Best car buying experience I've ever had when purchasing my SUV from Bourne s! Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Shawn, in the financing department, made the whole process seamless. I m totally in love with my new (to me) Jeep and will definitely recommend Bourne s for anyone looking for a quality car with amazing customer service.

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from here, and worked with Kim Bailey. Let me just say, Kim was an absolute delight to work with. She took what was a stressful situation for myself, and may it easy and worry free. She kept me informed on every part of the process, so I wasn't blindsided by anything.Today's market is crazy, I didn't have good credit, and was expecting the worst. Kim, and the team at Bourne's Auto Center Not only got me something I could afford, but they got me into the car I wanted. Throughout my entire time there, the team was friendly, welcoming, polite and courteous. I will gladly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, and I myself will more than likely do so again, when the time comes.

Worked with Mario and his team and couldn't have asked� for a more easy experience. No xx walk in walk out. Everything handled up front pricing. Good follow through does what he says he will do. I asked for the tires to be rotated before delivery. Mario made sure it was taken care of. Mario L, Amy H, and David O. All delivered five stars and will buy my next EV from them!

Excellent service. I had been in the market for a used eclectic car and scheduled test drives of multiple vehicles at Bourne's. I ended up running late and let them know I needed to get in-and-out with seeing the cars and getting a trade evaluation for mine. The staff there (Talia, Jarrod, and Carlos) were all impeccable in their professionalism and respect for my time, despite the dealership being very busy (including helping someone search for their lost dog, really, they're great). Everyone I spoke to was candid, transparent, and efficient. After my visit, I determined that I did not qualify for certain electric vehicle incentives, so I'm holding off on buying a car right now, but I'd go back to Bourne's in a heartbeat to work with these folks again when I'm ready to buy.

This place is great to buy a car. Very wholesome people that were honest with the best intentions for their customers. I had some trouble financing at first and they worked with me so that day I was able to leave with the car I came for with the most affordable pricing! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was a long wait and they even had food for us and made us comfortable, and informed through out the whole buying process. Torrey (Not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was wonderful with great customer service. Also, I worked with Shawn, and he was wonderful as well, very thorough in explaining the whole process down to the pricing, rates, just everything. I would highly recommend and if I ever buy another car I will come back to them

Bourne s Auto Center has great vehicles with great prices. Love the fact they have no haggle pricing and they handle everything for you. I want to give a huge thank you to my salesperson Kyle who went above and beyond to make sure I left in the vehicle I purchased so I didn t have to come back the next day. Kyle was professional, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Bourne s Auto Center to anyone looking for a great vehicle with great prices. Purchased my car at Bournes car dealer in Easton MA.Kyle Boom was very helpful. He took his time to explain the whole process, from working with my bank and my insurance. Bourne's Auto Center was great to work with in purchasing our new used vehicle. I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Bournes Auto and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I just happened to find this place when looking online for a used car. We had an awesome experience - absolutely a pleasure to work with Tori who couldn't have been more helpful! We bought a car (easy test drive process, no hassle on pricing, etc) and she was awesome walking us through the entire process, including registration - we drove the car out of there less than 24 hours later. I have bought a lot of cars and this was a great experience!

Second Buyer -I walked in without an appointment and was assisted pretty quickly by Kim. I knew what I wanted to test drive and she walked me out to the car, provided some details and let me complete my test drive.For buying experience, I made them aware I had a commitment for my child and they were able to professionally and rather quickly, close the deal. I appreciated the effort to make a quick process. I believe her name was Tracy. She was swift but also took the time to explain any paperwork I hesitated on.From the time I test drove to pick up was about a week. I was concerned when I hadn't heard from Kim after reaching out however that was quickly explained to me the text messages function they offer for communication goes to a computer and if she is not in or there, she wouldn't have been able to see them - totally out of her scope so I appreciated the explanation on that.Headed to pick up car and Kim patiently answered a few questions I had that morning and make sure I had everything needed. The RMV was down so we did have a wait to pick up - which, again, out of their control. She had them check every 20 min or so and just shy of 2 hours; I was driving away. There was a gentleman that was keeping everyone informed when it went down and went so much as to explain this had been happening , etc - which was appreciated because we didn't feel like they just left us hanging.They are a no hassle team and are there to assist. I personally had no issues. I never felt ignored. They took what I requested and just made it happen. Kim was to the point, kind, patient and excited for me when she walked me out to the car.My son is going to be driving in a few years and I am hoping to keep Bourne's in the family for his first car.

