Wouldn t send my worst enemy here.Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 here. Ignore their $2,000 personal check policy . They ll waive it. They do not inspect their vehicles. Will slap an inspection sticker on anything. Ended up being sold the truck with a dead battery, 3 engine codes, broken tailgate, and a bent axle. Was told we missed a couple things by multiple people. If I had no mechanical experience these issues would ve never been found. Service could not find bent axle and I was laughed at. I had to show them myself in the shop. Service had truck 2 times totaling a whole month. They repaired truck for no cost but they told me that was a favor . Will (sales manager) and Damon (general manager) are disrespectful, rude and won t take responsibility. 24 Ford deserves negative stars.

Great service. Quality vehicles. 24 Ford team made a vehicle purchase very easy and smooth with zero pressure. Sales person Nate was amazing, very helpful and easy going. And financial team made everything go smooth and gave me a better offer than my own bank. Thank you again. Definitely would go back.

David Grant was our sales consultant and he was excellent. We actually went there that day just to test drive a Bronco Sport. We had a very limited amount of time because of another appointment and ou was very cognizant of that.He did answer all of our questions which led to the discussion of possibly purchasing the 2023 sport now (at an incredible rate) instead of waiting three weeks, which was our original plan. I think that David s guidance helped us make a great deal which most likely would not be available three weeks later.Because of David s dedication, we were able to start the purchasing process, go to our other appointment, then come back to complete the deal. Can t believe how simple and pleasant the whole experience was.David requested that we leave a google review, but I could not figure out how to do that.Based on our personal experience, I would definitely send friends and family to 24 Ford.

Would NEVER return.I leased my vehicle from Baystate and during the time in my lease the dealership changed hands and was not 24 Ford of Easton. When my lease was up, I decided I would like to buy it out.I had made an appointment in advance to buy out my lease. I spoke with Sam (who initiated this process by calling me to help with my lease options) for months prior and was told a lot of information that was incorrect. I was provided with the figures based on the estimated payoff in Jan. I ended up coming in in March with an appointment (my lease was not officially up until May) but still needed to start from scratch with a salesperson and not Sam, who I had been working with. Very strange process. Those monthly payment numbers were somehow higher with money down - even though I said several times I wouldn't be putting money down - and I had made a couple car payments since that original estimate so the numbers from the sales team made no sense. I also filled out the credit app prior to coming in. All that "prep" and making an appointment and I was still in the dealership for over 2 1/2 hours. Nothing was ready or prepared for me. I don't really understand why. There was not ONE other person in the dealership so it's not like they were busy.Also those "numbers" for my monthly payment included warranties that they included automatically without telling me, and that was not outlined or explained until I got into the financing office. I just wanted to buyout the car, not pay hundreds a month in warranties that was attempted to be added in automatically.Sam had told me that interest rates could be matched if I was able to find a lower rate elsewhere. Come to find out while in the dealership, this was not correct - Tony had given me an 9% interest rate which is outrageous. I have excellent credit and was able to find a 6% rate elsewhere. She was able to get it to 8% which was not much of an improvement from the initial 9%. When I asked if I could use my own financing she said nope, I'd have to leave my car there until the title came in. This is just a way to force people to use their financing- which is fine if they actually had good options. Instead I was quite literally forced into a higher interest rate because I have 3 toddlers and cannot not have a car for weeks. And now I can't refi that rate down for 3 months.I was also told my credit would be pulled ONCE. I have this in writing. It was pulled FOUR TIMES. 4 hard inquires. When I let Sam know this, since she is the one who told me my credit would be pulled once, she said she would have the manager Damon call me. That was 3/6 and I have gotten no such call. I just really feel like this was a huge bait and switch since I was told things would happen one way, and the experience in the dealership was completely different.A customer rep sent me an automatic email asking about my experience, and I outlined all of the above and was told again that I would receive a phone call from management. Do you think anyone actually called me? LOL NOPPPEEEOn 4/5 I decided to email the owner of the dealership with these details so he was aware. I do not expect anything and I understand that nothing can be changed at this point, however as the owner I am sure feedback is valuable. Apparently not though as he ALSO did not bother to respond to me. Complete crickets from them all.The amount of money they got from me for doing some paperwork is just disgusting. They also marked up the interest rate because if I went through the EXACT SAME bank directly, I found out my rate would have been 6% instead of 8%. This place is dishonest and does not care about their customers, or even attempting to keep them! Do not trust a word these people tell you. My husband and I both own fords and I would NEVER return to this particular dealership.

