I m very pleased that my sister gave me this recommendation. Have a Volvo and it s hard trying to find someone to work on it without having to go to a dealership.Godfrey was very friendly,knowledgeable.When my car wasn t ready without out hesitation they gave me a loaner.It was very refreshing to see enthusiasm in their work and towards me. Will use them whole heartedly on all my families auto needs.Thanks again job well done

I was very impressed with the professionalism and great service I received at Godfrey Auto Service. Great communication. Knowledgeable, and skilled mechanics who thoroughly diagnosed the problems with my car. A no pressure repair estimate. My repair cost was very reasonable and completed promptly. Very Happy. I found Godfrey Auto listed as a AAA approved auto shop and decided to visit. I feel because they are AAA approved I can trust them and I am grateful for how welcoming the staff has been the moment I stepped in. Thank you for the ride to and from work or home when I drop off my car. And thank you for the feeling of relief I get after getting my car repaired. I've left other shops questioning their quality of work and charges. If I'm going to pay over $1000 in repairs I'd rather do that at a AAA approved shop.

My experience with Godfrey Auto was excellent. This was my first time there, I read all good reviews about the family owned shop. They offer a loaner car which is great, Samantha the service advisor, was very helpful and professional, emailed a very detailed estimate of the work and cost, Godfrey Auto leaves you with peace of mind that your car is being repaired right. Great family owned shop :) I ve brought my car to them for maintenance/repairs several times and they re always great! They re very honest, approachable, and they explain everything thoroughly if you re like me and don t know a ton about cars lol. My car is older and needed a good amount of work, Sam helped me break down what things I should prioritize fixing first to keep it going and didn t make me feel pressured to do everything at once. The complimentary loaner car is also a HUGE plus and makes things a lot easier. I recommend them to everyone :)Services: Auto battery replacement, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance

This was the first time I used Godfrey auto I was so impressed from the moment I showed up and saw the garage and parking lot was very well-maintained. I was unable to get there during business hours, so I dropped my car off left the key in the key drop. I dealt with Samantha over the phone. She was very clear and precise, very informing and transparent. She called to report the findings, went over my options and they got it done and the price was even less than they quoted me so impressed!! Wow, my car which broke down had to be scrapped in the end, but the experience with Godfrey Auto made me be grateful as opposed to angry and upset.Jamie I believe was the one to pick up the tow, and he knew his stuff of course. I appreciated his speediness and kind demeanor.Next, Megan and Samantha were both so helpful with keeping me updated and informed on what was going on with potentially fixing my car or not. I appreciated their candor and honesty instead of seeming to pull a fast one on me as can happen at many places They answered my many many questions with thoughtfulness and warmth.So at the end of the day, I m just glad it was Godfrey Auto, and very appreciative of what they did, even with the car being scrapped in the end, haha.Many thanks!

I was there for an oil change and a tire rotation. So glad they inspected the whole car. They found I needed brakes. They able to replace my brakes that day. Got my car was ready sooner than I expected. Just got new tires installed on my truck. Couldn't be any happier. Rides straight and smooth. Had a low tire symbol staring me in the face for 7 years. Took my truck to half a dozen mechanics in that time. They could not fix it. Lights gone now. Thank you Godfreys!!

Been twice once for oil change and wheel bearings. Both experiences was great and even gave me a ride to pick up my car after the service. They even helped save a bit on my bill which was amazing

our car battery died in a burger king parking lot about 10 min from Godfrey auto. we had called our insurance and were waiting for over two hours before I called the nearest auto place, which was here. John pulled up in less than ten minutes and we were on our way home in 2. 10/10 service, super nice about a really simple battery issue that had us stuck due to myself just not having a lot of car education. incredibly thankful for your kindness and service
