!!!
