I have been using Sullivan tire service for 20+ years and have always been happy with your services. Mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough, customer service is excellent, and pricing is competitive.

This is my first time going to Sullivan tire and it definitely will not be my last! Would recommend them to everyone. Got four new tires, an oil change, new lug nuts because my old wheel locks broke and best of all, they checked and reset my sensors which got rid of that light I ve been driving around with for several years now. Not once has Town Fair or Toyota ever offered to do that for me and they both acknowledged the light on my dash! I m a happy camper. My car is driving like a brand new car and the cost was not bad at all for all of this.

Never have I had a company follow up with a phone call regarding a bad review I left.Not that I leave bad reviews often but occasionally I do if I feel slighted or over charged.The fact that Steve phoned me directly to let me know there was an instant $80 rebate being applied to my cc shows Sullivan Tire's excellent business integrity.I did appreciate their "bend-over-backwards" courtesy van that delivered me to my campground and picked me up, as promised, when my vehicle was ready.The service was good the selection was good and the price was good. But their after sale concern was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced ...... as in excellent.I will now have to recommend Sullivan Tire.

(Consistently great all around. Wish they did inspections too.)*** Changing my 5 stars to 1. My last 2 interactions have been poor. Asked for appointment to receive 4 tires. Waited a week for the appointment. Told have it here for 730. I was. Then told at 730 it was a drop off not appointment (which they dont do). Proceeded by others coming in for their appointments. (A month later) I bring in car for flat tire (bought tire protection) 730 again. Cannot get fixed for 2-3 hours or wait a week for appointment (did that last time, even though they don't grant appointments?) Thanks for all your help Jeff! Much appreciated.

These guys really helped us out of a jam. Saturday afternoon our Tesla blew a tire and most other places were closed. Robin at Sullivan checked her inventory and arranged to have the (uncommon) tire we needed sent from her warehouse on Monday morning for a quick turnaround. AAA picked up the car, delivered it (and the key) to Sullivan, and I picked it up around lunchtime Monday. Couldn t have helped us more in a tough situation! Thank you Robin and Sullivan Tire!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Their policy is treat customers like they are family I call bull on that! We are from out of town, our tire basically blew and we needed two front tires on. We called one store, over the phone they sounded extremely rude and then we came in, we accidentally went to the wrong place/ called the wrong store. No biggie, it happens to the best of us, but these two people that were in the store? Oh my god, I have never met two people ruder than them! They looked at us like we were idiots and treated us horribly. It was an honest mistake and could have very easily told us so, but nope! Why would they? If we ever come back to Massachusetts, we will not ever be coming here for tires! And let s not even begin on the price! Never again, absolutely so rude!

We were on vacation and got a flat. Sullivan Tire and Auto were amazing. The ordered our tires and got us fixed up and back on the road in a day! They were kind, efficient and had great prices. Thank you, Sullivan Tire and Auto!

Actually I had called hoping to purchase a tire & get it on. My usual place was down a mechanic and was unable to fit me in, let alone do the job. I spoke with an extremely helpful woman named Robin, she was able to get me 2 tires, actually said a permanent patch would be less $ and absolutely could get it done that Sat.I'm new to the area, but think it took about 20 mins and really didn't wait very long(<45mins). I ended up having to buy a new tire as it turned out the tire had a rip, but still altogether cost was <$140 including taxes &labor . I believe I have found a much closer mechanic now. Very impressed with Robin's hospitality and knowledge.

My Mercedes S550 4matic is pretty hard to align. A few places tried unsuccessfully. These guys got it done with two trips (needed camber bolts). A little expensive but couldn t be happier now that my car goes down the road straight.

I normally use the Plymouth Sullivan but brought my car here for sooner service. The car drove as if the front tire would fall off at any moment (Banging clanging rattling mess) I was told it was a sway bar and that they tightened everything that was making noises (Like heat shield covers etc.) I actually did not believe this was the problem but after driving the car a full day it has never been quieter and smoother. The car drove better or just as smooth as when I first bought it 7 years ago. Well worth the money I spent. I work in sales and need to talk on the phone on the road a lot so having noises banging clanging issues drives me nuts... I thought I was in a different car.. It was Perfect!

Fantastic for tires, you can order them online and they will put them on your car when you would like.Deals are up to date, and you can pay before they are up as well. I have been going here for years and dropping off customers cars. They have been very understanding and haven t done anything I don t want.I would just double check with them and go over my notes that I left them and they seem to be great at fallowing them.I only go here for tires. So five stars for good quality tire work.

Very happy with the service at Sullivan Tire! Had 4 new tires put on my vehicle and after a few days I had issue with one of the tires loosing air. Called and they had me come in and fixed it right away. When I picked up my car they said that there was a message on my car that said key battery needs replacement so they did it! No charge and I didn't even ask them. This to me was so nice and totally unexpected!

Tire blew out on my way home from work. Everywhere had closed at 5 around me. I threw a spare on and called Sullivan tire. They closed at 6 and I got there at 530. They had no problem replacing it and was extremely nice and helped me out in a time of need. Highly recommended!

I have gone to Toyota dealership after Toyota dealership overspending with poor customer service experiences; than someone recommended Sullivan! The customer service was so down to earth and authentically refreshing! They worked with my schedule to find a good time and were very professional. I would highly recommend not only for service but pricing! Toyota s quote for the same service was 200$ more! Definitely a must try!

