My Family has been bringing cars to Cape Ann Auto Body for over 20 years. They always do a great job. They are friendly and professional and do high quality work. I recommend them highly. Recently, my wife s Audi Wagon was hit. The front bumper and fender were replaced. The paint matches perfect and it looks like new!

I recently had Cape Ann Auto Body do some cosmetic work on my Mercedes-Benz E350 and collision repair on my Ford F150. In both cases the work was completed in a very reasonable time and the finished product is excellent. This family owned and operated business treats its customers like family too. I will always take my auto body and auto service needs to Cape Ann as I know I'll be treated fairly and receive a high quality job.

Cape Ann Auto Body is always thorough and professional. I have been going to them for over two decades. They are very good at communicating with you, and fix only what is needed. They also alert you to what will need fixing in the near future. I highly recommend their services.

We have brought both of our personal cars and our lage business box van to Cape Ann auto for years and they always go above and beyond to provide service. The cars come back clean and detailed after an oil change - something I have never seen before - such a happy surprise. We always get a phone call if any work outside of an original estimate needs to be done to get our approval ahead of work being done. We never have high cost surprises because estimates are done very well. We know we are in good hands when we bring any vehicle to Cape Ann Auto - I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim and his crew did a fabulous job on my truck. They repaired it in a timely manner and communicated with me along the way. They even detailed the inside and outside. I am so impressed with them! I will definitely be going back!!! Highly recommend!

Accident related damage is a nuisance to deal will with. However the team at Cape Ann Auto Body as busy as they are took care of my car as if it were their own. Very professional and right on schedule right from the start. Looks just like new!

Went there to schedule appointment to have car door repaired Chris says nay let's do it now he did the work and I still had time to do errands I've had other work done always fair always professional. Will be back and will send people there thankyou very much.

I can't say enough about Cape Ann Auto Body. My car happens to be unlucky and it has been hit by someone else 3 times while it was parked. Cape Ann Auto Body has been a dream to work with. They have worked with multiple different types of insurance providers (including one time my own since it was a hit-and-run). Patty is so friendly. Steve runs around here there and everywhere to make things right. This is an amazing family business and we are so lucky to have had them in Essex for so many years. Thank you!!!

Was involved in a hit and run in my driveway and managed to do damage to my car and my husband's brand new car. He never knew until I got home after going out to breakfast with my buddies and gave him the news. LOL! Cape Ann Auto Body took great care of both cars quickly and you would never know anything ever happened. They are true professionals, fair and great people!

My car got a clogged rain gutter from the sunroof that resulted with water in the floor. The mechanic Joe took great care of my Infiniti. He was clean and neat, the service took exactly how long he said and the car has had no issues or smell since the service was performed.

Steve Pascucci provides great customer service at a reasonable cost. The car came out looking better than new. Work was completed on time, and the rental from enterprise in Gloucester was almost painless. The rental car company even delivered the car to cape ann auto o body.

Been here twice for service. Friendly & professional. Unlike most other repair shops, they don't try to sell you more than you need. Haven't done very complicated stuff yet, but skill level seems pretty high.
