The best costumer service you ll ever find. Each employee there is always willing to help and will go out of their way to do so. Notable mentions to Brad and Frank, they re really easy to talk to and they help you understand what s going on with your car. If they don t know they will urge you to go to Chucks auto body which is a lovely place with a respected owner as well. Even when your car is broken down the staff there makes your day a little easier!

How am I supposed to describe this place other than children not knowing what they are doing. I order an Optima battery that they clearly say will fit my car. It's coming from the Plymouth store. It arrives the next day. I have to call the store to find out what the status is. I get there and it is not only the wrong battery but the wrong brand. One clerk tells me that this is what I ordered (Mr. Hotshot), another says he remembers me from the previous day and confirms my request (and just leaves). Hotshot says that if I had ordered the Optima I would have had to pay in advance. I tell hotshot that if asked I would have payed the deposit. The battery that shows up is too long to fit. Now I only get lip service from Hotshot because it's all my fault. He keeps asking for a part number for the correct battery (I thought that was their job). Why would anyone think to mouth off at a customer that did their part (order and pay when delivered) and make a bigger effort to fix the problem. Too much mouth and incompetence. Fire the person that ordered and Hotshot. You don't need staff that argues with customers, asks to do their job, and doesn't follow through with a proper part order.

Excellent service as always, employees are extremely courteous and professional, I am a commercial account customer and your store has 99% of what I may need for parts in stock all the time, if not I can usually get my parts same day

Super helpful and personable employees. Recently had to replace the power steering pump on my Grand Prix and they saved me over a 100 dollars by suggesting I get a refurbished part instead of waiting for a brand new one. So far, no regrets.

This afternoon, Friday March 26, 2021 my wife and I shopped at Auto Zone for a set of replacement windshield wipers for our 2018 VW. One of the store clerks, Brad, was extremely thorough, polite and went above and beyond in helping us sort out the proper equipment for our car. He not only assisted with the selection process but also assisted with the installation. His attentive, professional and courteous help is exemplary of first rate service. Thank you Brad!

I came in for a battery for my Highlander, but before I could ask for help I heard screaming from the back of the store. I was on the verge of calling the police but thankfully nobody was hurt & it was just an employee screaming at another employee.Altogether I don t think I ll return considering I wasn t able to get my battery although they had told me previously on the phone that they had it in Stock.

This location is easy to get to and well stocked and staffed. The layout of the store is nice and items are easy to find. Staff is available if you need assistance. You can also pick up online orders, if you order from their website. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other auto repair stores.

well stocked, competitive prices, knowledgeable staff. Parts needed have always been correct and in stock. Located in shopping plaza so loads of parking, but you wouldn't know it was there if you weren't looking for it.

I spent about five years working for AutoZone, was a good time fun place to work. I left Autozone because of my enlistment into the United States Coast Guard. Here it is 12ish years later, today I in military uniform walked into AutoZone to buy a blend door actuator for my Jeep. The person a middle aged man asked me what I needed, I told him, he looked at me asked again and I told him again. He started to look up the part then he refused service to me. Yes I was using my phone but I had given him all the info he needed twice, I was waiting for the part and was handling business of my own. At what point did it become acceptable to refuse service to active duty military? Talked to the district manager he is looking into it but still why did it happen.

I always find what I need. Don't always go with an employees opinion on what you need to fix your problem.they have been wrong a few times.they have even had me buy parts that didn't belong on my car, and they told me I needed them

My preference, drive 5 minutes down the road and go to advance auto parts. This auto zone is good if you go there and know exactly what you need. If you ask for help or have them order anything, it'll be wrong 60% of the time. It's exhausting. Also, don't bother calling them to check on a part, or to order one; they place me on hold everytime I call, then forget about me. One time I waited 30 minutes before hangin up.tldr: go to adv auto parts down the road

It's ok. If this is the one at Wareham crossing then it's new and clean. C to B line parts at a good price, but no large assortment of things like springs, o-rings, nuts and bolts and the like which really limits the usefulness of this store. They sell online, but so does Amazon.

Great help only reason for 4 stars they would not honor $10.00 Discount Coupon on a $50.00 order which I received in email from them.

Had what I was looking for and got to hear the employee rant about incompetent associates in a very professional manner I must add, I will be returning to this store frequently
