Called ahead to see if they could replace an auxiliary battery on 2018 Pacifica. I was extremely clear that the Car had an auxiliary battery that was the suspected culprit and being able to address that was the goal. Was told if I came to store they could do a battery system check and then replace either battery if needed but MIGHT have to order the aux battery. Took time from work to drive over to have it checked as recommended. Got there and was told completely different story which was they had the aux battery but couldn't check replace the auxiliary battery at the store after all and that I'd have to take to dealer. Then tried to sell me a new auxiliary battery anyway even though they couldn't/wouldn't check to see if existing battery was dead/dying was the auxiliary. Everyone I talked to was polite but they wasted my entire afternoon with bad/inconsistent information.

The staff in this establishment are entirely knowledgeable and wonderfully easy to deal with. The employees make this place fantastic, I called for a very specific part for an old 2000s Cadillac and got it same day when everyone else was days behind them. Also great for quick oil change or general maintenance supply. Will forever check here first for things.

I always have a good experience at these stores. Even if they don't have the part I want, they have it overnight. They're always friendly and helpful and they'll install a lot of common things like, batteries and windshield wipers for free. With a smile. Prices are competitive and sometimes the sales will beat any other parts store around.

I ordered a battery online.. Got a GREAT discount through their promo codes (saved over $30)..and picked it up within 25 minutes. The staff was warm & friendly. Parking is excellent , handicapped parking too . It's off of busy Cranberry Highway so if you're going there and the Bourne Bridge is behind you.. Just drive up to the next set of lights & turn around to make Advanced Auto Parts be on your right side & pulling in is a breeze. I highly recommend them

Website says open until 9pm mon through Friday. As we pulled in at 8pm on the dot. We tried opening the door with 2 employees standing at the counter, however the door was locked, the employees just smiled and laughed. We rechecked the times online in which says 9pm closing however the door sign says 8. Which is fine. Times change. However the fact they had no consideration to even come to the door and explain this and just smile in our face. We tried to explain that the website says different and should be updated, but they wouldnt even acknowledge us.

I went in today and there were two woman working who were extremely rude to us. It made me feel absolutely uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer. I ve never witnessed such unprofessional customer service. I will definitely not be returning there again and will be taking my service elsewhere.

Went here on 7/20/19 at 12:45 pm. There was a big line. Josh was helping everyone as best he could, and with a friendly attitude. Unfortunately I got stuck with Miro, as he came back from leaving Josh hanging for a smoke break. He was rude and lazy. Actually as I write this review 2 minutes later, he's already back outside standing at the front door smoking a butt.

For the most part they may have what you need but they lack some basic things like vehicle antennas for any car or truck.. Nice wide selection of detailing products etc

Following the lady's comment about the no check engine machine at this location. They have a partnership with the shop up the street, Meineke, where they send customers. This location does not have a check engine code reader. It is not because of laziness.Definitely the pest parts store in town when it comes to the friendly and knowledgeable staff

They wouldn't sell me an air filter unless I gave them all my personal info, phone number, full name etc. Wouldn't budge on it. Probably sell all that info to an ad network so I can get more bot calls. No thanks. Employees are demoralized and dead inside. I try to not use Amazon for everything but places like this make it really difficult

Hello,This morning I headed over to our local Advance Auto Parts Store in East Wareham, MA to pick up a couple misc items for my 2006 BMW.I entered the store and located a couple things on my list, but I had a replacement fuse question for my specific year/model BMW.So I asked a younger sales associate if he could assist me with a replacement fuse "kit" for my car.As I began to ask the gentleman a question specific to the age/make of my vehicle, I was abruptly interrupted by this gentleman with him saying to me, "Listen to me". Period, nothing more, nothing less.Obviously, my jaw dropped and as I was telling him i couldn't believe he just said that to me and how amazingly rude that was, he again interrupted me and said, " Now, you are talking over me".Needless to say, I put down my other items and left the store.You can rest assured my family, as well as all our local Buzzards Bay, MA family/friends/associaties will hear/know about this outrageously bad customer service I received this morning from the East Wareham, MA Advance Auto Parts store.It's been probably 40 years since I have experienced customer service this poor from a major auto parts company like Advance Auto Parts.Sadly, the gentleman was wearing a bandana, so I am not able to recognize him, nor do I know his name.