I went in to purchase a vehicle, and Kyle Bloom was the salesman who helped me. From start to finish, this was most definitely my easiest experience buying a car, anywhere. Kyle made the process really easy and honest and upfront - it's like a friend of mine got hired at a dealership that thrives on being at ease, and then he helped me get a car. When I arrived, they had the car in was looking at all ready and waiting upfront. They assessed my trade while I test drove the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I told Kyle the terms I was looking for, and he actually used the pre-financing I came in with,but somehow beat the APR by a few percent and I paid less than what I was pre-approved at. I don't know how, but it happened. All in all, I walked out in under two hours with the keys to my new used car. They're not far from 24 in Easton, so that's pretty easy, too. I will absolutely come back here for my next vehicle in about 4-5 years, and will recommend anyone I know looking for a car, to come here. Well done, Bournes, and a tip of the hat to you, too, Kyle. Thank you guys for all the help!

I am in the process of buying a car at Bourne's with�Kyle, specifically 2021 Acura TLX. I just wanted to let you know that it has been an absolute pleasure working with Kyle. He has been nothing but outstanding and so helpful along the way. He has been very responsive to my questions and has been readily available�via email. I cannot say enough�good things about Kyle. I bought a car from Bourne's a few years ago and returned to Bourne's recently due to excellent customer service. Kyle's customer service has been wonderful and I highly recommend him to other customers. I've had such a wonderful experience�with Bourne's and Kyle, I will absolutely come back in the future. I want to thank Kyle so much for his hard work ethic and knowledge about the process of buying a car, it has been much appreciated. He deserves to be recognized! I've had such a positive experience with Kyle as he is an excellent employee!

I bought a car from here that had an issue within a couple of days. It took them 1.5 months to fix it. While they gave me a loaner car, I was never given an accurate timeline of when I would receive my car. I was not originally going to leave a review but I just went to change my cabin air filter. The minute I took it out, it was immediately apparent that it had never been changed. These are minor details you expect to not have to think about when buying a vehicle from a reputable dealer. It seems as though there is a real lack of quality control. Make sure you take a really good look around the car before you purchase from here.

I purchased a vehicle from Bourne's last September. I'd guess that over my lifetime, I've purchased 10-12 vehicles from dealerships. The interaction with Kris and Dave was the easiest and best that I have ever experienced. The staff was wonderful, and since I live 110 miles away, they worked with me via email and calls to buy it - sight unseen (though they did offer to send me additional photos and videos!). I drove down, took it for a 45min spin, fell in love with it, signed papers, and they delivered it to me a few days later. The man who delivered it was such a gem. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

I had an amazing experience with Jose Molina. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. This was my first time buying and there was no pressure and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I believe my financial advisor was Sean and he was thorough and made sure I understood before signing anything. Overall I loved my experience and couldn't be more excited about my car!

Don t buy from this place. Absolutely no help from the service department after you buy your vehicle. I ve owned my 2021 jeep Cherokee for 2 months it been brought to another dealership because they couldn t recreate the problem. New dealership saw the problem within 30 minutes of having the vehicle. Bourne showed me a paper saying no accidents but the dealer said it was definitely in an accident. Vehicle has been in the shop more than I ve had it. Probably going to sue Bourne s just out of principle because it probably won t go anywhere because the court system is so corrupt

Hubby was on his way there for an appointment to see a car. Over an hour away from his job. He was halfway there for an APPOINTMENT and was told the car was sold by a text. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: The appt was made only hours before for a test drive. Why would anybody put a deposit for a car they never saw? If somebody is driving that far and said they are on the way, I dont think it was fair at all for you to yank peoples chain like that and make us use all that gas for nothing. I posted the text in the photos. He even stated he would lose hours at work to leave early to see the car.