Unless you d like to deal with a dealership that sells used defected vehicles I d suggest go somewhere else. Terrible customer service, terrible excuses for lack of communication or updates on vehicles. The GM will scream at you if you re upset with how you ve been treated especially when you bought a vehicle from them with trust that the car has no issues. Sold me a car with $2250 worth of problems. I was told if I m unhappy to get a lawyer and this is how they treat customers who are upset. Exact words were WE FIXED IT DIDNT WE . They basically blame you when in reality they are selling defective vehicles and never following up in timely manners with their customers. I first was asked by the service advisor if I wanted to pay for the repairs, since my warranty didn t cover what was needed to be fixed to then told by the sales manger he didn t even know my car was there or anything about this. He then addressed I wouldn t be paying for repairs due to having the car for only 30 days. All this back and forth took a month and everyone had different answers and excuses for me To then being yelled at the general manager. Go elsewhere. Damon Massey you should be trained better on customer service. Or a class on how to just be a better person.

Just purchased a 2017 ford f250 from here I dealt with Nate and sam in sales as well as Sam and Kaleigh in bdc sales they were awesome to deal with 5 out of 5 starts for these guys I had a great experience

Car had issues right off the lot. So far it s been 6 months of run around for the same issues and although the issues qualify for the recall repair as the staff have told me, it still isn t done which has caused even more problems and repairs needed on the car that were not there before. Also constantly getting 2 different procedure rules and 2 different prices for services depending on who i talk to. Once this is paid off I m going back to Boch Toyota - I have 2 cars from them that have no issues and getting service done is always quick and easy

Be careful at this place! They tried to sell me a lemon Ford Explorer. Gratefully, we couldn t come to an agreement on price and they jacked up the interest rate, so I went elsewhere. When the small dealer I ultimately bought from looked up the Ford Explorer we were interested in, he told me that it was marked a lemon in the system. Trying to get top dollar for a piece of junk. Not right.

I had an exceptional experience with the car salesman at 24 Ford in Easton. We recently switched here from another Ford dealership. The associate who helped us was Gio. The easiest car buying experience I have had. Very friendly and upfront. Did not feel rushed or pressured. I highly recommend. 5 stars for sure!!

Brandon went above and beyond with helping coordinate the service needed to address an issue on my 2019 Ford F-150. I want to thank the technicians on the job as well for taking the time and effort on the problem because I know how hard electronic issues on vehicles can be. I appreciate Brandon keeping me updated on the progress throughout the fix and ensuring the issue was fully resolved.

The employee in the parts department is always rude and acts as if you are bothering him when you need help. Very short and impatient. This has happened to me multiple times throughout the past couple of years since I moved to this area when calling this place. Then he tells me the part is only sold a certain way, not seperate like I needed and that was a lie. They want to get you to buy a whole set or pieces you don't need. I would use the Ford dealer in Raynham. They have the best customer service, they are fair and don't take advantage of people. They actually had the part SEPERATELY the way I needed it. I will never call this Ford dealer again.

Have been to 24 Ford for oil changes, a couple times since the new ownership.Service was always good and Prompt. No drama.I, generally, do not go to dealerships for service. As the prices are always too high. That is, the case here as well. $75 for an oil change is crazy. The only reason I went was they gave me a $50 off coupon. There is no way I would ever pay $75 for an oil change. $25, no problem.They did not give me a laundry list of fake needed service , which is a big plus. Shows that they are fair, at least to me.Give me a $25-30 LOF, and i would be back regularly and possibly build some trust and confidence to do other services. If they charge this for an oil change, i can only imagine how expensive other services would be! Way too many options, and great independent mechanics in my area, to pay that kind of price.