This is the auto parts store I use in town. Great knowledgeable employees. Always greeted with a smile. And everybody that I've had the pleasure of checking out with always knew everything they were talking about. I suggest this place to everybody

They have a good selection of parts however when asked if they do engine code reading. I was told by a blond guy with a straggly bread who smoke cigarillos that they don't even. Their website states they do and other Advances I have called state they do. This guy was just being lazy.

Bought a replacement tail light socket.First socket was defective so I returned to the store.They were able to get another replacement socket by opening the next day, Sunday for me.Needed the part for relative who was leaving first thing in AM to get home before snow storm.

The women at the counter really know what they're doing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always ready to help. Sam in particular is pretty awesome. This is the only place I go for auto and truck parts.

Online says they're open until 9, I showed up to pick up an online order at 8:20 and the doors were locked. Weird scribbled closing time hours on the door 8 or 9 ??? Employees were still inside and walked out as I was leaving the parking lot.

This store has more part, accessories and more stuff in stock than most of the other advance auto also the staff evey time I have gone there are very knowlable I am a mechanic and I was very impressed by the staffs professionalism and knowlage I deffinatly recommend this store for all you auto and some motorcycle needs!!!!!

I've ordered many parts from this store such as a complete exhaust system from this same store in the past using the same phone number ,& my name. They called me when my exhaust came in 3 days later. No problems.Fast forward to this past 2 weeks. I called to order a part,they didn't have it in stock... so I was told by " MIKE" my part would be in in 2 days We will call you when it comes in @ and he even verified my phone number. Yup I said thats it I said and we both hung upWhen a week & a half went by and I received no phone call on this particular part I decided to call to check on on it. Again Mike answered the phone. I asked if my part came in ? Mike asked me for & I gave him my name and my phone number calm and cool as a cucumber as I like to be. Keep in mind this part is fr a small gas engine I have... so it's no rush I don't HAVE to have it so i'm in no hurry to get the part.So there was no sence of ergency on my end.Right off the bat I sense an attitude from this "MIKE" guy There was even a sigh of stress as he answered the phone Sunday morning at 9:05 am He asks me again can I have your name and number again so I give him my name he says number I say 508-295-,, he says "WOAH ,WOAH , WOAH... hold on guy... jeez he says I'm only a human being here slow down " "& a dumb one at that apparently" I refrained from saying!Now when I give my number out most people can jot down more than 3 numbers at a time "most take 6 numbers usually like 508.295 pause then the last 4 "as I was saying my number he was repeating it back to me so he couldn't hear the next 3 numbers I wanted so much to say " if you close your mouth you may be able to hear the next set of numbers instead of talking over them" but no he had to repeat every 3 numbers so I went along with this strange method of number taking. He seemed to be doing it to aggravate me Id say 508 - he says 5.......0........8....yea? id say 295 . .He goes 2.........9.........5... .Then he tells me we have no record of you in our system ..I said thats funny I got a phone call from Drew " I think he said his name was" 3 weeks ago telling me my exhaust system was in on this same number I've had for over 10 years .. Well I'm telling you SIR we have never had this number in our system.... I said Mike you personally took my number a week ago i remember talking to you because you did the same 3 digit number read back thing you just did.. Then I'm thinking to myself but didn't say out loud ... " I don't know how you could screw a number up when it takes you 5 minutes to jot the number down in 3 number intervals I never criticized his number takeing method in case hew was numerically challenged or something I didn't want to belittle him. I did feel like saying if you just shut up and listen you will get the numbers so much easier It's called paying attention .So my dealing with this store have been ok except when A guy named Mike answers thew phone .. Hey Mike if you don't want to be there quit and let someone who wants to work have your job sir!!!SincerelyRick M.
