Brought my car in for an engine swap, initially very helpful and receptive. Have had to bring my car back 5 or 6 times afterwards for limp mode, and multiple check engine lights after the mechanic telling me if was because of the tune on the car or that it was ready to go, just to have the light come on again after leaving twice. Also drove the car like he owned it and wasn t helpful or personable, just generally not pleasant to work with. Not worth the trouble or the price. The cashier is very helpful and nice regardless.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This gas station sells scratch tickets not in any specific order I bought ticket number 005 down 000 of the $50 tickets 1 10,000,000 Lucky Buck ticket and a drink I gave him $340.00 he went outside in the middle of my transactions he came back I said you still missing a ticket 000 ticketand my change he claim to me there was no 000 ticket I called the police asked them to have him count his drawer they refused I said look around the camera footage that there clearly was they said there was no cameras u have 0roof there was and is do not buy at this gas station or anywhere in North Easton MA if you do not want to ve robbed and the police allow it they told me it was a civil matter but if it happened in a the opposite way it would be criminal dirty cops glad my dash camera was recording video and audio.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a car and went here to get an inspection. The first time I went the tech handed my keys back to me and yelled at me saying there are 2 other cars ahead of you. You will have to wait. I told him I had no problem with waiting. I came back 30 minutes later, paid, and 2 minutes later, the same tech came into the lobby where another customer was waiting and began yelling at me again saying your car isn t registered. I can t do anything if your car doesn t have a registration. (This should have been taken care of by the dealership and I followed up with them after.) however, the tech never asked questions or offered assistance. He just yelled and said you are holding up my line by not having registration! I told him that his customer service leaves a lot to be desired and it would have been more appropriate for him to ask questions and offer help than to yell at a paying customer. As a woman, it s intimidating to go to any car service. I do have knowledge of cars and do most of my own work on my vehicles. To be disrespected so highly and in front of another customer, this tech needs to be addressed. I m taking my business elsewhere.

Very rude mechanic. He wanted $20 dollar tip for putting my plates on for me. I refused to pay and he started saying words. He could have told me beforehand and I can do it myself. 4 screws for $20? Convert that to an hourly rate he would be making $200 per hour. I guess he believes he is worth $200 per hour? Marvelous! Anyways, I will never go back to this place again.Update:Please read the owner's responds. This explains why their mechanics are so rude, because the owner is no different from them. This further convince me not to go this place again.

Needed tires had them install, then my car was making noise they said it was because they were new. I went to have alignment done at a different place and dound out they were the wrong size.i purchased new tires elsewhere. Dropped the wrong size tires off to easton gas and requested a refund they gave me a hard time. They finally refunded my money 3 weeks later after telling them i wouldbcall the Better Business Bureau.

These guys take really good care of me and my car! No matter what I'm having done, they always take me right in without an appointment and their prices are on par with everyone else. They've also recently renovated and the place looks great.

I went to Easton Gas for an inspection sticker. I asked how much it was. He asked for my credit card, slid it through and handed back the receipt. That's how much, he said. When I asked him to please remove the previous sticker from the other corner of the windshield, He first said he doesn't have a proper scraper. Then he asked me to move my car out of the stall, for another customer. I asked again to please remove the old sticker. It would only take a second. He replied, it's not my job... Will never do business here again.

I had very bad experience lately with these guys. They are generally nice people but I don't think they have technical expertise to do satisfactory job. They kept putting parts to resolve check engine issue on my car but could not resolve it. Next, they wanted me to change timing belt and I said stop. I took the car to dealership and problem was solved in just couple hours.
