Eric is the best. You can expect an honest assessment of your vehicle at a competitive price. I will be bringing my cars to him in the future.Over the course of several months, Eric restored a vehicle that had been in my family for 20 years, a 1987 Jeep Wrangler. He completely renewed the life of the car, it runs like it just got off the assembly line. I've been going to Eric to fix my car for years. He is a reliable and hard worker and makes time to accommodate difficult auto situations. Whenever I hear anyone needs help with their car, I recommend them to come here. Highly cost efficient prices for great service and labor. Eric is also a stand up guy who always has your interest in mind and works hard to meet your needs. He's fixed every possible issue I know of in my car or any of my friends cars. From oil changes to rebuilding an entire car almost from scratch. Eric has repaired my vehicle both when my car was suddenly not working and in need an urgent repair and has also done routine maintenance. He agreed to replace my Subaru alternator after hours that failed on my way home from work, replaced injector wiring damaged by mice, replaced my Toyota Avalon's leaking valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and alternator, performed oil changes, rebuilt Subaru brakes and did some amazing auto body work to cut out body rust. He has always been responsive to my questions and requests and has scheduled work promptly. His rates are more than fair and tend to be less than other shops and dealerships. I recommend Eric and K&E Automotive!

Eric did our power steering pump for us on our FORD F150. He was able to get us in within a couple days. He was super quick and efficient and did a excellent job. Professionalism at an affordable price! Eric keeps my 2007 Civic Si Coupe running like it's 2007 again! Brakes, oil changes, suspension, oxygen sensors, transmission fluid, coolant, wipers, valve adjustments, you name it - he's got it covered!!!Always great to chat with regarding your vehicle and its maintenance intervals as well. I have Eric service both of my vehicles from basic oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, suspension, and more. Very thorough, professional, and affordable. I couldn't recommend him any higher. Always happy to use K&E for my service! Had a check engine light come on, and it was diagnosed by Eric. I ended up having him replace the faulty oxygen sensor at a much lower rate than the dealership had quoted me!My car is back to running smoothly, the check engine light is gone, and I also had my oil and filter changed here as well. Always professional and does a complete job the first time, every time.He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need, and is honest about what needs to be done all while setting proper expectations on the work to be completed.K&E is the best mechanic in all of Easthampton. Eric is really awesome at his craft. He has helped me with multiple vehicles,and has been the only mechanic to figure out some bizarre and unusual problems I've had. From oil,breaks,and everything in between,he does it well. He has also been available for me on a moments notice,and come to my aide stranded. And not to mention ,his prices are fair and affordable!I highly recommend him to anyone!

I would highly recommend Eric for any type of work done on your car honest about what's wrong and does not try to add stuff on and showed me pictures of before and after thank you and I'll be back for more work he earned his trust with me !!