The employees are amazing and friendly, however the business itself is fairly shady. Even if you pay extra for insurance on your tires, you still end up paying $65 to actually use the insurance you already paid for. This in total costs half the amount of a new tire anyhow and you don't get to pick the one they give you. All and all I won't be back to such a business

Sullivan tire did a great job. I needed new tires and they even told me about an upcoming sale to get a better tire. Even though I decided to wait, they offer service to drive you home and pick you up when the car is ready. I love the tires and the car is smooth and quiet again.

I recently brought my younger brothers vehicle into Sullivan Tire for two new tires, alignment and an oil change. I needed it serviced on short notice. They exceeded all expectations and did an excellent job. A delightful woman Robin, the sales representative I believe was absolutely amazing. She truly epitomizes the definition of Great Customer Service! Thank you

We bring two cars to Sullivan s we are always contacted before any extra work is done which is very appreciated. We can usually get in for emergencies in a timely manner.. front desk people are helpful, especially the lady that is there.. she s awesome!

Had a flat tire on a holiday weekend. They were able to find the exact tire needed at their warehouse and had it delivered to their location in Wareham the same morning I called in. They installed the tire later that day and even fixed the rim that was slightly damaged, making it look new again. I have been very happy with their service and quality of work over the years. This latest experience totally exceeded my expectations- thank you!

Every one is Professional, friendly, informative and just all around pleasant. This was a wonderful experience and I cannot say enough how much I recommend them. I am new to area and have now found a place for all of my car needs. Will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for honesty, integrity and all around good people who do the highest quality work then Sullivan s is where you want to go. So Impressed and Happy.

As a new car owner, I was nervous about finding a place to go and get work done on my car. Other places I have been to have done a "quick fix" or not taken me seriously about a concern that I had. But at Sullivan, I feel extremely comfortable and at ease. They have listened to all of my concerns, validated them, and have taken the time to check them out for me. The reassure me about services that I need on my car and advised me about different options I had when fixing different problems. I do not feel nervous at all going in there and even feel relieved knowing I will have someone to patiently listen to me and take care of my vehicle. They are honest about the work that they do and give you time to think over your options. They are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Robin at Sullivan Tire in Wareham went the extra mile to get my car back in service after i blew a tire on a Saturday morning. I had my car back in the afternoon of the same Saturday. It was a pleasure to do business with Robin and the folks who work at Sullivan Tire. I recommend bringing your automotive needs for tires and other maintenance there. You won't be sorry.

I had a slow leak and had it inspected by Sullivan Tire. They found the problem and the "hole" was un-repairable due to it's location on the tire. It took a few hours for them to get to the inspection, but that was all fine, I was a walk-in after all. And they didn't charge me for the inspection.So I had two issues. First, they quoted me about $30 higher than their competition to replace one tire. I know this because I decided to wait and do some research. Good thing I did too. In the end, Sullivan Tire did match their competition's price, so I got the best price. And I decided to get two tires so I'd have a matched set to properly rotate them in the future. So I asked them to put the two new tires on the front, but when I picked up the car they were on the rear. When I mentioned that they didn't do as I asked, I received a curt response that they always put two new tires on the rear. I reiterated that I want them on the front. And was again told abruptly that they only put new tires on the rear due to noise they generate. NOISE! really??? lame excuse! I felt they just didn't want to move them to the front as I asked. BTW, if putting them on the front was an issue, they should have said so up front when I asked them to put them on the front of my car.Otherwise they did a good job with the tires. So beware that unless it's their tire brand in stock or what they push, they will over charge you for new tires. Come in with competitive proof to get the price match guarantee.11/14/16 - Received a call from Chris K. apologizing for my frustrations and explaining why they put the tires on the rear. I applaud Sullivan Tire for taking the time and making the effort to contact me and improve my overall customer experience. I originally gave them 3 stars, but upgraded my review to 4 stars due to the call.

I made an appointment to have my valve stem replaced since it was causing a slow leak in my tire. I spoke with the guy to get an estimate before I came in for my appointment and he notified me it would be only 30$. Upon arriving I sat in the waiting room for about 30-40 mins when the woman at the counter approached me and said my tire wasn t fixable and that I would also need a new sensor. I told her I only needed a valve stem replacement and that there was a cut in them and I just needed them replaced. She kept insisting that she couldn t do the repair and kept trying to sell me a new tire and sensor. She told me it would be close to around 200$ for the service. I quickly realized she was trying to up-charge me into paying for services that I didn t need.I mentioned to her that I decline the service and to just put my tire back on. Upon leaving I asked if I could have a printout of the quote for the services I would have received. The amount was astonishing, it was almost 400$ in repairs for things I didn t even need nor ask for or consent to being done.They were going to charge me 100$ for a vehicle alignment with 21$ of a protection plan which altogether came out to 392.93$.In addition, NONE of this was mentioned to me prior that it was going to be done to my vehicle. I m glad I didn t pay and found service else where . DONT come here they will try to up-charge you into unnecessary services. Complete scam and it s a pandemic going on, preying on people they believe don t know anything about cars or repairs. Such a shame!!

I recently had a transmission issue. Sullivan Tire(Jeff,Robin and Steve) not only stood by the warranty but went OVER AND ABOVE to make sure the problem was corrected, I have been dealing with Sullivan Tire in E. Wareham since 2016. I strongly recommend them to all my friends!

Great experience, worked with me to fix my van to get state inspection ready and very accommodating with drop off and pick up. Found a problem that 2 other mechanics missed! (They were not with Sullivan s). So thankful, always recommend!
