These guys take the time to help my 88 year old mom put gas additive in her tank(she drives so little the gas goes bad lol). They don't complain, they happily help. Nicely done folks

Customer service at it s best is how I describe my experience on Union St in Easthampton today with staff Joel and Kevin! They helped me select the right car battery and Joel pre and post tested to ensure an accurate assessment and provided just an overall empathetic, knowledgeable and professional demeanor!! I hope their manager recognizes them as valuable employees as they now have a grateful customer!

My windshield wiper flew off in this last rain storm and I went here. The clerk was efficient. Found what I needed and went into the rain and installed my new wipers. I am so thankful.

Went in to get a headlight bulb, 9-2-22. Both employees were very helpful, knew what they were talking about. Don t see this much was very surprised and will be coming back.

I really liked my experience with this location. I needed to replace the washer fluid hose on my car but no one had it. They where are to help me make a custom repair. They had just the right fittings and hose to make it work just like new. I have also purchased an assortment of other parts here. I always like doing business with Advance Auto.

Great store and staff. Always ready to help you. It's such a relief to know they will install simple items like batteries and wiper blades free.

I had place an order on line to be picked up at the store. Order was placed at 3:08 pm on one day.I stoped at the store the following day about 9:45 am. To find no order and that it was processed and picked up saposidly.I had the paper work in my hand so I don't know how it could have been picked up prior.The counter person did make it right and I left with my parts. So I don't know where things went wrong. But next time I will go to the store and not order on line for store pick up.

Knowledgeable, polite staff and affordable on parts compared to Autoz@#& or O'R@#$%&, 9 out of 10 times it's the right part, great group of people tell them the part that you're looking for and they will get it for you, I thought it was great that they know what they stock out on the floor and exactly where it is, stop in you won't be disappointed

My orders online are always fulfilled correctly and quickly. Staff is always polite and courteous. I've ordered wrong parts or have questions they always help with it.

They were highly knowledgeable and very helpful. Rare to go to an auto parts store where the staff know something about cars. The staff in easthampron are first rate.

I Used to like this location a lot. The last few times Brian has been almost useless. Twice now I order parts and they "can't find them" I won't be back.

Super fast and friendly service if you need a new car battery. From walking in to driving a way with a newly installed battery took maybe all of 20 minutes.
