WONDERFUL experience! Best price on synthetic oil change I ve ever experienced. Removed and discarded old muffler and installed upgraded muffler I brought to them. Combined with oil change it was all under 200$. AMAZING.Staff is very friendly and accommodating- HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDTHANKS Midas!

Brittany and Danny provided outstanding service for me. I came to them 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. I was worried about a strange knocking sound and had to drive 3+ hours back to NY the next day. They diagnosed the problem, found the part at a nearby store, fixed the problem and more. I felt comfortable and confident I was in good hands. I m very thankful for their care and expertise!

Gary was so helpful in letting me know what my car needed done soon. He was honest and very informative about the parts and how they work (I m ignorant to car stuff). Very trustworthy and efficient. After I received an oil change I noticed later on that they also filled my wiper fluid for me without me asking (was also so helpful). I ll be a returning customer!

Horrible, horrible horrible I pulled in 10 minutes before they were ready to close. I needed my tire fixed. They all looked at me like I was coming from another planet. They said we re closed. I said you re not closed for 10 more minutes. This takes not even 10 minutes, they refuse me and turn me away For two hours until AAA remove my vehicle from this premises !!!!

I traveled up here from NJ for thanksgiving. Right before heading home my car wouldn t start. Prior to coming up here I had my battery tested by another company and was told it was fine. It wasn t not. Gary was so nice and informative. They weren t just here for my money because I called in a panic saying I needed a new alternator. Other places were very quick to want to charge me for the alternator but the employees at Midas went above and beyond for me and changed my battery. Thanks so much!

We were out of town (1k miles from home) for Thanksgiving and needed an oil change on my wife s ride. I called and they got me in the day I wanted and took care of everything.I know it s just an oil change, but the customer service was great! From the phone call scheduling it to the actual appointment! Thanks guys!

Gary and this Midas are life savers! I came in needing to get a new set of tires after finding a bubble in one of mine, FIVE full hours from home. He got me in, out, and on the road in no time! I was able to still teach my classes that afternoon. Gary truly went the extra Mike for me, the staff was professional and the work top notch. Highly recommend!

Nick and team were so comprehensive when they assessed what my repairs were back in July. The work is still holding strong. They truly go above and beyond at this location. Really good communication. My repairs took several hours which may have taken longer at another shop. While in their waiting area, I worked on my laptop and got to listen to all the other customer interactions. I have never experienced so much teamwork at a mechanic shop in all my life. I know nothing about cars and Nick made sure to explain exactly what was needed and happening with no added story, trying to sell me something I don't need. I have told my friends and will surely be back when I need future repairs!

The work they performed was quality and a reasonable price. I didn't feel cheated. Unfortunately one of the techs failed to fully reattach one of the wire clips under my hood, I brought it back right away and they took care of it for me without making me wait at all. This was a simple mistake and could have happened to anyone, I don't fault them for this. Nick was extremely friendly and helpful with all the interactions I had with him.The four stars instead of five is because my appointment was at 2pm on a Friday. When I left at 2:30, no one had even looked at my car yet. Nick told me they would call me with a quote and to come back in an hour because they had to get the oil. By 4:05pm I still had not heard from them, so I called and Nick told me the oil had JUST arrived and to give them 10 minutes.I understand that not all materials for every job are kept in stock and need to be fetched, but I filled out a form online a week in advance and spoke to Gary on the phone the Monday before, indicating I would be getting the synthetic oil. So I was surprised they didn't have it on hand even though they knew exactly what I was bringing my car in for. Once I arrived at 4:25pm to pick up my car, my car was ready, but I had to wait another 20 minutes before anyone could check me out. There were several people also waiting in the waiting room not being attended to. To be clear, it's not like everyone was standing around sipping coffee. The employees were all hard at work in the shop bustling around, answering phones, and working on stuff, it just took 20 minutes for anyone to come into the waiting room and get me checked out.Overall, I trust the work that Midas performed on my car and I would take my car here again. But not if I was pressed for time. All told from the time my appointment was at, until I left the shop with my car (the first time) was 2h 30m. The only service I had performed was an oil change.

I highly recommend this Midas. They're honest about what your vehicle needs, do high quality work, and are warm and friendly. They've always made sure to consider my needs in terms of getting my car back while waiting for parts. Went there to get my transmission fluid serviced and when they made me aware of my vehicles need to get a part related to the transmission replaced during my vehicle being serviced, the gentlemen there got it done in 24 hours. They're swift, efficient and hard working Men. I look forward doing business with them exclusively moving forward. And I cannot recommend them enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Nick and Gary are great guys! They are very professional and friendly.They are very honest,I definitely recommend them to people. They go the extra mile and get stuff done,they also look out for the customer. All the techs there seem very knowledgeable about various vehicles. Very impressive!Can't say enough good stuff about this place!!

I have been telling everyone over that last few days how they saved the day. I was 3 hours from home when I needed help and quickly so I could get back home. They took me in that day, even though they were busy. Walked in on 9/11/23 with a flat tire, could not find what the cause was. The manager that day was a huge help in understanding I needed to be at work in an hour. He was able to locate the nail and plug the tire right in time for me to be at work. Would like to note they were extremely busy but still fit me in, in a jam. Will definitely think of them next time I need Anything. Thank you!

They took us in right away as my daughters car was shaking. They balanced the tires and it was perfect. Further they could have done an alignment and made $110 very easily. Instead, they volunteered that I did not need an alignment. Is it true? An honest auto shop?! Also they were very friendly, and wasy to work with. I will be back.

I came in with a nail in my tire about 2 weeks ago and the guys here were able to get it Seen and patched up in 30 minutes. About a week later I noticed my tire was leaking again and I brought it back thinking the patch just had not held. Once again, they were able to get me in right away but it turned out I had a new nail and would just need a whole new tire based off where the nail was. They had the tire ordered and ready within 24 hours and when I came back to get it put on I was out in 30 minutes, for a price much better than I anticipated having to pay when they said new tire. The guys in wareham never made me feel pressured into doing a repair that was no elicited and always tried to help me get the best price and in and out as quickly as possible. This is my new go-to place for dependable auto repairs.Service: Tires

Great Service and very informative thru every step of the repairs done on my truck. Extremely thorough when going through the vehicle as well. Nick got my parts and had me in and out with the job done right. Great work by Danny under the hood as well. I'll definitely be going back with my vehicle from now on. No brainer.

I had my brakes done here. They did pads, rotors and calipers. They did a great job. I called on a Wednesday night, and my car was finished by Thursday afternoon. Car feels like new.