Great experience. Went in at 11 am and out by 1 pm with a car. The salesman Jose Molina was great, no pressure and explained everything in great detail. This is the second time buying a car from Bournes but definitely not the last.

This place does not, and has not ever stood behind their vehicles. I ve had my own long standing car history with them. I vowed to never deal with them again and haven t. Unfortunately, my boyfriend has been a very dedicated and loyal customer for over 10 years, multiple vehicles purchased. He recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Bourne s (despite my warning) in August. As of October the vehicle was having issues not starting. Thinking it was just a jump needed, he called AAA. They came out and confirmed that the battery was not the issue. He continued to have to have random jumps making the vehicle less reliable. He brought the car to O Reillys because it was going to take weeks to get an appointment with Bourne s. O Reillys also confirmed it was not a battery issue. During this time we would be driving and the car would shut off, felt like the transmission would drop, and all lights on the dash turn on and flicker. Finally got an appointment with Bourne s, we asked for a rental car, but one was not available. So now he is paying for a rental car. We had the car towed for a Tuesday appointment early (Thursday evening). We didn t hear anything back until we called Tuesday afternoon and were met with yes, it s the battery, we looked at it Friday, however we can t do anything until Tony is back in We were never contacted about this and had to reach out to find out, and yet the vehicle has been diagnosed 4 days prior. We made it very clear since a rental wasn t available to us we were going to be paying out of pocket and they still chose to sit on this information without consideration of us. Why did it take so long to communicate (and communicate something we already have been told is not the issue.) The complete disregard for communication to the customer is mind blowing. They then said the battery would take 3 days to come in, so we told them to order the battery but before anything was done we would like to speak to Tony when he returns to work, because we weren t satisfied with the answer of the issue being just the battery. (Keeping in mind we also could have got a battery from AAA, and not been out $1000) Fast forward 2 hours and a call is received that the battery has been installed. THERE WAS NEVER AUTHORIZATION TO INSTALL, THE BATTERY, JUST TO ORDER. Beyond all of this, why has the story changed from we can t do anything until Tony is in, to, we ve replaced the battery ?? We feel like in more ways than one we were being given the run around. We have been nothing but proactive in communicating and being open with the fact we are concerned that this would come back as being found as just needing a new battery. The vehicle is unreliable and to be told we owe $300/$400 for the battery on top of the $700 for the rental, all for a vehicle that was purchased in August, had issues within the first 2 months, and now this level of customer service (all while the car is under warranty) is truly disheartening. We have spoken to multiple people (several with poor, almost accusatory tones) and they each just keep passing us on to the next person. This is the same experience and level of treatment I received from Bourne s years ago and while in the end they did SOMEWHAT rectify the situation with my vehicle, after I had already rebuilt the entire engine, this is history repeating itself. Not standing by their cars, or showing any care or consideration for customers. My partner had good faith that he was purchasing from a trustworthy dealership, and now he sees my concerns in not wanting to have gone there. We have zero faith that if something were to happen with this vehicle again we would be taken care of. We were offered a free oil change, which you also receive if they run 10 minutes behind on an appointment so that was really just salt in the wound. They just want to sell you a vehicle, send you on your way and never deal with you again whether the product they put out is good or not. Shame on this entire establishment.

Kim was super helpful and everyone was very nice! I didn't feel totally stressed out and pushed around like I have at other dealerships. Overall great experience and I love my new car :)

Hello everyone, I usually don t care to leave reviews, but I wanted to say that my buying experience was amazing with Bournes! They were very professional and accommodating throughout the entire purchasing experience It wasn t until I left the dealership when I noticed a few things that were wrong with my vehicle. There was a crack in my windshield, the two rear tires had leaks and were unrepairable, the interior wasn t cleaned thoroughly, with significant damage to the tread, a bad battery that needed to be replaced as soon as possible and bad disk pads. I m very understanding of that used cars come with MINOR wear and tear, but this was way too much to simply let slide I ve simply been getting the run around and I m getting frustrated with them. After purchasing a $33,000 car I thought they would do better.