Waste of my time. Will never go back. Made an appointment a week in advance to drop off my truck for brakes, tire pressure sensors, and a check engine light. Dropped it off at 8am, then could not get through for a status update until late afternoon. They finally called me back at 4:10 with the same laundry list of items I gave them plus a few more. They didn t do anything to it all day except for a late afternoon diagnostic. They said they would need to keep it overnight or I d have to bring it back the next day to actually do the work.I picked it up a half hour later and will bring it elsewhere.

Was told all day was being looked at and will call me with update gp there in person since no call back was never even taken I to the bay. Tried to run it in while I was standing there. No problem with busy or what but have a an appointment told be done earlier and then to be lied to all day about it. Unacceptable.No mis comms I was given bad information and lied to my face that tech was still diagnosing issue currently and they didn't even bring van in yet. I spoke with and told service manager on site full story. Ask him. No need for me to contact anyone.

Geof was the guy I worked with to get my new ford escape titanium 2019 and I absolutely love it! My credit was not the best at all and Toni fromFinance made it happen with out even having to have a co signer!! I m beyond happy the only down fall had nothing to do with geof or Toni that was my loan company it took forever for themTo do their part !! It took a little over a week fromWhen I signed my papers. I purchased my 2018 Ford Edge Titanium brand new off the lot from a different Ford dealership located in Hanover MA. I ended up having a lot of warranty issues with this vehicle and major problems with the dealership never repairing the vehicle correctly. I thought I'd have no choice but to trade it for what I could get. Luckily, I recently met the owner of 24Ford of Easton, who suggested I bring the vehicle to their service department, which I gladly did. I am so thankful that I made that decision as they re-repaired everything the Hanover Ford dealership screwed up, under manufacturers warranty, while providing me a rental to drive for an entire month and keping me informed of everything that was needed to be done. Their valet service has been a godsend because I do not have to have someone follow me and pick me up after dropping my vehicle off at 24Ford, or to pick it up. The people in the service department have been nothing but helpful, cooperative and informative throughout my entire dealings with them. I highly recommend 24Ford of Easton Service Department. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by them as now I'm keeping it for as long as possible due to the highly trained technicians knowing their stuff!

Great service and experience. Super friendly guys, they managed to squeeze me in mid day for an oil change and tire rotation. They looked over the whole truck and gave me a reasonable quote on a few things I ll need replaced in the future. I ll definitely be servicing my vehicle there from now on.

Horrible. Got an oil change, turns out they didnt change the oil filter. I wont be going back there. The oil filter housing was on so tight, when i went back it took 5 mechanics a half hour to get it off. After the whole thing, I spoke to a mechanic friend of mine who said if it was that hard to get off, it has probably never been changes, which means the last 5 or 6 oil changes I got there they never changed the filter. The service manager seemed apologetic, but he had to be, they got caught. I went to main p�rt of dealership to talk to the general mabager, but he wasnt there. I spoke to the sales manager who was next highest person. He seemed very smug and seemed like he could care less.I wont be going back there for service or to buy a new truck.

Pretty nice group of folks here. Came with my little brother to look at a used 15 explorer and found one issue requiring attention. They did what they said they would do and corrected it, delivered the vehicle nice and clean. I, myself have been dealing with Braintree Ford for my own services but, I will definitely give these folks a try for my next service and vehicle.Kudos, 24Ford group.I highly recommend them.

Despite reading some other bad reviews about this dealership, I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 F-150 from this dealer last week, figuring that Ford would maintain quality standards on their dealers and their certified pre-owned vehicle certifications, so wouldn't matter even if this dealer wasn't the best. Here we are not even a week later and the battery is completely dead and when I jump it, the computer system is telling me the vehicle's charging system needs to be serviced and battery dies again. Normally, I'd give them at least a few days to try to work this out, but I've actually been calling them since the car got dropped off last week trying to get the keyless entry code, which was not given to me with the vehicle. First few calls, I just got voicemails or full inbox messages. No call back. Finally, I got connected to someone in service who put me on hold, then told me the manufacturer code was 65527... I was standing at the truck, so I immediately tried it and it didn't work. They then placed me on hold and sent me to another voicemail. I left another message. Still no call backs. Don't have high hopes they'll be any more helpful on this battery issue either. I'd avoid these guys if I could.
