We just bought a Luna Rover from Tim's RV. They beat the price of the other Northeast dealer without haggling. Tim and Nick were extremely patient with all our questions and easy to deal with. There was no pressure, no hidden fees or upcharges and we really appreciate that. I wish all dealers operated like this!We are very impressed with our Luna as well aswith the service we got from all the staff Tim's. Thanks guys, our Luna Rocks!*****6 month update! Our Luna is fantastic! We had a minor warrantee issue between camp trips and Tim's fixed it immediately and kept us camping without missing a beat! Thanks again guys!

Great guy...but some of his products are stored in cold areas and don't work properly when used according to manufacturer's direction... aerosol cans need to be stored in a warm area for a reason

Bought a Sol Eclipse travel trailer. Will be taking it home mid Feb. It is a quality travel trailer and Tim's is a great company to work with. They worked with us by providing knowledge of the product in a friendly but professional manner. Highly rec. Tim's for any camper questions and products you may have! Picked up our Sol Eclipse camper today, April 6th, both Tim and Nick are great guys to do buisiness with. Love our new camper and on to a new adventure!

Tim s RV saved my little camper very reasonable rates+excellent work, thank you!!! Before and after photos discontinued back hatch was completely remade from scratch and repaired corrosion. Highly recommend this place

I own a 2004 camper trailer. I called Tim's due to a broken window. The first person I talked to seemed to be very willing to help. He presented me with 2 options. First, I could bring the camper there or find the tag on the widow.I thought finding the tag would be easy enough. I was mistaken. There were no tags visible. It was then suggested that I take the framing that held the window in, and it would be possible to see the tag then. It was not so easy, I ran into difficult obstacles that were not easily maneuvered around by someone who has no idea how campers are built.At this point, I called Tim's back, and Tim answered. I was met with rudenessAnd an attitude of I should know how to take a frame off. And was made to feel like a fool. I, as a chef, thought, what if I told you to make a steak dianne and gave you very little to no direction and didn't believe what you were describing.The original person I had spoken to messaged me that evening with a different offer that I could bring the camper there, and they'd look for the tag, but they would not remove any casingI then called a company in Westminster. They were more than willing to help. When the very nice. They removed the window, it was discovered that the tag is in the top of the inside of the window frame itself, in other words there is no way to see the tag unless you completey take the window out.Maybe Tim's is helpful if you want to buy one of their campers, as far as them wanting to do business with someone that needs a repair, Tim is rude, condescending, and unsympathetic. Due to that, my money will be spent where they are kind, willing to help, and understand that I don't come from a camper repair shop.If you need a repair, I suggest, even if you need to travel some, find a decent, helpful dealer. According to my experience, Tim's does not fall into that category.

I sold my trailer to Tim's RV since I didn't have a use for it anymore. They were very easy to work with, very up front about what they would buy it for, and what to expect, the process was also very quick. My wife and I are now considering a camp trailer in the future partially because of the great experience from Nick.

Our RV purchase was as smooth as can be. We met Tim's RV at the Springfield RV show and expressed interest in a model on display. When we were contacted by Tim a week later that it was still available we stopped in the following weekend and made the deal. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The owner and his son were very pleasant to work with. Everything was straight forward. No hidden charges, up sells, or pressure. Negotiated price was spot on for the model we were looking at as well as extras we had installed prior to pick up. I highly recommend Tim's RV as a source for your next RV.

Tim's RV recoated the rubber roof on our 29 foot travel trailer. They also had to replace some of the plywood. they did an excellent job. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My trailer was cleaned inside and out. The price was within my budget and estimate. It was definitely worth the 2-hour drive to bring it from Connecticut.

Does good work but not reliable. Nick is very good to deal with and is probably why the business continues. Tim, not so much. I spoke with Tim regarding a repair, at least half a dozen times, in person and by phone. This occurred during mid summer of 2017. It's now summer of 2018 and he (Tim) never did the work and never gave me the courtesy of a phone call to explain! I won't do business with Tim again, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend! Bought our first camper here after looking at several dealers. They are by far the best and most genuine. We were never pressured into anything during the entire process. We had a great experience!

We are so appreciative of this RV store. Between putting down a deposit and actually paying for a camper that was intented for our son, he died. So a RV was the last item we needed at that point. Staff at Tim's were understanding and beyond ethical, they offered to give us our deposit back. At a time when we are in profound grief, the kindness of strangers means everything. If all businesses are run like this, it would be a better world.

This is the place to buy or have repaired a new or used travel trailer. The owner (Tim) and his son (Nick) are honest and hardworking people. They will give an honest price for whatever you buy or have repaired. The work they complete is done with skill and patience. This place is very much customer related. I have bought my travel trailer here, in addition to having it modified to my needs. Please believe me when I say this is a great place for your travel trailer needs.

Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have had a couple of occasions where we were camping in western Mass and needed to make repairs. Tim has a great inventory and will go above and beyond to help you with advice or to find the part of he doesn t have it.

This morning, we set off on our RV trip to Maine from Western Mass and had to stop in to Tim s RV for an emergency fix. Our AC-unit was ripped off after passing under a low clearance bridge. Brandon was extremely helpful in identifying the problem, formulating a solution, and fixing it on the spot! He and his co-worker went to work right away replacing the unit with one available in their warehouse. We were back on the road in less then 2 hrs! We are beyond thankful for the quality service at Tim s RV. Inc and can t wait to enjoy our vacation!

I've purchased a dump trailer from them a few years back and now I'm looking at buying another. The staff there is professional and deliver on time repair results at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer enclosed, utility, dump or even repairs. Great job guys.

Met the reps for Tim's RV at the Springfield R.V. show. Put a deposit on one but found myself drawn to one of the InTech Sol. Nick was super helpful and informative in my decision making and the walk thru after the purchase. Tks

Purchased a camper and a utility trailer from Tim. The process was very smooth and painless and all commitments have been met. Tim and the staff are great people and very good to deal with. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a camper or trailer.

Stopped in because our camper want attaching right. Instead of trying to sell me stuff I don't need the young man came to my house and fixed the problem in 5 seconds! Will definitely be issuing them for all future needs and purchases
