Visiting Martha s Vineyard for a few days this early March. Quick trip to the newly enlarged and renovated Edgartown Stop and Shop with our 2016 Toyota 4Runner turned into a longer than expected trip. Upon getting ready to leave the parking lot - dead battery. A call to AAA will get the car running but what then with a dead 8 year old battery. Not knowing where to take the car, a quick review of available options and reviews pointed me in the right direction - Andrea s Auto. Conveniently located on the Edgartown-West Tisbury road, I made the call to them and was very pleasantly welcomed and told they would have a battery to be installed in the morning (it was already late afternoon). A quick trip over there, left the car, a reasonable walk home and a new battery installed the next morning. Very reasonably priced, great service and availability. Highly recommend.

Andrea was great! She was able to fit me in as a new customer in the summer when my old car required some unexpected attention. She knows her stuff, is very honest and straightforward. As a woman who has dealt with a lot of misogyny in car shops, I felt very comfortable as a customer. I highly recommend her and her shop!

My family was vacationing for the week on MV. Early in the week the battery warning light came on in my car and continued to be a problem. The next day I called several places and all said it was probably my alternator but they couldn't fit me in until 2 weeks later. Nate at Andrea's answered the phone, was sympathetic to my predicament and was awesome! With Andrea's approval he changed his schedule and took me in right away. I had the car there in an hour. He replaced the alternator in less time than he quoted and had my car fixed and ready by mid afternoon!!They treated a complete stranger like a VIP and serviced me instantly. I couldn't ask for better, more professional service and response! I would use Andrea's again in an instant. We vacation every year at MVI and now I know a reliable mechanic if I need one again. Very professional and honest. The pricing was under what she quoted.
